Claims (8)
- Förderaggregat, bestehend aus einer Strömungsarbeitsmaschine mit einem oder mehreren Laufrädern und aus einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor, wobei die Welle des Antriebsmotors auf der der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine zugekehrten Seite in einem Lagerschild axial und radial festgelegt ist und das Laufrad der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerschild (8) und das Gehäuse (4, 32) der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine (2, 24) je eine Bajonettausbildung (18, 19) aufweisen, daß ein ein- oder mehrteiliger Ringkörper (13) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Gehäuse (12, 23) des Antriebsmotors (3, 22) fest verbunden ist und daß an einer inneren Bajonettausbildung (16, 28, 51) des Ringkörpers (13) der Lagerschild (8) und an einer äußeren Bajonettausbildung (17, 29, 52) des Ringkörpers (13) das Gehäuse (4, 32) der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine (Pumpe) (2, 24) formschlüssig angeschlossen ist.
- Förderaggregat, bestehend aus einer Strömungsarbeitsmaschine mit einem oder mehreren Laufrädern und aus einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor, wobei die Welle des Antriebsmotors auf der der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine zugekehrten Seite in einem Lagerschild axial und radial festgelegt ist und das Laufrad der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerschild (45) und das Gehäuse (42) des elektrischen Antriebsmotors (43) je eine Bajonettausbildung aufweisen, daß ein ein-oder mehrteiliger Ringkörper (38) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Gehäuse (39) der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine (Lüfter) (40) fest verbunden ist und daß an einer inneren Bajonettausbildung (44) des Ringkörpers (38) der Lagerschild (45) und an einer äußeren Bajonettausbildung (41) des Ringkörpers (38) das Gehäuse (42) des elektrischen Antriebsmotors (43) formschlüssig angeschlossen ist.
- Förderaggregat nach Anspruch 1. oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkörper (13, 38) aus einem flächigen Blechformteil mit einer ersten Bajonettausbildung (16, 28, 51, 44) an seinem Innenumfang, einer zweiten Bajonettausbildung (17, 29, 52, 41) an seinem Außenumfang und aus einer zwischen den beiden Bajonettausbildungen vorgesehenen Befestigungsringzone (14, 53) für seine Montage besteht.
- Förderaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bajonettausbildungen des Ringkörpers (13; 38) und der mit ihm verbundenen Bauteile je mit Rastmitteln (20) versehen sind.
- Förderaggregat nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Gehäuse (23) des elektrischen Antriebsmotors (22) mit Abstand von einem Aggregatgehäuse (25) zur Ausbildung eines von der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine (24) (Tauchpumpe) beschickten Strömungsringraumes (26) umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkörper (13) aus einem inneren und aus einem äußeren Ringteil (13a, 13b) besteht, die beide mittels Bajonettausbildung (29, 31) miteinander verbunden sind, und das äußere Ringteil (13b) als Leitapparat (34, 35, 36) des Ringkörpers (13) ausgebildet ist, der an seinem Außenumfang mit dem Gehäuse (32) der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine (24) fest verbunden ist, und daß der Leitapparat mit Strömungsdurchlässen (34) und Leitschaufeln (35, 36) für das Fördermedium versehen ist.
- Förderaggregat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Ringteil (13b) in Form des Leitapparates (34, 35, 36) aus einem Blechformteil besteht und daß die Leitschaufeln (35, 36) aus denjenigen zungenartigen Blechteilen bestehen, die aus den für die Ausbildung der Strömungsdurchlässe (34) vorgesehenen Zonen des Ringteiles (13b) herausgebogen sind.
- Förderaggregat nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Gehäuse des elektrischen Antriebsmotors mit Abstand von einem Aggregatgehäuse zur Ausbildung eines von der Strömungsarbeitsmaschine (Tauchpumpe) beschickten Strömungsringraumes umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkörper (13) aus einem Blechformteil mit einer ersten Bajonettausbildung (51) an seinem Innenumfang, einer zweiten Bajonettausbildung (52) an seinem Außenumfang und aus einer zwischen den beiden Bajonettausbildungen vorgesehenen flächigen Ringzone (53, 54) besteht, daß die Ringzone einen inneren Umfangsbereich (53) für die Befestigung des Ringkörpers (13) und einen äußeren, als Leitapparat ausgebildeten Umfangsbereich (54) für die Beschickung des Strömungsringraumes (26) aufweist und daß der Leitapparat mit Strömungsdurchlässen (34) und Leitschaufeln (35, 36) versehen ist.
- Förderaggregat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitschaufeln (35, 36) aus denjenigen zungenartigen Blechteilen bestehen, die aus den für die Ausbildung der Strömungsdurchlässe (34) vorgesehenen Zonen des äußeren Umfangsbereiches des Ringkörpers (13) herausgebogen sind.
