Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de débattement comportant une pièce coulissante (2) d'un bras de débattement (1) pour une fenêtre, porte ou analogue, muni d'un battant au moins basculant, la pièce coulissante (2) étant guidée en coulissement longitudinal dans une rainure de ferrure (4) à contredépouille d'un cadre réalisé sous la forme d'un profilé extrudé, et ayant une section essentiellement en forme de U, avec aux extrémités des branches libres (8) reliées par une aile (7), des ailes longitudinales (9) pour venir prendre derrière des ailes transversales (5) réduisant la largeur d'ouverture de la rainure de ferrure (4), et s'étendant sur les parois latérales de la rainure de ferrure, ainsi gu'un orifice d'accouplement (12) réalisé dans l'aile (7) de la pièce coulissante (2) pour recevoir le pivot à collerette (28) du bras de débattement (1) et en ce que la pièce coulissante (2) arrive en appui contre une pièce de butée (3) pour limiter le degré d'ouverture en basculement du battant, la pièce de butée (3) étant fixe en position ou pouvant être coulissée longitudinalement en liaison avec un bras de débattement supplémentaire, dans la rainure de ferrure (4), et dans la position finale d'ouverture par basculement du battant, une sécurité de fermeture du battant se met en oeuvre, cette sécurité se composant d'un ruban d'acier à ressort (16) fixé sur le coté inférieur (10) de l'aile (7) de la pièce coulissante (2), avec un bec d'accrochage (21) prévu à l'extrémité libre qui dépasse de la pièce coulissante (2) et une came d'accrochage (32), correspondante, prévue sur la pièce de butée (3) et derrière laquelle vient prendre de manière amovible le bec d'accrochage (21), dispositif caractérisé en ce que, d'une part, au niveau des points de fixation du ruban d'acier à ressort (16) sur l'aile (7) de la pièce coulissante (2), le ruban d'acier à ressort (16) en formant des parois latérales (19) et d'un fond (18) appliqué contre l'aile (7), en étant recourbé en forme de U, et le fond (18), directement après la zone du point de fixation du ruban d'acier à ressort (16) est éloigné de l'aile (7) pour que les parois latérales qui sont prolongées par une languette élastique (20) s'étendant essentiellement de manière parallèle aux branches (8) de la pièce coulissante (2) et dépassant l'extrémité libre de la pièce coulissante (2), avec le bec d'accrochage (21) et en ce que par ailleurs le ruban d'acier à ressort (16) s'étend en s'appliquant contre le côté intérieur (10) de l'aile (7) au-delà de l'ouverture de liaison (12) et au niveau de l'ouverture de liaison (12), comporte une cavité (26) pour fixer le pivot à collerette (25) du bras de débattement (1), après qu'il soit engagé, pour éviter qu'il ne puisse se décrocher.
  2. Dispositif de débattement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de liaison (12) de la pièce coulissante (2) se compose d'un perçage (13) ayant les dimensions du diamètre de la collerette (30) du goujon à collerette (28) du bras de débattement (1) suivi d'une extension (14), communiquante, ayant le diamètre du corps (29) du pivot à collerette (28) et en ce que la cavité (26) du ruban d'acier à ressort (16) se trouve au niveau de l'extension (14) et a un diamètre supérieur au diamètre de la collerette (30), en étant réalisée fermée du côté initial et en passant partiellement par-dessus le perçage (13).
  3. Dispositif de débattement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord de la cavité (26), à l'opposé de l'extension (14) de l'ouverture (12) est muni d'une moulure (27).
  4. Dispositif de débattement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'aile (7) de la pièce coulissante (2) est munie d'une ouverture d'actionnement (15) qui est prévue entre l'ouverture de liaison (12) et l'extrémité (25) de la pièce coulissante (2) éloignée des languettes élastiques (20).
  5. Dispositif de débattement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de débattement (3) présente au niveau du ruban d'acier à ressort (16) une section en U avec des cames d'accrochage (32) prévues sur les parois intérieures (31), parallèles, ces cames ayant une section triangulaire et la rampe (33) dirigée vers la pièce coulissante (2) est plate et la surface d'accrochage (34) des cames d'accrochage (32) derrière laquelle viennent prendre les becs d'accrochage (21) est fortement inclinée.
