Claims (22)

  1. Machine de manipulation de récipients de type rotatif, avec un organe de traitement, au moins, et un dispositif associé, en conformité avec la position, pour le maintien de récipients, de bouteilles en particulier, munis d'une collerette dans la zone sous-jacente à l'ouverture, le dispositif (1) comportant un élément support (2), soutenant la collerette (5), et un élément de centrage (3) pouvant s'appliquer sur l'ouverture du récipient, ces deux éléments étant réalisés avec une distance mutuelle variable, caractérisée en ce que l'élément support (2) et l'élément de centrage (3) ont une disposition telle, qu'ils peuvent se déplacer conjointement par rapport à l'organe de traitement (7) après le serrage et le centrage du récipient (4).
  2. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le serrage et le centrage d'un récipient (4) sont assurés par l'abaissement de l'élément de centrage (3) sur l'ouverture du récipient.
  3. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif (1) est monté avec une possibilité de déplacement axial par rapport à l'organe de traitement (7).
  4. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (3) présente un orifice (10) concentrique à l'ouverture (6) du récipient et une surface de centrage (9), conformée sur cet orifice et adaptée au contour de l'ouverture, l'orifice (10) de l'élément de centrage (3), en particulier, ayant une orientation concentrique par rapport à l'organe de traitement (7).
  5. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément support (2) comporte une partie en forme de plaque, munie d'un évidement essentiellement en U, ouvert en direction du côté introduction.
  6. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la distance entre l'élément support (2) et l'élément de centrage (3) est réglable par un dispositif de commande (11).
  7. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de traitement (7) est monté fixe en hauteur, et que l'élément support (2) et l'élément de centrage (3) sont guidés avec une possibilité de déplacement dans le sens axial par rapport à celui-ci.
  8. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement relatif entre l'organe de traitement (7) et le dispositif (1), comme le mouvement relatif entre l'élément de cent rage (3), formant le dispositif (1), et l'élément support (2), sont commandés par un seul dispositif de commande (11).
  9. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'un corps de butée (12) fixe en hauteur, prévu pour l'élément de centrage (3) et/ou l'élément support (2), est disposé sur la partie rotative de la machine de manipulation.
  10. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'une position de service de l'élément de centrage (3) et de l'élément support (2), pour l'association du récipient (4) et de l'organe de traitement (7), peut être définie par le corps de butée (12).
  11. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce qu'une position d'attente de l'élément de centrage (3), pour l'introduction et la sortie du récipient (4), est définie par le corps de butée (12).
  12. Machine de manipulation de récipient s suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'élément support (2) est assemblé rigidement avec une glissière (14), dont l'axe (15) est orienté à la parallèle de l'axe longitudinal (16) de l'organe de traitement (7).
  13. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (3) est monté avec une possibilité de déplacement sur la glissière (14).
  14. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (3) est sollicité en permanence en direction de l'élément support (2) par un élément à ressort (17).
  15. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la glissière (14) est disposée rigidement sur un chariot (18), guidé pour sa part sur la partie rotative de la machine de manipulation, avec une possibilité de déplacement à la parallèle de l'axe longitudinal (16) de l'organe de traitement (7).
  16. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (18) est sollicité en permanence en direction de l'organe de traitement (7) par un élément à ressort (19).
  17. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisée en ce que le corps de butée (12) limite la trajectoire du chariot (18) en direction de l'organe de traitement (7), en combinaison avec une butée (20) assemblée avec le chariot (18).
  18. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le corps de butée (12) et la butée (20) sont fixés avec une possibilité de réglage dans leur position en hauteur.
  19. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant les revendications 9 à 18, caractérisée en ce que le corps de butée (12), en combinaison avec un élément de butée (21) fixé sur l'élément de centrage (3), définit la position extrême inférieure de ce dernier, opposée à l'organe de traitement (7).
  20. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 15 à 19, caractérisée en ce qu'un galet de came (22) est fixé sur le chariot (18), ce galet concourant avec une came de commande (23), stationnaire par rapport à la partie rotative de la machine de manipulation.
  21. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que la came de commande (23) est réalisée sous forme de segment de came, exclusivement limité à la zone comprise entre l'entrée et la sortie du récipient.
  22. Machine de manipulation de récipients suivant l'une des revendications 20 ou 21, caractérisée en ce que la position extrême inférieure de l'élément support (2) est définie par le contour de la came de commande (23).
