Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour l'élimination de pièces de découpe (10), telles que pièces de déchet, d'une feuille de matériau (11) contenant des découpes ou similaires,
    - avec un plateau-support (12) pour la feuille de matériau (11),
    - avec des ouvertures (13) dans le plateau-support (12),
    - chaque pièce de découpe (10) surplombant l'ouverture (13) correspondante et ses faces d'appui (14) du côté des bords étant prévues sensiblement symétriques en plan ou selon un axe par rapport à l'ouverture (13),
    - avec un plateau porte-outil (15) pouvant se déplacer verticalement vers et en s'éloignant du plateau-support (12), et
    - avec des outils de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier à flancs étroits verticaux et horizontaux (18, 19) placés sur le plateau porte-outil (15) faisant saillie vers le plateau-support (12),
    - chaque outil de découpe (17) étant disposé sensiblement verticalement par rapport à la pièce de découpe (10) correspondante et de manière symétrique par rapport à la surface d'appui (14) de la pièce de découpe (10) correspondante,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier présente, du côté du plateau-support, au moins une pointe (20),
    - la pointe (20) est disposée au milieu d'un flanc étroit vertical (18) de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier, et
    - l'angle (α) entre le flanc étroit vertical (18) présentant la pointe (20) et la face (21) s'étendant de la pointe (20) au flanc étroit horizontal (19) adjacent, orienté vers le plateau-support (12), de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier, dans le plan médian (32) de son flanc étroit est de 20° à 50°.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (α) est de 25° à 40°.
  3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que l'angle (α) est de 30°.
  4. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face (21) s'étendant de la pointe (20) au flanc étroit horizontal (19), du côté du plateau-support, de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier, a la forme d'un triangle isocèle dont l'angle au sommet (β) est de 30° à 90°.
  5. Dispositif suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'angle au sommet (β) est de 60°.
  6. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance verticale (22) entre la pointe (20) et le flanc étroit horizontal (19) adjacent de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier est de 0,5 à 2 fois l'épaisseur du matériau.
  7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance verticale (22) entre la pointe (20) et le flanc étroit horizontal (19), du côté du plateau-support, de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier est de 1 à 6 fois l'épaisseur du matériau.
  8. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une butée (23) fixée sur l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier, venant en prise avec le plateau porte-outil (15).
  9. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une bride de fixation (24) en feuillard d'acier placée à l'extrémité, du côté du plateau porte-outil, de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier, sur un flanc étroit vertical (18), suivant un angle de 90°.
  10. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (13) de la surface d'appui (14) du plateau-support (12) présente des parois entièrement verticales (25).
  11. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance horizontale (26) entre le flanc étroit vertical (18) de l'outil de découpe (17) en feuillard d'acier présentant la pointe (20) et la paroi (25) de l'ouverture (13) correspondante est de 2 à 10 fois l'épaisseur du matériau.
