Claims (8)

  1. Biegsame offene Verpackung für die Zubereitung eines Getränks, die die Form einer an die Maschinen zur Extraktion durch Druckfluid angepaßten Portionspackung hat und aus einem Körper (1) besteht, der die Form einer kegelstumpfförmigen oder umgekehrt kegelstumpfförmigen, mit einem abgewinkelten Rand (3) versehenen Vertiefung hat, die eine pulverförmige Substanz für die Zubereitung eines Getränks enthält, und der durch eine Membran (2) geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (1) verformbar oder ausdehnbar ist, so daß er sich an die verschiedenen Extraktionsvorrichtungen genau anpaßt, daß der Körper (1) und die Membran (2) aus durchlässigem biegsamem Kunststoff bestehen oder daß der Boden des Körpers (1) und der zentrale Teil der Membran (2) perforiert sind oder daß die Membran (2) aus Filterpapier besteht.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ringförmige Wand des Körpers (1) in ihrem der großen Basis des Kegelstumpfes nahen Teil einen Balg (5, 6) besitzt, der die Ausdehnung der Vertiefung sowie die Abdichtung der Extraktion und den Durchfluß des Extraktionsfluids durch das Bett aus pulverförmiger Substanz gestattet.
  3. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der einen abgewinkelten Rand (3) aufweisende Körper (1) der Portionspackung in einem ersten Film warmgeformt wird, die so geformte Vertiefung mit einer pulverförmigen Zusammensetzung für ein Getränk gefüllt wird und die Zusammensetzung in der Vertiefung unter einem Inertgasstrom verdichtet wird, die aus einem zweiten Film gebildete Membran (2) auf dem Körper (1) der Kapsel versiegelt wird, der Boden des Körpers (1) und ggf. die Membran (2) perforiert werden und dann die Portionspackung ausgeschnitten wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Warmformung des Körpers um die Vertiefung herum ein ringförmiger Balg (5, 6) gebildet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein konkaver Balg (5) gebildet wird, daß die Membran (2) auf dem abgewinkelten Rand (3) des Körpers und auf dem abgewinkelten Rand des Balgs (5) versiegelt wird, daß die Membran (2) an erster Stelle außerhalb des inneren Rands des Balgs (5) und an zweiter Stelle mit dem abgewinkelten Rand (3) des Körpers ausgeschnitten wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein konkaver Balg (5) gebildet wird, daß die Membran (2) ausgeschnitten und die zuvor ausgeschnittene Membran auf dem inneren Rand des Balgs (5) versiegelt wird und daß dann die Portionspackung ausgeschnitten wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein konvexer Balg (6) gebildet wird, daß die Membran (2) ausgeschnitten wird und die zuvor ausgeschnittene Membran auf dem Scheitel des Balgs (6) versiegelt wird und daß dann die Portionspackung ausgeschnitten wird.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein konvexer Balg (6) gebildet wird, daß die Membran (2) auf dem Scheitel des Balgs (6) versiegelt wird, daß die Membran (2) an erster Stelle außerhalb des Balgs (6) und an zweiter Stelle mit dem abgewinkelten Rand (3) des Körpers ausgeschnitten wird.
