Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stahltür, deren Türblatt mittels zargenaußenseitig angeordneten Scharnierbändern - insbesondere jeweils aus einem mittleren, türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereich und zwei beidseitig des mittleren Bandbereiches angeordneten zargenseitig befestigten Bandbereichen - an einen Zargenholm schwenkbar festgelegt ist.
  • Bei den hier in Rede stehenden Türblättern besteht der Falz aus drei Lagen ca. 0,8 mm dicken Bleches. Diese Dicke reicht nicht aus, um die Bänder in diesem Bereich stumpf anzuschweißen. Deshalb wird derzeit der Falz um die Dicke des türblattseitig zu befestigenden Bandlappens ca. 4 mm durchgedrückt und das Band hinter den Falz gelegt - von der Scharnierbandachse aus gesehen - sowie das Band mit dem Falz und auch mit dem im Türkasten eingelegten stirnseitigen Flachstahl-Rahmen verschweißt. Eine solche Ausbildung bekannter Art ist aus den Figuren 1a) bis c) zu ersehen.
  • Durch das Durchdrücken des Türblatt-Falzes im Bereich der türblattseitig zu befestigenden Bänder bzw. Bandlappen der Scharnierbänder ergeben sich Spannungen im Türblatt, wodurch in diesem Bandbereich gewisse Beulen im Deckelblech nach außen hin vorgewölbt auftreten. Weiterhin ist beim Aufeinanderstapeln der Türen der Stoß auf der Bandseite um 4 mm je Tür höher, was dazu führt, daß der Stapel zunehmend eine Schräglage erhält, bei zwanzig Türen in einem Stapel auf der Bandseite somit eine Erhöhung von 80 mm erfährt. Dies führt zu Transportschwierigkeiten bishin zum seitlichen Verrutschen solcher Stapel mit der Folge der Beschädigung der Türblätter und einer für ein Fahrzeug ggfs. gefährlichen Gewichtsverlagerung.
  • Aus der GB-A-2051191 ist bspw. eine Tür- und Rahmenkonstruktion bekannt, bei der der Türrahmen aus Hohlprofilen aus Metall besteht. Die Tür dieser vorbekannten Konstruktion paßt in einen ausgefalzten Teil des Rahmens, wenn sie in ihrer geschlossenen Stellung steht. Diese vorbekannte Tür verfügt über ein Scharnierband, bestehend aus einem mittleren, türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereich und zwei beidseitig des mittleren Bandbereiches angeordneten zargenseitig befestigten Bandbereichen, welches mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist. Hierzu durchgreift der mittlere Bandbereich, der an der Stirnseite der Tür befestigt ist, eine der Stirnseite zugewandte Ausnehmung im Türrahmen. Die Befestigung des mittleren Bandbereiches an der Stirnseite der Tür erfolgt hierbei über ein mit der Stirnseite der Tür verschraubtes Blech, in das ein einstückig mit dem mittleren Bandbereich ausgebildetes Hakenelement eingreift. Es ist erkennbar, daß diese vorbekannte Tür nicht mittels zargenaußenseitig angeordneten Scharnierbändern an dem Zargenholm schwenkbar festgelegt ist.
  • Ferner ist aus der US-A-3566539 eine gattungsgemäße Stahltür bekannt, deren Torblatt mittels zargenaußenseitig angeordneten Scharnierbändern an einem Zargenholm schwenkbar festgelegt ist. Hierzu weist das Türblatt einen Falz auf, der aus zwei Blechlagen besteht, die in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung eines türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereichs eingreifen. Der türblattseitig befestigte Bandbereich weist einen L-förmig ausgebildeten Steg auf, der sowohl an dem Falz als auch an der Stirnseite des Türblattes befestigt ist.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Tür der in Rede stehenden Art so auszubilden bzw. bandseitig anzuschlagen, daß die Breitseiten des Türblattes glattflächig ausgebildet sind, um durch Falzarbeiten entstehende Aufwölbungen im Deckelblech des Türblattes zu vermeiden und daß Aufeinanderstapeln der Türen derart zu erleichtern, daß eine Schräglage von mehreren aufeinandergelegten Türen vermieden wird.
  • Ausgehend von einer Stahltür mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruches 1 wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der die Scharnierbänder aufnehmende Zargenholm im Einschwenkbereich der türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereiche ausgespart ausgebildet ist, wobei die türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereiche der Scharnierbänder bei geschlossenem Türblatt in die in dem der Scharnierbandachse zugewandten Zargenspiegel ausgebildeten Aussparungen eingreifen.
  • Dabei sind die Aussparungen vorzugsweise als Ausschnitte des Zargenholmes ausgebildet, wie dies Figur 2a) bis e) erkennen läßt. Wie insbesondere aus Figur 2 e) ersichtlich ist, greifen die türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereiche 3 der Scharnierbänder 2, die in Achsrichtung jeweils von den zargenseitig zu befestigenden Bandlappen 5 flankiert sind, in in dem der Scharnierbandachse zugewandten Zargenspiegel ausgebildete Ausschnitte 4 ein und sind an dem stirnseitigen Rahmen 6 des Türblattkastens sowie an der der Zarge zugewandten Innenseite des Falzes 9 angeschweißt, wobei der Falz 9 außenseitig glatt in die Ebene des Türblattbleches 8 des Türblattes übergeht, also ohne eine verformende Ausdrückung bleibt.

Claims (4)

  1. Stahltür, deren Türblatt mittels zargenaußenseitig angeordneten Scharnierbändern - insbesondere jeweils aus einem mittleren, türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereich und zwei beidseitig des mittleren Bandbereiches angeordneten zargenseitig befestigten Bandbereichen - an einem Zargenholm schwenkbar festgelegt ist
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der die Scharnierbänder (2) aufnehmende Zargenholm (1) im Einschwenkbereich der türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereiche (3) ausgespart (4) ausgebildet ist, wobei die türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereiche (3) der Scharnierbänder (2) bei geschlossenem Türblatt (7) in die in dem der Scharnierbandachse zugewandten Zargenspiegel ausgebildeten Aussparungen eingreifen.
  2. Stahltür nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Aussparungen als Ausschnitte (4) des Zargenholms (1) ausgebildet sind.
  3. Stahltur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die türblattseitig befestigten Bandbereiche (3) am stirnseitigen Rahmen (6) außerhalb der Ebene des glatt durchgehend ausgebildeten Türblatt-Bleches (8) des Türblattes (7), welches der Scharnierachse benachbart gelegen ist, angeschweißt ist.
  4. Stahltür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß ein am Türblatt (7) angeordneter, der Schamierbandachse benachbart gelegener Falz (9) außenseitig glatt in die Ebene des Türblatt-Bleches (8) des Türblattes (7) übergeht.
