Definitions

  • the invention relates to a disposal pallet with a collecting trough, in particular for emulsions that emerge from containers arranged on the pallet, such as containers, barrels, cans, etc., the collecting trough being designed as a collecting trough integrated into the disposal pallet and having at least one outlet. that flows into a collecting container.
  • Disposal pallets (CH-A 543 430) are known on which barrels are placed, for example. These disposal pallets contain large-volume collecting trays (100 and more liters in volume) into which emulsions emerging from the barrels are introduced. To put down the drums, a grate is attached to the disposal pallet, which covers the collecting tray underneath.
  • Such a disposal pallet is complex in terms of construction, and disposal of particularly small amounts of emulsion is difficult due to the large collecting pan.
  • a pump must be used to empty the collecting container, with which a part of the collected emulsion can be pumped out. However, a residual amount of the emulsion remains in the collecting container, which is undesirable, for example in the case of aggressive emulsions.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a disposal pallet which is simple in its entirety and securely catches emulsions emerging from containers placed thereon and enables the emulsions collected to be disposed of easily.
  • the collecting trough is designed as a collecting trough integrated in the disposal pallet, which has at least one outlet which opens into a separate collecting container.
  • the containers such as containers or barrels
  • the collecting trough can be placed directly in the collecting trough, so that a grating is unnecessary and the construction effort is thus significantly reduced.
  • Emulsions that emerge from containers placed on the pallet pass through the outlet into the collecting container, which for example has a content of 2-3 liters. As a result, the circulation quantity of the emulsions is significantly reduced compared to the known prior art, and disposal is easily possible.
  • the collecting container is detachably attached to the disposal pallet.
  • the collecting container can easily be changed if necessary, for example if a certain amount of emulsion has been collected in the collecting container, or for example if other emulsions which should remain separate from previously collected emulsions are collected by changing the containers placed on the disposal pallet.
  • the collecting container has fastening hooks which can be hung in the fastening eyes attached to the disposal pallet feet. This training enables a problem-free and easy exchange of the collecting container.
  • the collecting container has a sludge collecting space into which the outlet opens.
  • the sludge trap is separated from a trap by a partition in the collecting container, the partition having a height smaller than the height of the side walls of the collecting container.
  • a suction pump unit can be used in the collecting space. This makes it easy to dispose of the collected emulsion from the collecting room.
  • the suction pump unit has an L-shaped angled support plate which is inserted into the collecting space in such a way that one leg of the support plate rests on the partition wall and the end face of the second leg rests on the opposite side wall of the collecting space.
  • This training enables the suction pump unit to be used without any further attachment and support points in the collecting space.
  • the suction pump unit is one, for example Changing the collecting container, eg for emptying the sludge trap, can be easily removed from the trap without any assembly effort.
  • the leg abutting the partition is provided with sieve holes. This further refines the filtering.
  • the suction pump unit has a float switch. This reduces the monitoring effort of the collecting container and guarantees an automatic pumping out of the collected emulsion.
  • outlets are provided, each of which can be closed with a stopper. This, for example, further simplifies changing the collecting container by attaching an empty collecting container to the disposal pallet, removing the stopper from the outlet above and inserting it on the outlet of the second outlet, under which the previous collecting container was removed.
  • outlets in the area are advantageously arranged above a disposal pallet foot, which is provided with fastening eyes. This training ensures that the receptacles can be easily attached to the disposal pallet without additional construction work.
  • the disposal pallet is provided with a base.
  • This underframe is used for reinforcement (twists, deflections as a result heavy container) of the disposal pallet or especially the collection trough
  • the base frame also enables a safe transport of the disposal pallets with forklifts or pallet trucks, which can enter the base frame provided with U-shaped struts, for example, by means of a corresponding design.
  • a frame can be provided to replace the frame, which is provided for additional bracing, particularly in the case of heavy containers to be placed on the disposal pallet, such as containers or barrels.
  • the base frame can be designed so that forklifts or pallet trucks can easily move their lifting arms into the base frame provided with U-shaped struts, for example.
  • the collecting trough designed as a collecting trough 2 is fastened on the disposal pallet feet 1, 1a, 1b and 1c.
  • the collecting trough 2 has a base plate 3 which is connected to the underframe or frame.
  • Edge plates 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d are attached to the base plate 3. Two openings designed as outlets 5a, 5b are let into the base plate.
  • the outlets 5a, 5b are arranged in the area of the disposal pallet feet 1a, 1b in such a way that they open into a sludge trap space 6 (FIG. 4) of a separate collecting container 7 which can be fastened to the disposal pallet feet 1a, 1b.
  • the outlets 5a, 5b can be closed by a plug, not shown.
  • FIG. 2 shows the disposal pallet with the collecting container 7 removed.
  • the collecting container has fastening hooks 8 (FIG. 4) which can be hung in fastening eyes 9 (FIGS. 2 and 5).
  • a suction pump unit 10 (FIG. 2) consists of a suction pump 11 and a float switch 12, which are inserted into an L-shaped angled support plate 13. As shown in FIG. 4, the suction pump unit 10 can be inserted into a collecting space 14 of the collecting container 7 without additional fastening.
  • FIG. 3 the disposal pallet is shown with attached collecting container and inserted suction pump unit 10. 3a additionally shows a container placed on the disposal pallet.
  • the collecting container 7 is divided into a sludge collecting chamber 6 and a collecting chamber 14 by a partition 16 - as stated above.
  • the outlet 5a, 5b opens into the sludge trap 6, so that contaminants such as metal chips, sludge or the like which are in the emulsions settle on the bottom of the sludge trap 6.
  • the carrier plate 13 of the suction pump unit 10 is inserted into the collecting space 14 in such a way that one leg 17 bears on the partition 6 and the end face of the second leg 18 bears on the opposite side wall 19 of the collecting container 7.
  • the leg 17 abutting the partition 16 has sieve holes 15 through which the emulsion flows from the sludge trap 6 into the trap 14.
  • a handle 20 is also attached to the side wall 19.
