Definitions

  • the invention relates to containers, consisting of a container-side locking mechanism for emptying flaps provided on the container, the first coupling piece firmly connected to the container wall and a second coupling piece designed as a pull rod, which is longitudinally displaceable in a socket connected to the container wall and guided by flexible pulling elements in is connected to the emptying flaps in such a way that the tension elements are relaxed when the drawbar is retracted and tensioned when the drawbar is extended, with the emptying flaps closed.
  • Containers of the type mentioned are known for example from EP 0 280 008 A1.
  • the coupling pieces of the container are designed as eyelets, into which load and pull hooks of a hoist engage.
  • the load and pull hooks have to be rotated and moved in each case by means of the hoist until they can be hooked into the eyelets.
  • the help of operating personnel or a specially provided device for detecting the two hooks is necessary.
  • a container which for actuating a closure has a coupling element designed as a pull rod and a coupling piece which is fixedly connected to the container and in which the coupling piece designed as a pull rod is movably guided.
  • a button On the one firmly attached to the container Coupling piece is arranged a button, which has the shape of an inverted cut-off cone on its underside.
  • a button is also formed on the pull rod, the underside of which is designed as an inverted cut-off cone.
  • the advantage of such a container is that a corresponding handling device for lifting and lowering the container and for opening and closing the emptying flaps only needs to be placed centrally without having to create a device with which the two hooks in a predetermined manner and Way to be grasped and led.
  • the flange-shaped edges of the coupling pieces each have an annular groove on their underside with a flank that slopes away towards the outside. The engaging hooks of the coupling device of a hoist are thus pulled under the weight of the hoisted container inwards into the circumferential grooves, so that they are secured against self-unlocking.
  • Preferred embodiments of the container according to the invention result from the features of subclaims 2-6. It is particularly advantageous if the flange-shaped edges are annular. As a result, the hooks of the coupling device of the aforementioned lifting device do not have to be aligned, but can engage at any point on the circumference of the respective flange-shaped edge.
  • the container 10 consists of a container-side closing mechanism 12 for emptying flaps 14, which are provided on the container.
  • the emptying flaps 14 are designed as bottom flaps that can be folded downward about a central hinge 15.
  • the container could also have any other shape and, for example, movable side flaps.
  • a first coupling piece 16 is screwed, welded or otherwise positively or materially connected from a bush 22 with an upper flange-shaped edge 24.
  • the bushing 22 is aligned centrally. It also serves as a guide bush for a second coupling piece 18 designed as a pull rod.
  • This second coupling piece 18 also has an upper flange-shaped edge 26. In the basic position, this upper flange-shaped edge 26 lies above the upper flange-shaped edge 24 of the first coupling piece 16.
  • the pull rod of the second Coupling piece 18 projects into the interior of the container 10.
  • tension elements 23 connected, which are connected to the freely pivotable ends of the emptying flaps 14. In the retracted state of the pull rod of the second coupling piece 18, the pull elements 23 are relaxed, as shown in FIG. 1.
  • the bushing 22 has a square bore and the pull rod of the second coupling piece 18 has a complementary profile. This ensures that the pull rod does not rotate about its own axis, as a result of which the free movement of the pull elements 23 could be impaired as a result of twisting or engaging with one another. In principle, however, other bore cross sections of the bushing 22 are also possible.
  • the coupling device 30 of a hoist 32 for handling the container 10 is also shown schematically.
  • the coupling device 30 is bolted to the lifting device via a towing eye 40.
  • the central element of the coupling device is a lower and an upper pair of hooks 34 and 36, respectively.
  • the lower pair of hooks serves to engage the first coupling piece 16.
  • the upper pair of hooks 36 can engage the second coupling piece 18.
  • the flange-shaped edges 24 and 26 of the coupling pieces 16 and 18 are ring-shaped and on their underside there is an annular groove 28 and 29, respectively, with a flank sloping outwards.
  • the hooks 34 and 36 of the coupling device 30 are additionally secured by engagement in these annular grooves 28 and 29, respectively, in that they are drawn into the annular groove in particular under the load of the container.
  • the lower hooks 34 of the coupling device represent the load hooks, ie by means of these hooks the entire container is lifted up via the coupling piece 16 which is firmly connected to the container 10.
  • the Tension elements 23 the emptying flaps 14 are secured against opening when the container 10 is lifted from the floor.
  • the second coupling piece 18 is pulled upwards by means of the hooks 36 until the tension elements 23 are tensioned, so that this prevents the emptying flaps 14 from opening when the container 10 is lifted off the floor.
