Definitions
- the invention relates to a finger joint press and finger joint glue and press system for the production of Finger joint connections on the front side with finger joint provided and glued boards.
- the end faces of the boards are attached in finger jointing machines 10-50 mm long finger joints milled and then with glue Mistake.
- the boards are then individually one after the other Longitudinal direction of the finger press supplied.
- the boards have a different length of approx. 20-600 cm and are individually one after the other in the finger jointing press pressed together so that a high initial strength arises, so a cut to length according to the order of the endlessly produced boards is possible.
- the boards are then stacked where the glue in the Finger joint hardens and firmly connects both boards or that Brett is e.g. immediately glued to the glulam beam without that the finger joint is mechanically loaded.
- All finger presses on the market are performance-reducing link in the overall system.
- the boards are coming in packets from the finger jointing machine in different lengths, the package is separated by a cross transport of the Inlet valve fed to the finger press.
- Board by board, coming from cross transport, is aligned in front of or in the infeed path, positioned for the subsequent longitudinal transport in the finger press, where the end of the last board with glue and finger prongs is positioned on the end.
- the geometrically precise finger joints with a pitch of approx. 2-4 mm or larger must be positioned precisely in the press before the connection, so that the transition in the connection is geometrically precise and as invisible as possible.
- Repeated positioning in front of the infeed belt and again in the press takes up unnecessary time.
- the transport path is too long, unnecessary waiting time arises because the last board has to be transported through until the last end face 11 of the board 24 in the middle of the pressing zone, according to.
- Figure 1 is positioned. Only then is the subsequent board to be joined transported through the closed long press frame to the center of the press.
- the required longitudinal pressure is approx. 50-100 kg per qcm
- the Holding pressure on the two boards to be pressed together or Wood is usually twice the feed pressure.
- the press shoe it is possible for the press shoe to slip on the wood if Spann- u. Baling pressure does not come in sync or through Contamination of the clamping pressure was delayed. Then arise Connections that have the high initial strength in the Do not have finger joint. This results in rejects.

- the table 1 is movable in the direction of arrow 34 to the rigid table 2 with the guide shafts 6 and 7 and the stop 21.
- the flat steel 26 is at the Tables 1 and 2 firmly connected, where the bolts 18 the have triangular lever 16 rotatably connected.
- the front one Press table extension 8 and 9 from the press table 1 becomes a support of the board 22 and enables immediate positioning in Direction of arrow 33 against the stop 20 when the board 24 in Arrow direction 46 is promoted and positioned as far. If both boards 23 and 24 with geometrically precise profile 12 are positioned, then the cylinder 39 ( Figure 2) on the Fluidic media applied to piston rod side 38, whereby the piston 37 moves in the direction of arrow 41, whereby the distance between the holes with bolts 17 becomes smaller.
- the cylinder 39 is then energized on the other side of the piston 37, whereby the bores with bolts 17 move the triangular levers 16 apart in the direction of arrow 41, whereby the bores 19 with the bolts move the flat steel 29 in the direction of arrow 36, whereby the Flat steel 32 connected with bolts 28, guide shafts 4,5,6,7 and press tables 14,15 connected with bolts 48 by moving in the direction of arrow 36 release boards 23 and 24.
- the board 23 connected by finger jointing with board 24 is transported through the press tables until the end of the board 23 with the glue joint finger profile is in the position of the previous board 24.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a finger joint press and finger joint glue and press system for the production of Finger joint connections on the front side with finger joint provided and glued boards.
The end faces of the boards are attached in finger jointing machines 10-50 mm long finger joints milled and then with glue Mistake. The boards are then individually one after the other Longitudinal direction of the finger press supplied.
The boards have a different length of approx. 20-600 cm and are individually one after the other in the finger jointing press pressed together so that a high initial strength arises, so a cut to length according to the order of the endlessly produced boards is possible. The boards are then stacked where the glue in the Finger joint hardens and firmly connects both boards or that Brett is e.g. immediately glued to the glulam beam without that the finger joint is mechanically loaded.
All finger presses on the market are performance-reducing link in the overall system. The boards are coming in packets from the finger jointing machine in different lengths, the package is separated by a cross transport of the Inlet valve fed to the finger press.
Board by board, coming from cross transport, is aligned in front of or in the infeed path, positioned for the subsequent longitudinal transport in the finger press, where the end of the last board with glue and finger prongs is positioned on the end.
The geometrically precise finger joints with a pitch of approx. 2-4 mm or larger must be positioned precisely in the press before the connection, so that the transition in the connection is geometrically precise and as invisible as possible. Repeated positioning in front of the infeed belt and again in the press takes up unnecessary time. Especially with boards of different lengths to be connected, the transport path is too long, unnecessary waiting time arises because the last board has to be transported through until the
For finger joint gluing and pressing systems and finger joint presses the required longitudinal pressure is approx. 50-100 kg per qcm, the Holding pressure on the two boards to be pressed together or Wood is usually twice the feed pressure. Often it is possible for the press shoe to slip on the wood if Spann- u. Baling pressure does not come in sync or through Contamination of the clamping pressure was delayed. Then arise Connections that have the high initial strength in the Do not have finger joint. This results in rejects.
The same problem occurs with the combined finger jointing glue and press systems because the boards to be connected in Can be inserted one behind the other for processing have to. The waiting time is due to the positioning in front of the Insertion, longitudinal transport and positioning in the press disproportionately large. The processing unit must be with everyone constructions on the market once empty run back until the next operation is initiated. The idle stroke costs unnecessary time. The subsequent storage and Processing takes about 1 day until the finger joint has hardened. The storage space and the capital commitment is too large.

The object of the invention was to develop a finger press with higher connection performance and less space requirement.
This object is achieved by the features specified in

Figur 1 und Figur 3.This is achieved in that the Finger jointing presses or the combined finger jointing gluing and pressing systems, at least is open on one side in the area of the board feed, acc. Figure 1 and Figure 3.
Keilzinkenprofil 12 , fest verbinden. Figure 1 shows the transverse transport with the
dreieckförmigen Hebel 16 in Pfeilrichtung 41 auseinander bewegen,
The

Sliding of the press tables is not possible because the
Another very advantageous execution acc. Figure 5 is when the press and milling glue and press construction are loaded with
An adjustable allowance in the direction of
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment as a finger joint milling gluing and pressing system, where the
The glue indication is rotatably supported about the
Regler entsprechend einstellbar.The

In order to achieve the quick setting of the glue, the glue specification is heated by known structures. The glue and hardener can be added to the individual data when heated. The chemical setting is reduced to a few minutes or seconds. The temperature can be adjusted accordingly by known regulators.
The
