Claims (10)

  1. Récipient d'emballage avec un tronc de récipient, qui à une extrémité (4) est fermé par une membrane de base (3) et qui à son autre extrémité (6) est fermé par une membrane d'obturation (5), le tronc de récipient (2) présentant une couche intérieure (9) en un matériau qui est d'une autre nature que le matériau de sa couche extérieure (14) et qui est de la même nature que le matériau de la membrane de base (3) , cette couche intérieure (9) étant disposée de manière hélicoïdale sur le tronc du récipient (2), avec des bords (16, 17; 16', 17'; 16'', 17'') qui se chevauchent, caractérisé par le fait que le bord de la membrane de base (3) est relié à la feuille en bande de la couche intérieure (9) et par le fait que les bords de cette feuille en bande chevauchant la face intérieure du récipient se recouvrent sans liaison tout au moins dans une zone marginale extérieure (21, 21', 21'') et par le fait que la membrane de base (3) est prévue à l'extrémité du tronc du récipient (2), là où le bord (21, 21', 21'') en chevauchement vers l'enceinte intérieure de la feuille en bande se termine par un angle aigu, le bord de la membrane de base (3) étant au moins relié à l'extrémité (30) de la feuille de la couche intérieure (9) se terminant en pointe et en chevauchement de l'enceinte intérieure, une patte de saisie étant prévue sur la membrane de base (3), de telle sorte que lors de l'arrachement de la membrane de base (3) la feuille en bande de la couche intérieure, en commençant par une portion du bord de chevauchement appliqué sans liaison sur le bord sous-jacent (17, 17', 17'') de la couche intérieure, se sépare de la couche extérieure et est séparée aux fins d'un traitement de déchets individuel.
  2. Récipient d'emballage suivant la Fig. 1, caractérisé par le fait que les bords en chevauchement (16, 17; 16', 17'; 16'', 17'') de la feuille en bande constituant la couche intérieure (9) du tronc du récipient (2) sont à distance de l'arête terminale (18, 18', 18'') de cette feuille en bande réunis mutuellement par collage ou par soudage, de telle sorte que la séparation de la feuille en bande de la couche intérieure (9) a lieu le long de la ligne hélicoïdale suivant un mouvement d'épluchage détruisant la liaison par collage et commençant au bord de chevauchement extérieur (21, 21', 21'') non collé ni soudé.
  3. Récipient d'emballage suivant la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une épaisseur de la feuille en bande de la couche intérieure (9) est en aluminium.
  4. Récipient d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la membrane de base (3) présente un bord cylindrique (9) appliqué à la couche intérieure (9) du tronc du récipient (2), bord (7) qui ceinture une rondelle de renforcement (10) appliquée extérieurement sur la membrane de base (3).
  5. Récipient d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que sur tout son pourtour, la membrane de base est reliée solidement par collage ou soudure à chaud à la couche intérieure (9) du tronc du récipient (2), cette liaison constituant une ligne de rupture de consigne.
  6. Récipient d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la face intérieure du bord de chevauchement (21') extérieur non relié par collage ou soudage à la portion limitrophe de la feuille en bande est liée par collage à une bande de déchirure étroite (23), de telle sorte que cette dernière s'étend le long de la délimitation latérale en forme de ligne hélicoïdale de la feuille en bande constituant la couche intérieure (9).
  7. Récipient d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le bord de chevauchement extérieur (21'') non relié à la zone limitrophe de la feuille en bande, est ceinturé par un bord de renforcement (24).
  8. Récipient d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le bord de chevauchement extérieur (21) non relié à la zone limitrophe de la feuille en bande est replié en direction de la couche contiguë aux fins de la formation d'un bord de renforcement.
  9. Récipient d'emballage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que la poignée de la membrane de base (3) est constituée par une patte de saisie (25, 26) entourant le bord de la membrane ou formée latéralement sur ce bord.
  10. Récipient d'emballage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que la poignée de la membrane de base (3) est constituée par une ouverture prévue dans la rondelle de renforcement (10) permettant la pénétration d'un doigt.