  • the inner square pull rod of the second coupling piece is pulled out by approx. 50 cm.
  • the container is raised, for example by means of a boom 32 of a crane, not shown, and pivoted over the loading area to be filled, for example of a truck.
  • the emptying flaps 14 are opened, so that the collected content, for example waste, falls out of the container.
  • the container is closed again in the same way as described above and placed on the floor.
  • the hooks 36 which serve to move the pull rod of the second coupling piece 18 up and down, are moved by means of a pull-out device 46 which can be raised and lowered in the housing, as can be seen from FIG.
  • This pull-out device 46 consists of a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit, the cylinder of which is fastened to the upper end region of the housing 38 with a yoke 48 carrying the pivotable hooks 36 and the piston rod 50 of which is fastened with its upper end.
  • the piston-cylinder unit is surrounded by a compression spring which acts on the yoke 48 in such a way that the cylinder is pushed downwards with the hooks 36.
  • hydraulic fluid is displaced from the cylinder through a bore in the piston rod 50 (not shown).
  • the lower hooks 34 are arranged in a fixed manner in the housing 38 of the coupling device 30 and are pivotably mounted about an axis 42, as can be seen from FIG.
  • the lower hooks 34 are removed from their closed position, i.e. their engagement with the first clutch device 16 is pivoted in the opening direction by hydraulic piston-cylinder units 62. They are moved against the spring force by compression springs 54 enclosed in guide rods 58.
  • the compression springs 54 which act on the hook 34 in the closing direction, serve to pivot the hooks 34 back for engagement under the flange-shaped edge 24 of the first coupling piece 16.
  • the hydraulic fluid in the piston-cylinder units is displaced.
  • Guide rods 60 are also articulated on the upper hooks 36 and are surrounded by compression springs 56. These also act on the hooks 36 in the closing direction, i.e. they pivot the hooks 36 about the axes 44 arranged on the yoke 48 of the pull-out device 46, so that the hooks engage under the flange-shaped edge 26 of the second coupling piece 18.
  • they are loaded with freely extendable pistons 66 by piston-cylinder units 64 at the articulation point of the guide rod 60.
  • only one-sided hydraulic supply is required for the piston-cylinder units, since a reset, i.e. the upper hooks 36 pivot into the engagement position with the upper flange-shaped part 26 of the second coupling piece 18, as a result of the spring force of the compression spring 56.
  • All piston-cylinder units acting on the hooks 34 and 36 62 and 64 are supplied via a hydraulic feed line.
  • the pistons of the piston-cylinder units 62 and 64 can thus only be extended at the same time.
  • the locking levers 68 are pivoted into an open position, so that the yoke 48 together with the hooks 36 can be pushed up via the pull-out device 46. In this position, the locking lever is shown in Fig. 3 in a solid line.
  • the levers 68 must each engage over projections 74 of the yoke 48 which form abutments.
  • the locking levers 68 are pivoted via the piston rods 70 of the piston-cylinder units 62 to which they are articulated.
  • the lower hooks 34 with the pistons 70 of the piston-cylinder units 62 are via hook-side elongated holes 72, in which cylinder-side bolts 71 engage connected.
  • the locking mechanism thus functions as follows: When the piston 70 is extended, the locking lever 68 is pushed from its swung-out release position into the locking position. The lower hook 34 can remain in their locking position due to the elongated hole 72 during the first stroke part of the piston 70. Only when the piston-side pin abuts the end of the elongated hole 72 is the corresponding lower hook 34 pivoted out of its engaged position. The previously described interaction of the hooks 34, 36 and the locking lever 68 ensures correct unlocking of the coupling device.
  • a coupling device enables rotation of the lower part 84 of the housing 38 together with the pairs of hooks 34 and 36 arranged in the lower part and an attached waste container 10. This is particularly necessary if it is not a rotationally symmetrical container, for example a rectangular container , acts.
  • the upper part 80 of the housing 38 is connected to the lower housing part 84 via a rotary feedthrough 82.
  • the lower housing 84 is rotated via a hydraulically drivable rotary motor 88.
  • a pinion 90 flanged to this meshes with a gear 92 which is connected to the lower part 84 of the housing 38.
  • the piston 50 of the pull-out device 46 is suspended in a cage 86.
  • the cage 86 is suspended in the lower housing part 84 so that it rotates with it. However, it projects into the upper housing part 80.
  • the hydraulic rotary motor can be provided in the usual way for left and right rotation and can therefore be connected to two hydraulic lines.
