Claims (6)

  1. Moyen de fixation d'un mécanisme de commande sur le battant d'une fenêtre, d'une porte ou similaire, dont le châssis (6) est formé de profilés (5) extrudés, et ayant au moins une surface de feuillure (8) avec une rainure de ferrure (9) munie de parties en contre-dépouille, cette rainure étant formée par des branches latérales (10) en saillie de la surface de feuillure (8) et des branches transversales (11) délimitant l'ouverture de la rainure, la branche transversale (11) voisine de la pièce de recouvrement (7) étant prolongée au-delà de la branche latérale (10) dans la direction de la pièce de recouvrement (7) et le mécanisme (1) logé dans un boîtier (2) est rapporté à plat sur les branches transversales (11) de la rainure de feuillure (9) en venant prendre avec un pignon denté (3) dans une crémaillère (4) guidée en coulissement longitudinal dans la rainure de feuillure (9) en étant bloquée contre la branche transversale (11) par des moyens de fixation (35) supplémentaires et la pièce de recouvrement (7) est munie d'au moins une ouverture (15) pour le passage de la broche d'entraînement accouplée avec un pignon du mécanisme (1) et appartenant à une poignée de commande (17) qui se rapporte sur la surface apparente (19) de la pièce de recouvrement (7), caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) du mécanisme (1) est muni sur sa face inférieure (21) d'au moins une branche de retenue (22) venant prendre sous la branche transversale (11) de la rainure de ferrure (9), du côté de la partie de couverture, le boîtier (2) du mécanisme (1) portant au moins un prolongement (25) prévu en dehors de la rainure de feuillure (9), ce prolongement venant en prise avec un prolongement (26), par une liaison par la forme dans un orifice (16) de la pièce de recouvrement (7) en s'appuyant avec un collet (27) contre la face arrière (41) de la pièce de recouvrement (7), le prolongement (25) étant entouré d'un étrier de sécurité (35) dont la bride transversale (36) passe par-dessus le prolongement (25) du côté opposé à la surface de feuillure (8), en portant une branche de fixation (37), rigide, dirigée vers la surface de feuillure (8) et qui est en appui contre la surface frontale (43) du prolongement (12) de la branche transversale et en outre, une branche d'accrochage (38) vient élastiquement sous ce prolongement (12) de la branche transversale par son bec de retenue (39).
  2. Moyen de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des deux côtés du pignon à relier à la broche d'entraînement, le boîtier (2) du mécanisme (1) comporte chaque fois un prolongement (25) et les deux prolongements (25) sont munis d'un taraudage (21) pour recevoir les vis de fixation (45) de la rosace (20) de la poignée de commande (17) et l'étrier de sécurité (35) est formé avec une symétrie transversale dans un plan perpendiculaire à la surface de feuillure (8), passant par l'axe de la broche d'entraînement.
  3. Moyen de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les prolongements (25) du boîtier (2) du mécanisme (1) sont chaque fois munis d'une cavité (29) située du côté de la face frontale.
  4. Moyen de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (25) est muni d'une cavité (32) pour recevoir par une liaison par la forme, la branche de fixation (37) de l'étrier de sécurité (35).
  5. Moyen de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (25) est muni d'un passage (34) aligné parallèlement à la cavité (32) qui est tangent au taraudage (31) et dans ce passage (34) vient prendre une partie en saillie (40) de la bride transversale (36) de l'étrier de sécurité (35) pour remplir pratiquement ce passage (34).
  6. Moyen de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bride transversale (36), l'entretoise de fixation (37), la branche d'accrochage (38) et la partie en saillie (40) sont réalisées en une seule pièce en matière plastique thermoplastique.
