Definitions
- the invention relates to a hammer crusher for crushing metal scrap, consisting of a housing in which a hammer rotor rotates with rotatable hammers, with a material inlet arranged on the upward rotating side of the rotor, a classifying grate and an impact chute open towards the hammer rotor.
- a hammer crusher of this type is known from German patent specification 27 13 177.
- the crushing of the often bulky scrap, such as car bodies or medium-weight mixed scrap, takes place both through the interaction of the rotor hammers with anvils arranged at a distance from the impact circle of the hammers and through impact of the material on the inner walls of the impact shaft against which the material is thrown .
- the rotor hammers are freely rotatable in freely selectable number and distribution on axis rods arranged parallel to the rotor shaft and are arranged at a distance from one another on the circumference of the rotor.
- the upper edge of the material inlet opening is part of an exchangeable anvil and is brought up to the gap in the hammer impact circle; a further anvil can be located on the lower edge of the baffle chute side wall adjacent to the product outlet and thus - viewed in the direction of rotation of the rotor - above the grating of the product outlet opposite the product inlet.
- the hammers cut or tear off material parts from the metal scrap fed in with the anvil at the material inlet as a counter-tool and hurl these parts against the walls of the hammer rotor with its lower opening spanning the material inlet to the material outlet to the impact shaft.
- This deforms e.g. impacting sheet metal parts with detachment of adhering impurities with simultaneous material compression, while more solid metal parts are deformed less, but are also freed of adhering impurities before they are picked up again by the hammers before the material emerges.
- the rotor When processing heavy goods, the rotor is usually driven relatively slowly. A coarse part that is stuck in the area of the hammer impact circle in the housing of the hammer crusher, especially when the rotor rotates slowly, cannot be crushed by the impacting rotor hammer and occasionally cannot even be passed because the rotor hammer can be in such an unfavorable kinematic position at the time of impact that it cannot evade -Rotation movement to perform its axle rod more. Also, there is often at least a brief placement of the rotor hammer (s) on the often heavy coarse part blocking the impact circle.
- the reaction force generated when placed on the coarse part under such circumstances can break the bearing axles or the bearing axles bearing the rotor hammers due to the unfavorable leverage Lead axle rods or the relevant rotor hammer or even burst open the housing of the hammer breaker.
- the invention has for its object to improve a generic hammer crusher so that the susceptibility to failure is reduced without affecting the crushing result.
- the wall of the baffle duct opposite the material inlet is a pivotable one, together with one up to the housing base reaching grating is resilient, automatically swinging outlet wall.
- the housing base can be designed as a pivotable, resiliently flexible, automatically swinging grate rocker.
- the outlet wall When the outlet wall is positioned close to the rotor, the metal scrap fed into the closed impact shaft is subjected to intensive impact treatment to clean and compact the material; material brought to the opening dimension of the grating of the outlet wall can escape to the outside, while material which has not yet been sufficiently comminuted and compressed is further exposed to the comminution process and undergoes at least one further comminution cycle.
- the outlet wall can be set at a correspondingly large distance from the rotor.
- the entire comminution material with the heavy coarse particles contained therein is safely conveyed outwards through the gap between the swinging outlet wall and the rotor, so that no coarse parts can get into the bottom area of the hammer crusher; a placement of the rotor hammers on a heavy coarse part and thus damage to the axle rods or the rotor itself are prevented.
- a gap which is large enough can also be set in the area of the housing base to allow for gaps to be reached Coarse parts can fall out downwards.
- outlet wall and the grating rocker are preferably supported on pivot axes guided through the housing to the outside and at least one end of each pivot axis is provided outside the housing with a lever arm which is engaged by a hydraulic cylinder, Arrange a pressure relief valve in the automatically swinging mounting of the outlet wall and / or grate arm in the pressure line of the hydraulic cylinder.
- the end of the grating rocker facing the classifying grate of the outlet wall - which is curved like the grating rocker - has an anvil. If a heavy coarse part should not have been conveyed outward through the opening gap when the outlet wall swung open, such a coarse part is either further crushed on impact with the anvil before it then reaches the area of the bottom-side grating rocker that forms the outlet for the product, or that Most of the radial force exerted on the anvil is so great that the rocker arm swings open resiliently.
