Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'emboutissage (3) dans une presse, comportant des vérins d'emboutissage (9, 10) pour tenir des pièces de tôle pendant le formage et, le cas échéant, pour éjecter les pièces de tôle de l'élément d'outil inférieur après le formage, et dans lequel les pistons des vérins d'emboutissage (9, 10) agissent par des poussoirs (5, 6) sur le serre-flan dans l'élément d'outil inférieur, caractérisé en ce que les vérins d'emboutissage (9, 10) sont disposés individuellement ou en groupes dans différents chariots (20) et sont guidés par ceux-ci sur des rails horizontaux (13) fixes sur la presse et sont déplaçables par des moyens de déplacement et de transmission (14, 16, 17, 18, 19) dans au moins une direction de déplacement au-dessous des poussoirs (5, 6) individuellement, ou en groupe en cas de montage mobile commun, les poussoirs (5, 6) étant actionnés directement par les vérins d'emboutissage (9, 10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de déplacement sont des actionneurs (14) commandés hydrauliquement, dont les tiges de poussée (16) sont reliées aux vérins d' emboutissage (9, 10) ou chacune à au moins l'un desdits vérins.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux vérins d'emboutissage (9, 10) sont disposés dans un bloc (20) qui est coulissant sous l'effet d'un actionneur (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'écartement mutuel des vérins d' emboutissage (9, 10) dans un bloc (20) correspond à l'écartement entre deux poussoirs adjacents (5, 6).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les vérins d' emboutissage (9, 10) sont montés dans des chariots (20) également de manière mobile, perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement du chariot, pour être déplaçables horizontalement sur des rails (13) au moyen d'actionneurs (14).
