Definitions
- the invention relates to a de-wiring device for units consisting of two closely stacked stacks of two or more bales arranged one above the other, each unit being surrounded in one plane by a bundle comprising a plurality of parallel individual wires and covering all bales.
- the units normally consist of six to eight bales each, for example Zeil Stoffball len or the like, each individual bale being surrounded by a plurality of tying wires. Two stacks of three or four bales are placed against each other with their longer sides and held together with an all-round bundle of six to ten individual wires that are attached mechanically.
- the individual bales can be unwired, for example, using a unwiring machine according to DE-OS 37 07 966.
- Unwrapping by hand is not just for loading service personnel dangerous, but the long individual wires must also be disposed of separately, for which there are special winding devices for the wires.
- the invention has for its object to perform the unwiring of the units fully automatically, at the same time the wire bundle is to be wound into a coil.
- this object is achieved by a device which is characterized by a conveying device with which the units can be transported to a predetermined position in the unwiring device, a wire cutting device for cutting through the wire bundle in the lower region of the unit, a wire - Lifting device for lifting the severed wire bundle from the top of the unit, a gripping device which grips the wire bundle on both sides of the wire lifting device and brings it into a predetermined removal position ⁇ , and a winding device with which the wire bundle is gripped , wound up into a tight package and ejected from the device.
- the units can be wired fully automatically, and at the same time the wire bundles can be disposed of in a space-saving manner.
- the wire lifting device ensures that the gripping device, which brings the wire bundle into a position favorable for the winding device, does not come into contact with the strapping wires of the individual balls and does not get caught with them. In this way, trouble-free operation of the device is guaranteed.
- a ball tilting device is preferably provided, with which the two stacks can be tilted away from one another by an angle such that between the two Stacking creates a wedge-shaped gap starting from the top of the unit, into which a lifting arm of the wire lifting device can engage and the wire bundle can be raised from below so that it comes free from the bale and can be easily gripped by the gripping device.
- the lifting arm is expediently pivotable about a horizontal axis. Before it is used, it hangs vertically downward, specifically in an area outside the passage of the units. As soon as the two bale stacks have been spread with the help of the bale tilting device, the lifting arm can engage from below between the two bale stacks and lift the severed wire bundle in this area.
- the conveyor preferably consists of two conveyor chains arranged at a distance from one another, between which there is sufficient free space.
- the wire cutting device can be arranged in this free space between the conveyor chains, preferably transversely to the conveying direction, so that the wire bundle on the underside of the unit can be severed.
- the wire cutting device expediently consists of two elongated cutter bars which are provided on their cutting sides with teeth arranged at regular intervals and can be moved back and forth relative to one another.
- Such a wire cutting device is known from DE-PS 28 16 912.
- the winding device can be formed by a winding head which can be moved towards the wire bundle which can be gripped by the gripping device.
- the winding head can be moved in the vertical direction, so that it can be moved towards the wire bundle directly from above.
- the bale tilting device expediently consists of two tilting tables arranged on both sides of the wire cutting device, each of which can be tilted about a horizontal axis running transversely to the conveying direction of the units.
- the axes of the tilting tables are expedient on the side of the wire cutting device facing away from the
- 1 is a view of an embodiment of the unwiring device transversely to the conveying direction of the units and
- FIG. 2 shows a side view of the device in the conveying direction of the units.
- the wire removal device consists essentially of a vertical stand 1, a boom 2 mounted on it, which moves vertically! I is guided on the stand 1 and is used to hold the wire lifting device 3, the gripping device 4 and the winding device 5, and a conveyor device 6 with which the units 7 can be transported to a predetermined position in the wire removal device.
- the tying wires are shown using the example of the bale 9.
- Three bales 8, 9 and 10 or 11, 12 and 13 form a stack and the two stacks are narrow placed side by side.
- the units 7 can easily be lifted and handled by hanging a crane hook in the wire bundle 15.
- the conveyor device 6 consists of two conveyor chains 16 which are arranged at a distance from one another and pass through a horizontal conveyor section at a distance above the hall level 17 in the region of the wire removal device.
