Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Regal mit Regalwänden und mit wenigstens einer die Wände verbindenden Regalstange mit an ihren Enden vorgesehenen Mitteln zum leicht lösbaren Verbinden der Regalstange mit den Wänden des Regals, deren Außenseiten zumindest im Bereich der Regalstange glatt durchgehen und nicht unterbrochen sind, wobei die aus Faltmaterial bestehenden Wände des Regals mehrlagig sind mit einer Öffnung in der innersten Lage zum Einstecken des betreffenden Endes der Regalstange und sich nach außen an die Öffnung ein Einsteckraum zur Aufnahme von Verankerungsmitteln des Regals anschließt.
  • Ein Regal mit diesen Merkmalen ist in der EP-A-0 346 516 B1 beschrieben. Dort bestehen die Regalstangen aus Kunststoff oder Holz. Die Praxis hat aber gezeigt, daß die Entsorgung der Regalstangen problematisch ist.
  • Die US-A-1 895 725 beschreibt ein podestartiges Gestell aus Faltmaterial mit Querstangen, die aus Wellpappe bestehen können.
  • Zum Stand der Technik wird aus verwiesen auf die deutsche Gebrauchsmusterschrift 87 12 389, die ein Regal mit Regalböden aus Faltmaterial beschreibt. Auf die Verwendung von Regalstangen hat man dort verzichtet, offenbar weil man das verhältnismäßig biegeweiche Faltmaterial nicht den Belastungen aussetzen wollte, die Regalstangen üblicherweise aufzunehmen haben.
  • Demgegenüber liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Regal mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Patentanspruch 1 und wie dieses in der erwähnten EP-A-0 346 516 beschrieben ist, vorzuschlagen, das problemlos entsorgt werden kann, wobei es trotzdem allen in der Praxis an es gestellten Anforderungen, insbesondere in Bezug auf Belastbarkeit, genügen soll.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regalstange, ggf. mit Ausnahme ihrer Verankerungsmittel, als lastaufnehmenden Bestandteil einen Stab aus Papierwerkstoff, vorzugsweise aus gepreßter Pappe oder aus Faltmaterial, mit V-Profil oder L-Profil aufweist, der in eine rechteckige Hülse aus Faltmaterial eingeschoben ist derart, daß sich die freien Kanten des Profils an die oberen oder unteren Innenkanten der Rechteckhülse anlegen und die Mittelkante des Profils an die Innenwand der den Anlagekanten gegenüberliegenden Hülsenwand.
  • Die Regalstange besteht aus diesem L- oder V-Profil, welches aus einem Papierwerkstoff entsprechender Stärke und Festigkeit hergestellt wird, vorzugsweise aus gepreßter Pappe. Vorzugsweise wird das Profil als auf dem Kopf stehendes V in die Seitenwände des Regals eingesetzt. Es kann aber auch andere Lagen im Regal einnehmen, beispielsweise als aufrechtstehendes V-Profil oder als L-Profil.
  • Die Regalstange ist besonders biegesteif, weil das Profil in die rechteckige Hülse aus Faltmaterial eingeschoben ist derart, daß sich die freien Kanten des Profils an die oberen oder unteren Innenkanten der Rechteckhülse anlegen und die Mittelkante des Profils an die Innenwand der den Anlagekanten gegenüberliegenden Hülsenwand. Bei Belastung stützt sich also das Profil mit seinen Kanten an der Rechteckhülse ab und das Profil kann nicht aufgehoben werden, wodurch die höhere Belastbarkeit erzielt wird.
  • Die Verankerungsmittel können aus Kunststoffhülsen mit nach unten weisenden Ansätzen bestehen, die auf die Enden des Profils aufgeschoben sind, ganz wie in Fig. 1 der erwähnten EP-A-0-346 516 beschrieben. Die Verankerungshülsen können aber auch aus dem papierwerkstoff bestehen, was natürlich die Entsorgung abermals erleichtert. Aber auch, wenn sie aus Kunststoffmaterial gespritzt sind, können die Verankerungshülsen leicht von den Profilen abgezogen und getrennt entsorgt werden.
  • Eine andere Kategorie von Verankerungsmitteln besteht aus Einschnitten in den Enden des V-Profils, so daß die Regalstange dadurch mit den Seitenwänden verankert wird, daß sie auf die innerste Lage des Faltmaterials der Seitenwände mit ihren Einschnitten aufgeschoben wird.
  • Das Profil kann an beiden Enden über die Rechteckhülse vorstehen, wobei dann die Einschnitte zum Verankern der Regalstange an den Enden der Verlängerungen ausgebildet sind. Alternativ kann aber auch hier die Hülse mit den nach unten weisenden Ansätzen über die Rechteckhülse oder über die Verlängerungen des Profils geschoben werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert, aus denen sich weitere wichtige Merkmale ergeben. Es zeigt:

