Claims (10)
- Warmgeformter Behälter mit einem Körper (10), der eine Seitenwand (10A) und einen einer Öffnung (10C) gegenüberliegenden Boden (10B) aufweist, mit einem ersten Fach (20), das zwischen dem Boden (10B) und einer innerhalb des Behälters angeordneten und an der Seitenwand (10A) befestigten Membran (14, 14') begrenzt ist, sowie einem zweiten Fach (22), das zwischen der Membran (14, 14') und der Öffnung (10C) begrenzt ist, wobei diese Fächer jeweils geeignet sind, ein Produkt zu enthalten, wobei der Körper (10) des Behälters (1) in dem Bereich des ersten Faches (20) einen druckverformbaren Teil (P, P') aufweist, der dann, wenn er verformt wird, geeignet ist, das Volumen dieses Faches zu verringern, um in diesem einen Überdruck zu erzeugen, der die Membran (14, 14') Belastungen (T) aussetzt, die ein Brechen dieser Membran und/oder ihrer Befestigung an der Seitenwand bewirken,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verformbare Teil von einem Bodenteil des Behälters gebildet ist und daß - um das Verformen des verformbaren Teils zu erleichtern - der mittlere Teil des Bodens eine in Richtung des Innenraums des Behälters vorspringende Nut (24) aufweist. - Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut entlang einem Durchmesser des Bodens (10B) ausgerichtet ist und sich dabei vorzugsweise über die Gesamtheit dieses Durchmessers erstreckt.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (24) einen Querschnitt im wesentlichen in Form eines nach unten offenen V aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand eine einen Absatz bildende Fläche (16, 16') für die Befestigung der Membran (14, 14') aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (10A) eine zur Öffnung (10C) gerichtete Schulter (16) aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (14) an der einen Absatz bildenden Fläche (16) verschweißt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (14) mittels einer Autogenschweißung (18) verschweißt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens in dem Verschweißungsbereich (18) die Membran (14) mit einem Material überzogen ist, das eine niedrigere Schmelztemperatur als das Material des Körpers (10) des Behälters hat.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (14) wenigstens einen Schwächungsbereich (15) aufweist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Membran (14) eine obere Schicht (14B), die Einschnitte (15) aufweist, sowie eine durch diese Einschnitte nicht beeinträchtigte untere Schicht (14A) umfaßt.
