Claims (5)
- Maschine zum Schleifen von Werkstücken, umfassend ein Grundgestell (1), einen beweglich auf dem Grundgestell befestigten Schleifkopf, ein Werkzeug (10) und Mittel zur Bewegung des Werkzeugs, um es einen Schleifvorgang auf einem Werkstück ausführen zu lassen, mit welchen` es durch eine in bezug auf das Grundgestell relative Bewegung des Schleifkopfs in Kontakt gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkzeug (10) auf den Mitteln (6, 7) zu seiner Bewegung über einen Werkzeughalter (9) befestigt ist, welcher mit doppeltwirkenden pneumatischen Mitteln (36, 38; 50) für die Regelung des Anpreßdrucks des Werkzeugs (10) auf dem zu polierenden Werkstück (P) ausgerüstet ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pneumatischen Regelungsmittel (36, 38; 48) wenigstens einen durch eine Quelle (36) mit Druckluft versorgten Pneumatikzylinder (38; 50), der mit dem Werkzeughalter (9) fest verbunden ist, wobei das Werkzeug (10) fest mit dem Kolben (40, 48) des Pneumatikzylinders verbunden ist und einen Fühler für die Position des Schleifkopfes in bezug auf das zu schleifende Werkstück bildet, umfassen, und daß der Werkzeughalter (9) außerdem hydraulische Regelungsmittel (34) enthält, die von den Bewegungen des pneumatischen Zylinders (38; 50) gesteuert werden und in einen hydraulischen Versorgungskreislauf für die Mittel (16, 17, 19, 29), die den Schleifkopf relativ zum Grundgestell (1) bewegen, eingebunden sind.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pneumatischen Regelungsmittel wenigstens einen ersten Pneumatikzylinder (38) für eine Arbeitsweise der Maschine in absteigender Richtung, dabei befindet sich das Werkzeug über dem zu schleifenden Werkstück, und einen zweiten Pneumatikzylinder (50) für eine Arbeitsweise der Maschine in aufsteigender Richtung, dabei befindet sich das Werkzeug unter dem zu schleifenden Werkstück, umfassen, wobei der erste und der zweite Pneumatikzylinder (38; 50) mit den hydraulischen Regelungsmitteln (34) mechanisch verbunden sind.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeughalter (9) ein an den Mitteln (6, 7) zum Bewegen des Werkzeugs (10) befestigtes Gehäuse (55), einen Wagen (61), der mit Mitteln (62, 63) zur Aufnahme des Werkzeugs (10) versehen und verschiebbar im Gehäuse (55) angebracht ist, wobei der Wagen (55) an seinem dem Werkzeug gegenüberliegenden Ende einen einen Kolben bildenden Teil (64), welcher in die einen Zylinder bildende Buchse (65) eingreift, die im Gehäuse (55) angebracht ist, umfaßt, die den Kolben bzw. Zylinder (64, 65) formenden Teile einen ersten Pneumatikzylinder zum Bewegen des Werkzeugs in absteigender Richtung bilden, wobei der Wagen (55) mechanisch mit einer Nadel (42) verbunden ist, beweglich in einer Hülse (41) angebracht, die einen Drosseldurchlaß für Regelungsmittel (34) der hydraulischen Versorgung der Mittel (16, 17, 19, 20), die den Schleifkopf bewegen, bildet, wobei diese Hülse in einem in dem Gehäuse (55) des Werkzeughalters befestigten Gehäuse (77) angeordnet und mit dem Hydraulikkreislauf über Durchlässe (76, 78) verbunden ist, und daß außerdem ein zweiter Pneumatikzylinder (67) vorgesehen ist, der ein im Gehäuse (55) des Werkzeughalters befestigtes Gehäuse (68, 69) und einen Kolben (72), der in dem Gehäuse beweglich und von einer mechanisch mit dem Wagen (61) verbundenen Kolbenstange (73) getragen ist, umfaßt, wobei der zweite Pneumatikzylinder auf beiden Seiten des Kolbens (72) aus einer Druckluftquelle über jeweilige Versorgungsleitungen (70, 71) versorgt werden kann, um das Werkzeug in absteigender oder aufsteigender Richtung zu bewegen.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Wirkung des Teils des zweiten Pneumatikzylinders (67), der an einer Seite des Kolbens in absteigender Richtung des Werkzeugs versorgt wird, zu der des ersten Pneumatikzylinders (64, 65) addiert.
