Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Halter nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Aus der US-A- 2409814 ist ein Halter bekannt, bei dem zwischen einem durchsichtigen Vorderteil und einem Rückenteil, das mit dem oberen Rand des Vorderteiles verbunden ist, eine Photographie festklemmbar ist, wobei ein nach hinten abgewinkelter Abschnitt des Vorder- oder Rückenteiles ein Aufstellen des Halters ermöglicht. Der bekannte Halter erlaubt anders als ein aus der DE-U- 8716735 bekannter Halter nicht die Unterbringung von Informationsträgern an verschiedenen Stellen. Halter der aus der DE-U- 8716735 bekannten Art werden verwendet, um getrennt von einem einzelnen Informationsträger einen Stapel von Informationsträgern unterzubringen, wobei der einzelne Informationsträger zum Verbleib im Halter, die Informationsträger des Informationsträgerstapels dagegen zur Entnahme durch Interessenten, insbesondere potentielle Kunden einer Ware bestimmt sind. Der zweite bekannte Halter vermag insofern nicht voll zu befriedigen, als das Reservoir für den Informationsträgerstapel feste Abmessungen hat und der Aufwand für die Herstellung des Halters vergleichsweise groß ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Halter der in Betracht gezogenen Art zu schaffen, der die getrennte Unterbringung eines einzelnen Informationsträgers und eines Informationsträgerstapels ermöglicht und der einen festen Halt des Informationsträgerstapels unabhängig von dessen Dicke gewährleistet. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Halter ist besonders wirtschaftlich aus einem durchsichtigen Hartfolienstreifen herstellbar, indem man diesen mehrfach falzt. In dem vom unteren Rand des Vorderteiles und der diesen Rand übergreifenden Haltelasche gebildeten Klemmspalt werden sowohl ein einzelnes Blatt als auch ein Blattstapel sicher gehalten.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung eines in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten, besonders vorteilhaft ausgebildeten Halters.
  • In der einzigen Figur sind 1 der Vorderteil, 2 der Rückenteil und 3 der Bodenteil eines aus einem durchsichtigen Hartfolienstreifen hergestellten Halters. Der untere Rand des Vorderteiles ist unter Bildung einer ersten Haltelasche 4 nach hinten gefalzt, während der vordere Rand des Bodenteiles 3 zwecks Bildung einer zweiten Haltelasche 5 nach oben gebogen ist. Der Rückenteil 2 weist zwei Abschnitte 6 und 7 auf, die einen stumpfen Winkeln α einschließen. Im Bereich des Überganges zwischen dem oberen Abschnitt 6 und dem unteren Abschnitt 7 liegt der Rückenteil 2 federnd gegen die Rückseite des Vorderteiles 1 an und formt auf diese Weise einen Klemmspalt 8 für einen Informationsträger 9, dessen unteres Ende zusätzlich in einem Spalt 10 zwischen dem unteren Rand des Vorderteiles 1 und der Haltelasche 4 geführt ist.
  • Der Vorderteil 1 und der Abschnitt 7 des Rückenteiles sind schräg zum Bodenteil angeordnet, und dies unter Bildung von Winkeln β und γ in der Größenordnung von 60° bis 75°, vorzugsweise 70°. Bei der Bemessung des Vorderteiles 1 und des Winkels β ist dafür Sorge getragen, daß der Unterteil 3 federnd gegen die Unterkante 11 des Vorderteiles anliegt. Ebenfalls federnd drückt der sich von der Scheitellinie 12 zwischen dem oberen Abschnitt 6 und dem unteren Abschnitt 7 des Rückenteiles 2 erstreckende Abschnitt des Vorderteiles 1 gegen die Haltelasche 5. Die Haltelasche 5 und der gegen sie anliegende Abschnitt des Vorderteiles 1 begrenzen folglich einen Klemmspalt 13 zur Aufnahme eines Stapels von Informationsträgern 14, dessen Dicke variieren kann.
  • In der Figur ist eine besonders zweckmäßige Nutzungsmöglichkeit des Halters unter Verwendung von Informationsträgern 9 und 14 unterschiedlicher Abmessungen dargestellt. Der Informationsträger 9 verbleibt in diesem Falle im Halter, während die Informationsträger 14 zur Mitnahme durch Interessenten bestimmt sind.

Claims (11)

  1. Halter aus durchsichtigem Material zur Aufnahme eines einzelnen flachen, insbesondere blatt-, karten- oder heftförmigen Informationsträgers (9) mit einem scheibenförmigen Vorderteil (1) und einem mit dem oberen Rand des Vorderteiles (1) verbundenen Rückenteil (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine erste am unteren Rand des Vorderteiles (1) angeordnete Haltelasche (4) für den einzelnen Informationsträger (9) und einen sich an den unteren Rand des Rückenteiles (2) anschließenden Bodenteil (3) aufweist, dessen dem Vorderteil (1) zugewandter Rand mit einer zweiten Haltelasche (5) versehen ist, die den unteren Rand des Vorderteiles (1) übergreift und zusammen mit diesem einen Klemmspalt (13) veränderlicher Größe für einen Stapel (14) ebenfalls flacher Informationsträger bildet.
  2. Halter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Haltelasche (4) an der dem Rückenteil (2) zugewandten Seite des Vorderteiles (1) angeordnet ist.
  3. Halter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oberer Abschnitt (6) des Rückenteiles (2) mit dem Vorderteil (1) einen Klemmspalt (8) formt.
  4. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein unterer Abschnitt (7) des Rückenteiles (2) schräg zum Vorderteil verläuft.
  5. Halter nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abschnitt (6) des Rückenteiles (2) einen stumpfen Winkel (α) zu dessen unterem Abschnitt (7) einnimmt.
  6. Halter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abschnitt (7) des Rückenteiles (2) länger als dessen oberer Abschnitt (6) ist.
  7. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorderteil (1) und die Haltelaschen (4,5) einerseits und der Bodenteil (3) andererseits einen Winkel (γ) zwischen sich einschließen, der kleiner als 90° ist.
  8. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein unterer Abschnitt (7) des Rückenteiles (2) und der Bodenteil (3) einen Winkel (β) zwischen sich einschließen, der kleiner als 90° ist.
  9. Halter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkel (β , γ ), die der Vorderteil (1) und der Rückenteil (2) zum Bodenteil (3) einnehmen, 60° bis 75° betragen.
  10. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenteil (3) federnd gegen die Unterkante (11) des Vorderteiles (1) anliegt.
  11. Halter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einem mehrfach gefalzten, elastischen Hartfolienstreifen besteht.