    perspektivisch eine demgegenüber abgeänderte Ausführungsform.
    In Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein V-Profil aus Preßpappe entsprechender Stärke mit Flanschen 3, 4 gezeigt, die über eine Kante 5 V-förmig zueinander gebogen sind.
  • An den Enden des V-Profils sind Einschnitte 11 in den Flanschen 3, 4 vorgesehen, über die das V-Profil in mehrlagigen Seitenwänden eines aus Faltmaterial bestehenden Regals verankert werden kann, ganz wie es Fig. 1 der erwähnten EP-A-0 346 516 zeigt.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 ist das V-Profil mit den Flanschen 3, 4 in eine rechteckige Hülse 1 aus Faltmaterial eingeschoben, wobei eine Wand der Hülse, beispielsweise die in der Figur linke Seitenwand 2, doppelt gelegt ist und die doppelten Lagen miteinander verklebt sein können.
  • In diese rechteckige Hülse 1 ist also das V-Profil eingeschoben, welches als vorgefertigtes Teil aus Preßpappe besteht, so daß ein starres Profil entsteht. Die Kante 5 des V-Profils legt sich mittig an die untere Wand 6 der Hülse 1 an, während die freien Kanten der Flansche 3, 4 sich an die Kanten 7, 8 zwischen den Wänden 2, 9 bzw. 9, 10 der Hülse anlegen.
  • Bedingt durch die Versteifung durch die Hülse 1 kann bei dieser Ausführungsform das Profil auch aus Faltmaterial bestehen, obgleich auch hier ein Profil aus Preßpappe bevorzugt wird.
  • Auf die Ende der so aufgebauten Regalstange können Hülsen aus Kunststoffmaterial, Preßpappe oder Faltmaterial aufgeschoben werden, wie sie in der erwähnten EP-A-0 346 516 beschrieben sind.
  • Alternativ kann das V-Profil auch über die Enden der Hülse 1 vorstehen und in den vorstehenden Enden sind dann Einschnitte 11 nach Fig. 1 vorgesehen.
  • Auch bei dem V-Profil nach Fig. 1 und 2 können derartige Hülsen mit nach unten weisenden Ansätzen anstelle der Einschnitte 11 Verwendung finden, die dann ebenfalls auf die Enden des V-Profils aufgeschoben sind. Hierzu können die Flansche 3, 4 im Bereich der aufgeschobenen Hülsen kürzer sein, etwa derart, daß die verkürzten Flansche mit aufgeschobener Hülse die Größe der unverkürzten Flansche haben.
  • Wenn vorstehend von einem V-Profil gesprochen wurde, so kann dies eine beliebige Lage einnehmen, beispielsweise auf dem Kopf stehen oder auch als L-Profil angeordnet sein, wobei dann einer der Schenkel waagerecht und der andere senkrecht verläuft. Auch müssen beide Schenkel nicht gleich lang sein. Wesentlich ist insoweit das Vorhandensein zweier winkelig zueinander angeordneter Schenkel.

Claims (5)

  1. Regal mit Regalwänden und mit wenigstens einer die Wände verbindenden Regalstange mit an ihren Enden vorgesehenen Mitteln zum leicht lösbaren Verbinden der Regalstange mit den Wänden des Regals, deren Außenseiten zumindest im Bereich der Regalstange glatt durchgehen und nicht unterbrochen sind, wobei die aus Faltmaterial bestehenden Wände des Regals mehrlagig sind mit einer Öffnung in der innersten Lage zum Einstecken des betreffenden Endes der Regalstange und sich nach außen an die Öffnung ein Einsteckraum zur Aufnahme von Verankerungsmitteln des Regals anschließt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Regalstange, ggf. mit Ausnahme ihrer Verankerungsmittel, als lastaufnehmenden Bestandteil einen Stab aus Papierwerkstoff, vorzugsweise aus gepreßter Pappe oder aus Faltmaterial, mit V-Profil oder L-Profil aufweist, der in eine rechteckige Hülse (1) aus Faltmaterial eingeschoben ist derart, daß sich die freien Kanten des Profils an die oberen oder unteren Innenkanten (7, 8) der Rechteckhülse (1) anlegen und die Mittelkante (5) des Profils an die Innenwand der den Anlagekanten gegenüberliegenden Hülsenwand (6).
  2. Regal nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Verankerungsmittel aus Hülsen aus Papierwerkstoff oder aus Kunststoffmaterial mit nach unten weisenden Ansätzen ausgebildet sind, die auf die Enden des Profils aufgeschoben sind.
  3. Regal nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Verankerungsmittel als Einschnitte (11) in den Flanschen des Profils ausgebildet sind.
  4. Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Profil an beiden Enden über die Rechteckhülse (1) vorsteht.
  5. Regal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Stab aus gepreßter Pappe und ohne Schwächungslinien einstückig geformt ist.
