Claims (9)

  1. Hubtor mit anhebbarem Vorhang, mit einem starren Rahmen aus zwei seitlichen senkrechten Pfosten (1, 2) und einem diese Pfosten in ihren oberen Bereichen miteinander verbindenden Querbalken (3), der einen nach unten offenen U-förmigen Querschnitt mit einem Boden (4) und zwei sich nach unten bis zu einem unteren Rand (5A, 6A) erstreckenden Flügeln (5, 6) aufweist und mechanische Betätigungsorgane für den Vorhang enthält, und mit einem Vorhang (7), der zwischen den Pfosten angehoben oder abgesenkt werden kann, wobei der Vorhang einen oberen Bereich aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Bereich des Vorhangs sich in Abstand unterhalb des Bodens des Querbalkens (3) unterhalb der mechanischen Organe befindet, die ggf. unter dem Querbalken angeordnet sind, und daß eine Abdeckhaube (15), die zwei parallele Längsränder, einen oberen Rand (15A) und einen unteren Rand (15B) besitzt, mit ihrem oberen Rand am unteren Rand (5A) eines Flügels des Querbalkens befestigt ist und in einer solchen Ausrichtung gehalten wird, daß ihr unterer Rand (15B) sich an den oberen Bereich des Vorhangs anlegt, um eine Verschließ-Kontinuität zwischen dem Querbalken und dem Vorhang zu gewährleisten.
  2. Tor nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der obere Bereich des Vorhangs ortsfest und an einer Stange (8) befestigt ist, die sich in einem solchen Abstand zum Boden des Querbalkens zwischen den Pfosten befindet, daß die mechanischen Betätigungsmittel des Vorhangs zwischen dieser Stange und dem Boden des Querbalkens angeordnet werden können, und der untere Rand (15B) der Abdeckhaube ist gegen den oberen festen Bereich des Vorhangs angelegt.
  3. Tor nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der obere Bereich des Vorhangs (20, 33) beweglich ist und der Vorhang im oberen Bereich des Tors in einer im wesentlichen ortsfesten Position vorbeiläuft, wobei diese Position sich unterhalb der mechanischen Betätigungsmittel des Vorhangs befindet, und der untere Rand (22, 36) der Abdeckhaube in der Nähe dieser im wesentlichen ortsfesten Position gehalten wird.
  4. Tor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens ein Flügel des Querbalkens einen um 180° umgebogenen Rand (5A) aufweist und der obere Rand (15A) der Abdeckhaube ebenfalls um 180° umgeschlagen ist, und die beiden Ränder ineinandergefügt sind, damit der untere Rand des Flügels des Querbalkens die Abdeckhaube trägt.
  5. Tor nach Anspruch 4, bei dem eine Dichtung (16) zwischen den Knick des Flügels des Querbalkens und den Knick des oberen Rands der Abdeckhaube eingefügt ist.
  6. Tor nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, bei dem der untere Rand der Abdeckhaube eine Dichtung (15B, 22, 36) aufweist, wie z.B. ein Wulst aus Kautschuk, eine Reihe von Borsten oder ähnliches.
  7. Tor nach Anspruch 2, bei dem der untere Rand der Abdeckhaube mit Dämpfungselementen (17) versehen ist.
  8. Tor nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Stange (8) zur Befestigung des oberen Bereichs des Vorhangs mit Dämpfungselementen (17) versehen ist.
  9. Tor nach Anspruch 3, bei dem der untere Rand der Abdeckhaube mit drehbar montierten Rollen oder Scheiben (22) versehen ist.
