Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour le pliage transversal de bandes d'une presse rotative à un tiers de la longueur de format à l'aide d'un cylindre de coupe (1, 26), d'un cylindre à picots et à lames de pliage (10, 33) et d'un cylindre à mâchoires (14 ,38), caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de coupe (1) porte au moins une paire de lames de coupe (2; 3) avec une longueur d'arc de ces dernières l'une vers l'autre d'un tiers de la longueur de format, en ce que entre celuilà et le cylindre à picots et à lames de pliage (10) est placé un cylindre à picots (4) à paires de systèmes à picots (5; 6), en ce que les systèmes à picots (5; 6) de celui-ci ont l'un vers l'autre une longueur d'arc également de un tiers de la longueur de format, en ce qu'un autre cylindre à picots (9) est associé au cylindre à picots (4) dans le sens de rotation après le cylindre de coupe 1, qui est muni de systèmes à picots (11) à une longueur d'arc l'un vers l'autre d'un tiers de la longueur de format et dont la circonférence est un multiple non entier de la longueur de format, et en ce que le cylindre à mâchoires (14) est placé après le cylindre à picots et à lames de pliage (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lames de coupe (2, 3) de chaque paire de lames du cylindre de coupe (1) sont réglables l'une vers l'autre en distance.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les systèmes à picots (5; 6) de chaque paire de systèmes à picots du cylindre à picots (4) sont réglables en distance.
- Dispositif pour le pliage transversal de bandes d'une presse rotative à un tiers de la longueur de format à l'aide d'un cylindre de coupe (1, 26), d'un cylindre à picots et à lames de pliage (10, 33) et d'un cylindre à mâchoires (14, 38), caractérisé en ce que entre le cylindre de coupe (26) et le cylindre à picots et à lames de pliage (33) est placé un cylindre à picots et à lames de coupe (28), qui est muni de plusieurs lames de coupe (29) et de systèmes à picots (30), ces derniers ayant par rapport aux lames de coupe à chaque fois voisines (29) dans le sens de rotation une longueur d'arc d'un tiers de la longueur de format, en ce qu'au cylindre à ergots et à lames de coupe (28) est associé dans le sens de rotation après le cylindre de coupe (26) un cylindre à ergots (32), qui est muni de systèmes à picots (34) avec une longueur d'arc l'un vers l'autre d'un tiers de la longueur de format et dont la circonférence est un multiple non entier de la longueur de format, et en ce que le cylindre à mâchoires (38) est placé après le cylindre à picots et à lames de pliage (28).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les systèmes à picots (30) et la lame de coupe voisine (29) à chaque fois dans le sens de rotation du cylindre à picots et à lames de coupe (28) sont réglables l'un vers l'autre en distance.
