Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for pore-deep cleaning of the skin according to the mechanical principle.
- the advantage of the cosmetic agents is their favorable chemical-biological effect on the skin cells, but the disadvantage is the relatively large amount of time required for a mask treatment and the problem of reaching deeper skin layers.
- Treatment methods with mechanical suction devices are described in the patent literature, for example in FR 26 26 179 A, US 4,900,316 and US 2,794,035 and treat typical known devices for cleaning the skin with a vacuum pump (FR 26 26 179 A), a suction cup (US 4,900,316) or a suction nozzle (US 3,794,035) to be placed on the skin and with a connecting hose between the pump and the suction bell or the suction nozzle.
- the effects of steam and pulsating suction can also be provided, as described in US Pat. No. 4,292,971.
- the pulsating operation serves on the one hand to change between the effects of steam and vacuum and on the other hand to massage the skin.
- the document DE 26 11 721 B2 discloses a medical suction device that can be placed on the skin of a patient for suctioning tissue serum, the suction opening of which is covered by a close-meshed sieve, a holder for pre-prepared non-woven paper being provided behind the sieve, which contains a supporting sieve for the non-woven paper .
- This is intended to prevent the skin from being sucked too strongly into the suction opening and to protect the patient's veins, which the patient must keep healthy for later necessary infusions.
- This medical device also has nothing to do with skin cleaning.
- the invention has for its object to develop a technical solution to remove large areas, or locally, if necessary, and effectively free from pore contamination and pimples, thereby safely preventing the risk of bruising and easy-to-use hygiene protection to guarantee.
- the suction nozzle of the suction device for cleaning the skin has at least one opening which is covered with an elastic membrane which is drawn into the openings by a pulsating driving force such that the membrane forms a plurality of pulsating secondary vacuum pumps in contact with the skin .
- the pulsating driving force is generated by a vacuum pump.
- the suction openings of the suction nozzle are covered with a common cap made of elastic material, in order to achieve the distribution of the pressure or negative pressure across several suction openings connected to a vacuum pump and at the same time to protect the inside of the vacuum chamber from dirt and easy-to-replace disposable hygiene protection offer, which can also be easily cleaned if necessary.
- the pulsating driving force is generated by electromagnets and that the elastic membrane contains fine inserts or a layer of magnetic material which, attracted by one or more electromagnets, pull the membrane into the suction opening.
- a mini vacuum pump is formed in each suction opening, which acts on the skin and on the skin pores.
- the pulse parameters of the pulsating driving force are advantageously controlled and applied in such a way that an adaptation to different skin types is ensured by changing the amplitude and duration, as well as edge steepness, rest / working ratio and other parameters, the idea of the invention being based on the division of a Difficult to dose in short impulses to get a tool for their precise control or limitation.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the suction nozzle is proposed with the invention, the openings of the suction nozzle being formed by a plurality of staggered grids which are then covered with the elastic membrane.
- the suction pulses are illustrated by an idealized characteristic curve 1 as an exemplary embodiment.
- the distribution The vacuum wave into the inner skin layers occurs continuously in time according to a time-dependent function, it being possible to set a certain depth in the selected area by changing the pulse parameters described above.
- FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the suction device 2, wherein it can be seen that the suction vacuum of the vacuum pump (not shown) first acts on the elastic membrane 3, the membrane itself being sucked into the many openings 4a of the suction nozzle 4, forms as many secondary mini vacuum pumps 5, which act on the skin 6 or on the skin pores 7.
- the deposits conveyed from the skin pores 7 onto the surface are simply distributed uniformly over the surface of the skin 6 and the rubber membrane 3 and can then be removed with a cleaning cloth.
- Zones of normal pressure or slightly positive pressure lie between the suction pulses, the membrane 3 being tensioned and / or raised above the suction openings 4a under the action of its own elastic forces and / or the pressing force of the air; the skin 6 is now relaxed and the possible excess of the escaping air can escape through the side channels or openings (not shown) provided in the rubber membrane 3.
- the free-standing suction openings 4a that are not pressed against the skin 6 are closed with the membrane 3, so that there can be no or only a slight loss of negative pressure.
- the suction openings 4a are preferably conical or chamber-shaped (conical chamber 8, FIG. 3) with an inwardly tapering cross section in order to prevent the rubber membrane 3 from being excessively pressed into the free-standing openings while the other, openings pressed against the skin 6 no negative pressure can build up.
- the elastic membrane 3 can have different thicknesses, preferably have a thickness increasing towards the edge 15 (FIG. 5) and thus ensure a vacuum compensation.
- a suction opening 4a with a cross section widening to the inside of the suction nozzle 4 (FIG.
- FIG. 7a or a suction opening in the form of a chamber 14 (FIG. 7b) which has a through-bore 17 for the inside of the suction nozzle 4.
- the formation of the openings 4a by means of offset grids 18 is shown in FIG. 9.
- the size of the suction openings 4a can vary from one opening to the other (FIG. 6) in order to be able to act optimally on different pore sizes or skin types.
- the edge of an opening 4a can have a protruding border 13 (FIG. 8) which forms a valve with the membrane.
- This valve has the function of an outflow valve for the excess quantity of the emerging air when the membrane 3 is relaxed.
- the outflow valve therefore has a similar function to the side ventilation channels described in the previous paragraph.
- FIG. 3 An exemplary embodiment of the metallized elastic membrane 9 with electromagnetic drive 10 is shown in FIG. 3.
- the advantages of the magnetic drive lie, on the one hand, in the independence of the individual secondary mini-vacuum pumps 5 from one another, regardless of how many of the openings 4a are pressed against the skin or over the skin remain free, so that the same vacuum effect is always achieved, and on the other hand in the freedom from vibrations, because no heavy mechanical parts are moved, as well as in the better frequency behavior and in the better design of the pulse shape.
- fine magnetic inserts 9 increased massage effect of the elastic membrane on the skin.
- FIG. 4 illustrates an exemplary embodiment of a device which is particularly suitable for treating individual pimples and blackheads, the narrow suction pipe 11 permitting targeted application and allowing the build-up of higher negative pressure values.
- the skin-cleansing effect of the proposed technical solution is supported by the use of cosmetic agents, the fatty substances helping to loosen the skin deposits and sealing the suction openings applied to the skin.
- a skin-caring effect is also achieved by, on the one hand, carrying out a gentle and at the same time skin-penetrating massage, which stimulates the blood circulation in the skin layers and thus ensures a better nutrient and moisture supply to the skin cells.
- the substances used are massaged into the deeper skin layers.
- a combination with steam treatment as is common in the cosmetic salons, is expected to bring a further increase in the cleaning effect.