- the housing base and the outlet wall with their underneath the baffle shaft are set approximately at the height of the impact circle of the rotor hammers and extend at least as far as possible to the grating rock that extends to the horizontal plane containing the rotor axis hired to the rotor.
- a hammer crusher 1 has a housing 2 which is anchored to a substructure 4 by means of supports 3.
- a hammer rotor 5 rotates in the direction of rotation 6, the shaft 7 of which is mounted on both sides in bearings 9 fastened to pedestals 8 (cf. FIG. 2).
- the hammer rotor 5 consists of a plurality of rotor disks 11 lined up at a distance on the shaft 7, between which hammers 12 are rotatably held on axes 13 which penetrate the rotor disks 11 at a radial distance from and parallel to the shaft 7.
- the shaft 7 is connected to a drive via a coupling (not shown).
- a good inlet 14 and a good outlet 15 are provided in the housing 2.
- the material inlet 14 is arranged on the upward rotating side of the hammer rotor 5.
- the upper edge of the material inlet is part of an exchangeable anvil 16 and is brought up close to the hammer impact circle 17 of the hammer rotor 5.
- an upper and a lower feed roller 19, 21 and a precompression wall 22 are connected upstream of the crop inlet 14.
- At least one swivel cylinder 23 engages the precompression wall 22, which pivots the precompaction wall 22 out of its out-of-service position shown in phantom into the supply duct from above and pre-compresses the material (metal scrap) and reduces its volume.
- the nip 24 between the feed rollers 19, 21 is adjusted in accordance with the degree of precompaction; the upper feed roller 19 is therefore supported in a pivot lever 25 which allows the adjustment of the roller gap 24.
- the part of the housing lying above the hammer rotor 5 is designed as an impact chute 26 which is only open at the bottom.
- the baffle shaft 26 is covered with a cover wall 27 which extends tangentially to the direction of rotation 6 of the hammer rotor 5.
- the height h of the impact shaft is approximately D / 2 to D of the hammer rotor 5.
- the diameter D of the hammer rotor is approximately between 1.5 m to 2.5 m. With a smaller D, the dimension h more closely corresponds to the dimension D, while with a larger D, h approaches the dimension D / 2.
- the good exit 15 is designed in several parts; it consists of the opposite the product inlet 14, designed as a pivotable outlet wall 28 with a grating 33 front wall of the baffle shaft 26 and one Grid rocker 29 of the housing base 32.
- the housing base 32 has a bottom shell 31 which adjoins the direction of rotation 6 of the grate rocker 29 and extends as far as the product inlet 14.
- the outlet wall 28 of the impact shaft 26 extends with its wall extension designed as a classifying grate 33 to the housing base 32; the grating 33 is placed below the baffle shaft 26 and above the hammer rotor 5, approximately at the height of the hammer stroke circle 17 and, like the grating rocker 29 and the bottom shell 31 of the housing base 32, runs in an arc shape.
- the classification grate 33 ends in the immediate vicinity in front of an anvil 34 of the grating rocker 29.
- the anvil 34 lies with its upper edge facing the direction of rotation 6 of the hammer rotor 5 below the horizontal axis 35 passing through the rotor shaft 7.
- Both the outlet wall 28 and the grate rocker 29 are supported on pivot axes 36, 37 which are guided outwards through the housing 2.
- the pivot axes 36, 37 are provided with lever arms 39, 41 on their two axis ends 38 lying outside the housing 2, to each of which one Hydraulic cylinder 42 attacks (see. Fig. 2).
- the hydraulic cylinders 42 are with their rear ends in bearing blocks 43 of the housing 2 (see FIG. 2) or bearing blocks 44 in the area of a dust extraction 45 of the housing 2 and with their piston rods 46 on the lever arms 39, 41 of the outlet wall 28 or the Rust rocker 29 articulated.
- the outlet wall 28 with its classifying grate 33 and the grate rocker 29 can be drawn from their closed operating position shown in solid lines in FIG. 1, in which they are placed as close as possible to the impact circle 17, in the position shown in FIG Set open, swung, dash-dotted lines, removed from hammer rotor 5 pivot positions.
