Claims (7)

  1. Joint droit d'un profilé d'imposte avec un profilé de cadre ou un profilé de meneau (1) pour fenêtres, portes ou analogues, réalisé moyennant l'utilisation d'un élément de liaison (3) remplissant le profilé d'imposte (2), présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans la position d'extrémité, l'élément de liaison (3) s'engage par deux barrettes formant crochets (4, 5) derrière les deux rainures longitudinales extérieures (7a, 7b) faisant partie de trois rainures longitudinales parallèles en dépouille (7a, 7b, 7c) du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1),
    b) l'élément de liaison (3) est fixé sur le profilé de cadre ou le profilé de meneau (1) par au moins un élément de fixation (8),
    caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    c) l'élément de liaison (3) possède une barrette (6) qui est parallèle aux barrettes formant crochets (4,5) et possède une section transversale en forme de champignon,
    d) dans la position de montage, l'élément de liaison (3) peut être inséré latéralement dans les rainures longitudinales (7a,7b,7c) du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1), l'élément de liaison (3) étant incliné approximativement sous un angle d'inclinaison α par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à la direction longitudinale du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1), et les crochets (4',5',6') des barrettes (4,5,6) possèdent des méplats (14,15,16) qui sont sensiblement parallèles à la direction longitudinale du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1),
    e) dans la position finale, la barrette (6) s'engage derrière la rainure longitudinale médiane en dépouille (7c) du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1).
  2. Joint droit selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison α peut être déterminé par la relation suivante : cos α = Profondeur d'insertion T du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1) Largeur B de la base de l'élément de liaison (3)

  3. Joint droit selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les méplats (14, 15) des crochets (4', 5') s'étendent à partir de la ligne médiane de l'élément de liaison (3), et que la distance entre les méplats extérieurs (14, 15) et les méplats (16) des crochets (6') est déterminée par la somme (N+S) de la largeur utile (N) et de la largeur de barrette (S) du profilé de cadre ou du profilé de meneau (1).
  4. Joint droit selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1-3, caractérisé en ce que les crochets (4', 5') possèdent, sur le côté intérieur, des méplats (17) qui s'étendent parallèlement aux méplats (14, 15, 16) et dont la distance par rapport aux méplats extérieurs (14, 15) est déterminée par la largeur utile N.
  5. Joint droit selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces latérales de l'élément de liaison (3) possèdent des méplats (18) parallèles aux méplats (14, 15, 16, 17).
  6. Joint droit selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en. ce que les méplats (18) sont alignés avec les méplats extérieurs (14, 15).
  7. Joint droit selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1-6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de liaison (3) est fixé sur le profilé de cadre ou sur le profilé de meneau (1) au moyen d'une goupille de fixation (19).
