Claims (9)
- Profil de rail guide pour vantaux de portail roulant avec une forme de section transversale en U et des branches recourbées vers l'intérieur l'une sur l'autre dont les extrémités sont entourées par des profilés de bordure antifriction emboîtés sur elles, et qui comporte respectivement un évidement dont la conformation vue vers l'intérieur de la bordure antifriction suit tout d'abord une évolution parallèle de l'extrémité de branche correspondante et ensuite d'une manière identique à celle du bord de l'extrémité de la branche est coudée latéralement vers l'extérieur où se termine le matériau de bordure antifriction, profil de rail guide caractérisé en ce que le profil des bordures antifriction (5) vu en section transversale est réalisé dans la zone entourant les extrémités (2) des branches avec une épaisseur de paroi à peu près constante et comporte vers l'extérieur une surface (8) arrondie.

- Profil de rail guide selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le profil de la bordure antifriction (5) vu en section transversale est prévu en s'amincissant (12) sur le côté externe de la branche (11).
- Profil de rail guide selon une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le profil des bordures antifriction (5) sur son tronçon interne (10), placé vers le fond du profil de rail guide (1) en forme de U, est muni de respectivement une étanchéité (6 ; 7) en forme de brosses orientées vers la surface limitrophe du vantail (13) du portail.
- Profil de rail guide selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que dans le tronçon de profil interne (10) est prévue une gorge réceptrice (15) en contre-dépouille, dans laquelle est mise en place une étanchéité à brosses (6 ; 7) venant en prise dans les contre dépouilles
- Profil de rail guide selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce qu'on peut mettre en place au choix des bandes d'étanchéité (6 ; 7) avec des longueurs de soies des brosses différentes.
- Profil de rail guide selon une des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le profil de bordure antifriction (5) est fixé à au moins une de ses deux extrémités frontales au moyen d'une agrafe de maintien (16) au profilé de bordure antifriction (1).
- Profil de rail guide selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que l'agrafe de maintien (16) comporte une partie de pincement (17) qui avec les branches de pincement (18) d'une structure de pincement en forme de U (19) embrasse l'extrémité de la branche (2) et la partie terminale (12) du profilé de bordure (5) placé sur le côté externe de la branche (11), et est fixée dans cette position au moyen d'une vis de serrage (20).
- Profil de rail guide selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que l'agrafe de maintien (16) comporte une partie d'appui (21), de préférence réalisée également en forme de U, ou le tronçon de profil interne (10) comportant les brosses d'étanchéité (6 ; 7) du profilé de bordure (5).
