Claims (8)

  1. 박막에 의하여 닫혀지고 음료의 준비를 위한 분말형 물질을 포함하고 림으로 제공된 직원추체 또는 역직원추체의 형상으로 공동에 의하여 형성된 몸체로 구성되는 압력하의 유체에 의하여 작동하는 추출기계에 채택된 캡슐의 형상으로 음료 제조용의 개방되고 가요성 있는 포장용기에 있어서, 몸체는 여리 추출 시스템에 정확한 채택을 가능하게 하는 변형가능하거나 또는 신장가능하며, 몸체와 박막은 침투성의 가용성 플라스틱재로 제조되거나 또는 박막의 중심부와 몸체의 기부가 관통되거나 또는 박막이 필터 종이로 제조되는 개방되고 가요성 있는 포장용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 직원추체의 주요기부에 인접한 그 부분에 있는 몸체의 환상벽은 공동의 신장과 추출과정의 유체기밀과 분말상 물질층을 통한 추출액의 순환을 허용하는 거시트로 구성되는 포장용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 림을 구성하는 캡슐의 몸체는 제1의 필름으로 가열 성형하고, 이에 따라 성형된 공동은 음료용 분말상 조성물로 채워지며, 이 조성물은 불활성가스의 스트림에 있는 캐비티에 채워지고, 제2의 필름에서 형성된 박막은 캡슐의 몸체에 밀봉되고, 몸체의 기부와 선택적으로 박막은 관통되고 캡슐은 절개되는 개방되고 가요성있는 포장용기의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 환상의 거시트가 몸체의 가열성형중 공동 주위에 형성되는 포장용기의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 오목 거시트가 형성되고, 박막은 거시트의 림에, 몸체의 림에 밀봉되며, 박막은 첫째로 거시트의 내부림 외부에 절개되고, 둘째로 몸체의 림에 절개되는 포장용기의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 오목 거시트는 형성되고 절개되며, 예비 절단된 박막은 캡슐이 절개된 후 거시트의 내부림에 밀봉되는 포장용기의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 오목 거시트가 형성되고 절개되며, 예비 절단된 박막은 캡슐이 절개된 후 거시트의 상부에 밀봉되는 포장용기의 제조방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 볼록 거시트가 형성되고, 박막이 거시트의 상부에 밀봉되고, 첫째로 거시트를 지나치고 둘째로 몸체의 림에서 절개되는 포장용기의 제조방법.