- a wire cutting device 18 is arranged between the two conveyor chains 16 and consists of two elongated cutter bars 19 and 20.
- the cutter bars 19 and 20 are provided on their cutting sides with teeth which are arranged at regular intervals and undercut on the engagement tooth flank and can be moved back and forth relative to one another.
- the two cutter bars 19 and 20 run exactly transverse to the conveying direction of the units 7.
- the wire cutting device is intended to separate the wire bundle 15 exactly between the two individual stacks.
- the respective unit must therefore be positioned exactly above the wire cutting device. Since the unit sizes differ in length, a measuring section is first run through, in which the unit length is determined. This dimension is then halved automatically and the unit then automatically stops exactly in the middle above the wire cutting device.
- the wire cutter 18 is by means of a I slide the slide device 21 vertically so that it can be moved upwards from its inactive, lowered position after the respective unit 7 has been moved into the unwiring position to its active cutting position. After cutting the respective wire bundle 15, the wire cutting device 18 is lowered again. The unit is then moved back and forth several times over a short section, so that the severed wire bundle 15, in particular in the lower edge area, loosens in order to subsequently be easier to remove.
- a bale tilting device 22 is arranged, with which the two bale stacks can be spread relative to each other, so that a downward tapering between the two stacks starting from the top of the unit 7 the wedge-shaped gap forms.
- the bale tilting device 22 consists of two tilting tables 23 arranged on both sides of the wire cutting device 18. These can each be tilted about a horizontal axis 24 running transversely to the conveying direction of the unit 7, the tilting axes 24 in each case on the side of the tilting tables facing away from the wire cutting device 18 23 are arranged.
- the boom 2 is located directly above the center of the horizontal conveyor section of the conveyor device 6. For the vertical movement of the boom 2, the latter is mounted on a vertical guide 25 which is provided on the stand 1. The drive takes place via a motor, not shown in the drawing.
- the wire lifting device provided on the boom 2 3 consists of a lifting arm 26, which is arranged exactly above the working position of the respective unit 7 and, after severing the wire bundle 15 and tipping the bale stack, can engage in the wedge-shaped gap in order to raise the severed wire bundle 15.
- the lifting arm 26 can be pivoted about a horizontal axis 27 which is parallel to the conveying direction of the unit 7.
- the pivot axis 27 of the lifting arm 26 is arranged on the boom 2 near its end mounted on the stand 1 and the lifting arm 26 hangs in its inactive position near the stand 1 approximately vertically downwards. This position of the lifting arm lies outside the path of a unit 7 entering the device.
- the lifting arm 26 swings forward into the wedge-shaped gap between the two bale stacks and lifts the upper region of the severed wire bundle 15 a little .
- the wire bundle 15 can easily be gripped by the gripping device 4 without the latter coming into collision with the tying wires 14 of the individual bales.
- the gripping device 4 consists of two gripping claw pairs 28 and 29 arranged on both sides of the lifting arm 26.
- the claws 30 and 31 belonging to each gripping claw pair are hook-shaped, the hooks of the claws 30 and 31 being directed towards one another and in the closed state a closed one Form eyelet. With the aid of a twist-proof linear guide 32 or the like, the claws 30 and 31 can be moved towards and away from one another.
- the winding device 5 also arranged on the boom 2 consists of a winding head 33 which can be moved in the vertical direction relative to the boom.
- the claws 30 and 31 of each pair of gripping jaws 28 and 29 move towards one another, grasp the wire bundle 15 and bring it into a position 33 favorable for the winding head .
- the lifting arm 26 swings back into its starting position and the winding head 33 lowers, grips the wire bundle 15 and winds it up with the aid of its rotating inner core.
- the wire bundle 15 After the wire bundle 15 has been wound up, it is ejected from the winding head 33 with the aid of an ejection piston 34.
- a collecting basket 35 pivots under the winding head 33, which is followed by a slide 36. About the slide 36, the wire coils get into a collecting container, not shown in the drawing. After the respective wire reel has been disposed of, the chute 36 with the collecting basket 35 swings back into the inactive position shown in FIG. 2, in which it is located outside the passage area of the units 7.
