Claims (7)

  1. Verpackung in Form einer starren geschlossenen, eine Substanz zur Herstellung eines Getränks enthaltenden, im wesentlichen feuchtigkeits- und insbesondere sauerstoffundurchlässigen Kapsel, die an die Maschinen zur Extraktion durch Druckfluid angepaßt ist und aus einem Körper und einer Membran mit einem Schwächungsbereich besteht, wobei der Körper kegelstumpfförmig, umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmig oder halbkugelförmig ist, einen abgerundeten Querschnitt aufweist und mit einem abgewinkelten Rand versehen ist und die Membran den auf dem abgewinkelten Rand dieses Körpers befestigten Deckel der Kapsel bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran oder die ebene Seite des Körpers selbst Bereiche geringerer Dicke besitzt, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Öffnung der Kapsel für den Durchtritt des Extrakts unter der Wirkung des Fluiddrucks zu begünstigen, und unter der Einwirkung des Fluiddrucks bei der Herstellung des Getränks bevorzugt reißen.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite, das heißt die Membran, wenn der Körper kegelstumpfförmig oder halbkugelförmig ist, oder die ebene Seite des Körpers, wenn er umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmig ist, Bereiche geringerer Dicke besitzt, die entweder durch Ausschneiden von Schlitzen in dieser Seite und Schaffung einer dünnen Kunststoffolie außen an dieser Seite durch Wärmebehandlung oder, im Fall eines umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmigen Körpers, durch Verringerung der Dicke des Werkstoffs in manchen Bereichen der Seite durch Prägen geschaffen sind.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper und die Membran aus einer warmverformbaren und mit sich selbst durch Heißsiegeln verbindbaren Mehrschichtfolie bestehen, deren dicke Strukturschicht(en) örtlich durchgerissen oder durchgeschnitten wurden oder aus Gewebe aus Kunststoff oder nicht gewebten amalgamierten Kunststoffasern bestehen, und daß die Strukturschicht(en) mit einer dünnen sauerstoffundurchlässigen Kunststoffschicht verbunden ist/sind.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem eine Zwischenschicht aus Filterpapier oder gewebten oder nicht gewebten Kunststoffasern zwischen der zu extrahierenden Substanz und der unteren Innenwand der Kapsel aufweist.
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem man den Körper der Kapsel in einer ersten Folie warmverformt oder tiefzieht, den so geformten Körper unter einem Neutralgasstrom mit einer pulverförmigen Zusammensetzung für ein Getränk füllt und dann die aus einer zweiten Folie gebildete Membran auf dem Körper der Kapsel versiegelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in der ersten Folie oder in der zweiten Folie vor dem Füllen der Kapsel Bereiche geringerer Dicke schafft.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Bereiche geringerer Dicke im Fall eines umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmigen Körpers in einem den Boden der Kapsel bildenden Teil der ersten Folie vor ihrer Formung oder im Fall eines kegelstumpfförmigen oder halbkugelförmigen Körpers in einem Teil der die Membran bildenden zweiten Folie vor ihrem Aufbringen auf den Körper durch Reißen oder Bohren bildet, so daß Schlitze geschaffen werden, und dann die Außenseite des Bodens der Kapsel oder der Membran mit einer dünnen sauerstoffundurchlässigen Kunststoffolie bedeckt oder die Außenfläche dieser Seite so wärmebehandelt, daß die zuvor geschaffenen Schlitze auf einer geringen Dicke wieder geschlossen werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Bereiche geringerer Dicke im Fall eines umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmigen Körpers in der Unterseite des Körpers bei dessen Formung durch Verringern der Dicke des Werkstoffs in manchen Bereichen der Seite durch Prägen schafft.