- a pressure relief valve 48 which is connected to a tank 51 by a line 49, is arranged in each case in the pressure lines 47 opening in front of the loaded piston surfaces of the hydraulic cylinders 42, not shown.
- the valves 48 allow a spring-deflecting arrangement of the product outlet 15, i.e. the outlet wall 28 and the grating rocker 29, and not only when these parts of the material outlet are in the closed operating position shown in solid lines in FIG. 1, but also in the pivoted-out - as indicated by dash-dotted lines - operating positions.
- the hammers cut or tear off 12 material parts from the supplied material and hurl the parts tangentially into the baffle shaft 26, essentially onto the top wall 27 arranged above the baffle shaft 26. This deforms the impacting shot parts in the sense of agglomeration. Material parts, which are small enough in size and are hurled with sufficient speed precisely into the grate openings of the grating 33 of the outlet wall 28, pass through the outlet wall 28 or the grating 33 immediately.
- a coarse part that is not conveyed away via the outlet wall 28 or the grating 33 is further reduced; if, however, it should still not have been comminuted so that it can be discharged through the openings of the grate rocker 29, the grate rocker 29 also yields resiliently and automatically by one of the thickness of the coarse part due to the pressure relief valves 48 arranged in the pressure lines 47 of its cylinders 42 corresponding gap.
- the coarse part is ejected without blocking the hammers 12 and / or the hammer rotor 5.
- the outlet wall 28 with the classifying grate 33 and the grating rocker 29 can not only be preset in the desired opening positions, but it is also possible for them in any operating position to yield resiliently in the direction of rotation 6 of the rotor 5.
- the outlet wall 28 with the classification grate 33 and / or the grate rocker 29 can move away from the hammer rotor 5. Wedging of the coarse parts between the hammer rotor 5, the material outlet 15, ie the outlet wall 28 or the grating rocker 29 is thus prevented.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hammer crusher for crushing metal scrap, consisting of a housing in which a hammer rotor rotates with rotatable hammers, with a material inlet arranged on the upward rotating side of the rotor, a classifying grate and an impact chute open towards the hammer rotor.
A hammer crusher of this type is known from
During the operation of this hammer breaker, the hammers cut or tear off material parts from the metal scrap fed in with the anvil at the material inlet as a counter-tool and hurl these parts against the walls of the hammer rotor with its lower opening spanning the material inlet to the material outlet to the impact shaft. This deforms e.g. impacting sheet metal parts with detachment of adhering impurities with simultaneous material compression, while more solid metal parts are deformed less, but are also freed of adhering impurities before they are picked up again by the hammers before the material emerges. At an optionally available anvil of the product outlet, further comminution of the product can take place, after which the comminuted product is ejected through the classifying grate. Such materials, which exceed the opening width of the grate openings, are drawn past the classifying grate of the material outlet by the hammer rotor and exposed again to the action of the comminution and counter-tools.
In the case of solid materials that cannot be shredded at least to the size of the grate openings of the classifying grate and are noticeable by loud noises in the hammer crusher, the operating personnel must pivot an ejection door stored in an impact shaft wall inwards into the housing into a position in which the Door crosses the main throwing direction of the material parts; the ejection door then directs the material parts hitting it to the outside. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that the massive problem goods get stuck in the space between the impact circle of the hammers and the grating of the material outlet and / or the closed housing base. With smaller parts this is less problematic because the mass of the hammer can easily get through, ie the hammer can crush and / or squeeze the part stuck in the grate and pass. On the other hand, problems that lead to not inconsiderable malfunctions can occur when processing large, massive pieces of scrap.
When processing heavy goods, the rotor is usually driven relatively slowly. The reaction force generated when placed on the coarse part under such circumstances can break the bearing axles or the bearing axles bearing the rotor hammers due to the unfavorable leverage Lead axle rods or the relevant rotor hammer or even burst open the housing of the hammer breaker.
The invention has for its object to improve a generic hammer crusher so that the susceptibility to failure is reduced without affecting the crushing result.
