Claims (5)

  1. Gelenkeinheit für eine Struktur aus metallischen Rohrprofilen, mit einem aus zwei komplementären Körpern (8, 9) gebildeten Scharnier, die auf einem Flügel (3) bzw. auf einer Zarge (2) oder einem anderen Flügel befestigt sind, um diese aneinander anzulenken, wobei die Körper (8, 9) jeder ein eine Gelenkachse (10), um die der Flügel gegenüber der Zarge oder dem anderen Flügel verschwenkt, aufnehmendes zylindrisches Element (11, 13) aufweist und jeder Körper (8, 9) darüber hinaus einen Befestigungsansatz (12, 14) zur Befestigung an der Oberfläche des entsprechenden Flügels oder der entsprechenden Zarge aufweist und jeder Befestigungsansatz (12, 14) gegen die Oberfläche eines rohrförmigen Profils des Flügels oder der Zarge angelegt ist und mindestens ein Gewindesackloch (15) aufweist, das den mit einem Gewinde versehenen Körper (22) eines Bolzens (20, 21) aufnimmt, der einen in dieser Oberfläche vorgesehenen Durchgang durchsetzt und in eine Aufnahmebohrung (18, 19) eingreift, die in einem gleitend im Inneren des Rohrprofils angeordneten Einsatzstück (16) ausgespart ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Befestigungsansätze (12, 14) zwei übereinander angeordnete, mit einem Gewinde versehene Sacklochaufnahmen (18, 19) aufweist, die jeweils einen Bolzen (20, 21) aufnehmen, wobei die beiden Bolzen (20, 21) jeder mindestens eine geneigte Fläche (23) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Spitze (26) einer Klemmschraube (25) zusammenzuwirken, die sich senkrecht zu der Richtung dieser Bolzen (20, 21) in ihren Aufnahmebohrungen (18, 19) erstreckt, um diese Bolzen (20, 21) gegenüber dem Einsatzstück (16) zu blockieren und den Körper gegenüber dem Profil unbeweglich zu machen.
  2. Einheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rohrprofil des Flügels oder der Zarge einen inneren Bereich (17) mit dem gleichen Querschnitt wie das Einsatzstück aufweist, dessen gegen das Spiel oder den Schlag zwischen dem Flügel und der Zarge gerichtete Fläche ein Loch (25a) für den Durchgang der Blockierungsklemmschraube aufweist.
  3. Einheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einsatzstück umgebogene Längsverlängerungen (16a) aufweist, zur Bildung einer Stützzone, die mit in dem dieses Einsatzteil aufnehmenden Profil vorgesehenen Gleitschienen (17a) zusammenwirken.
  4. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der zylindrischen Elemente (13) eines Körpers (9) eine Innenschürze (33) aufnimmt, in der sich die Gelenkachse (10) dreht, wobei das zylindrische Element (11) des anderen Körpers (8) ebenfalls eine Schürze aufweist, die aber in einer leicht exzentrischen Aufnahme (30) angeordnet ist, um die Einstellung der Ausrichtung der beiden Schürzen und der Vertikalität des einen Verbindungsschaft (32) zwischen den beiden Körpern aufnehmenden Durchgangs zu ermöglichen.
  5. Einheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Schürzen (29) einem Gewindestift (38) zugeordnet ist, der in einem Gewindeloch des diese Schürze aufnehmenden zylindrischen Elements (11) angeordnet ist und ihre Blockierung in Position um die Achse ermöglicht.
