Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour distribuer un mélange comprenant au moins deux composantes, ce dispositif comportant une première chambre (1) munie d'une soupape de sortie (7) et prévue pour contenir la première composante ainsi qu'une seconde chambre (2) disposée dans la première chambre (1) et prévue pour contenir la seconde composante, caractérisé par deux éléments séparateurs (9, 10) disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, de manière à pouvoir être déplacés dans un cylindre (8) tout en restant en contact hermétique avec celui-ci, ainsi que par un organe de traction (17) allongé s'étendant jusqu'à l'extérieur à travers un organe de fermeture supérieur (19) et en contact de friction avec les éléments séparateurs (9, 10) pour réaliser à l'intérieur du cylindre un passage pour fluide entre les chambres (1, 2), grâce à un épaulement (34) de la paroi intérieure du cylindre, en ce que l'organe de fermeture (19) comporte des butées pour le cylindre (8) et l'élément de séparation supérieur (10), et en ce que l'organe de traction (17) comporte une butée (20) pour l'élément de séparation inférieur (9), pour forcer la seconde composante à passer de la seconde chambre (2) à la première chambre (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un troisième élément de séparation est agencé entre les deux éléments de séparation (9, 10) pour former à l'intérieur du cylindre (8) une troisième chambre destinée à contenir une troisième composante.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (8) est ouvert aux deux bouts et pourvu d'une première section (11) pour former la seconde chambre (2) ainsi que d'une seconde section (14) ayant un plus grand diamètre intérieur, afin de réaliser à l'endroit de l'épaulement (34) entre la première et la seconde section (11, respectivement 14) un passage axial pour fluide entre les chambres (1, 2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la seconde section (14) du cylindre (8) possède une longueur supérieure à celle des éléments de séparation (9,10) lorsqu'ils sont côte-à-côte, afin de dégager le cylindre (8) de ces éléments (9, 10) après l'évacuation des composantes.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture (16) est prévue dans le manteau du cylindre pour réaliser un passage radial pour fluide entre la première et la seconde chambre (1, 2).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (16) se trouve dans la seconde section (14) du cylindre (8).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de séparation (9, 10) forment des pistons.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la première chambre (1) est formée par un récipient (4) avec une soupape de sortie (7).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par un organe d'actionnement (22) pouvant être accouplé avec l'organe de traction (17) et désaccouplé de celui-ci à l'extérieur de la première chambre (1).
- Dispositif selon une des revendication 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de traction (17) comporte une section de maintien (23) et une section affaiblie (24), pour maintenir l'organe de traction (17) après son extraction hors de l'organe de fermeture (19), respectivement pour le détacher partiellement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la soupape de sortie (7) comporte un corps de soupape (41), l'organe de fermeture (19) pour ouvrir et fermer la soupape, et un élément (40) formant ressort pour précontraindre l'organe de fermeture (19) contre le siège de soupape, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de fermeture (19) comporte à son extrémité libre une rainure radiale dans laquelle est engagé un organe d'arrêt (30) pour empêcher l'actionnement de l'organe de fermeture (19).
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par une cornière (31) pouvant être disposée sur un récipient (4) pour en faire sortir le mélange, la cornière (31) comportant une section de maintien (33) pour la fixer sur le rebord (27) du récipient et un levier de blocage (38) à deux positions dans l'une desquelles il repose sur le rebord (34) du récipient pour bloquer l'organe de fermeture (19) de la soupape de sortie (7), et dans l'autre desquelles il se trouve à distance de ce rebord (34) afin de permettre d'actionner l'organe de fermeture (19) de la soupape de sortie (7).