This object is achieved in that the wall of the baffle duct opposite the material inlet is a pivotable one, together with one up to the housing base reaching grating is resilient, automatically swinging outlet wall. Furthermore, the housing base can be designed as a pivotable, resiliently flexible, automatically swinging grate rocker. With the invention there is the possibility, depending on the nature of the metal scrap to be shredded, either to position the outlet wall as closely as possible to the rotor or its hammer circle or to set a desired large gap between the rotor and the outlet wall. When the outlet wall is positioned close to the rotor, the metal scrap fed into the closed impact shaft is subjected to intensive impact treatment to clean and compact the material; material brought to the opening dimension of the grating of the outlet wall can escape to the outside, while material which has not yet been sufficiently comminuted and compressed is further exposed to the comminution process and undergoes at least one further comminution cycle. On the other hand, when processing medium-heavy mixed scrap, in which only the lighter fractions can be crushed and / or compacted, the outlet wall can be set at a correspondingly large distance from the rotor. The entire comminution material with the heavy coarse particles contained therein is safely conveyed outwards through the gap between the swinging outlet wall and the rotor, so that no coarse parts can get into the bottom area of the hammer crusher; a placement of the rotor hammers on a heavy coarse part and thus damage to the axle rods or the rotor itself are prevented.
In any case, due to the multi-part material outlet and the resilient resilience of its individual parts - both when the outlet wall and / or as close to the rotor as possible are attached to the outlet wall and / or grating rocker - Achieve that the outlet wall and / or the grate rocker resiliently dodges a piece with a corresponding kinetic energy of the impacting material or with radial forces transmitted by a coarse part between the hammer rotor and the outlet wall or grate rocker, in order to open an enlarged gap for removing the coarse part from a heavy coarse part ; the outlet wall with the classifying grate and the grating rocker in the bottom area thus makes it possible, in the direction of rotation of the rotor, to swing out one after the other, wing-like, and to yield coarse parts.
In the case of a pivoting grate rocker, preferably a two-part housing base consisting of a closed bottom shell adjacent to the product inlet and a pivotable grating rocker bridging the distance between the bottom shell and the classifying grate of the outlet wall, a gap which is large enough can also be set in the area of the housing base to allow for gaps to be reached Coarse parts can fall out downwards. Finally, it is also possible to preset the swung-out position of the grating rocker of the housing base, which is removed from the rotor, if a material is being processed which, according to experience, has already been sufficiently comminuted and / or precompressed when it reaches this rotor area and should no longer make any further comminution cycle.
If the outlet wall and the grating rocker are preferably supported on pivot axes guided through the housing to the outside and at least one end of each pivot axis is provided outside the housing with a lever arm which is engaged by a hydraulic cylinder, Arrange a pressure relief valve in the automatically swinging mounting of the outlet wall and / or grate arm in the pressure line of the hydraulic cylinder.
It is proposed that the end of the grating rocker facing the classifying grate of the outlet wall - which is curved like the grating rocker - has an anvil.
As soon as high forces exceeding the contact pressure of the hydraulic cylinders occur on the outlet wall and / or the grating rocker, a corresponding amount of hydraulic fluid is sprayed via a line into a tank via the pressure relief valve arranged in front of the loaded piston surface and thus a resilient Evasion reached because the piston of the cylinder resets. In a closed mode of operation, such as predominantly for the shredding of sheet metal scrap, for example car bodies and household appliances, the housing base and the outlet wall with their underneath the baffle shaft are set approximately at the height of the impact circle of the rotor hammers and extend at least as far as possible to the grating rock that extends to the horizontal plane containing the rotor axis hired to the rotor. Nevertheless, no coarse parts can wedge between the rotor and the housing base and the rotor to Bring to a standstill or even tear it out of its storage. If, in spite of the previous impact on the anvil of the grating rocker, a large part still does not reach the area of the housing base, the grating rocker opens automatically under the force of the coarse part by a gap corresponding to the thickness of the coarse part. The major part is consequently ejected at this point of the material outlet without being able to block the hammers or the hammer rotor.

Fig. 2). A hammer crusher 1 has a
Fig. 2). Fig. 2) bzw. Both the
The mode of operation of the above-described hammer breaker 1 according to the invention is explained below with the
Due to the
