Description

Le broyeur conformément à l'invention est constitué d'une caisse (1) à l'intérieur de laquelle évolue un rotor (2) équipé de marteaux (3). Le rotor (2) tourne suivant le sens indiqué par la flèche et chacun des marteaux (3) passe avec un jeu minimum en vis à vis d'une enclume (5). Les produits ainsi coincés entre le marteau et l'enclume sont déchiquetés puis projetés au travers de la grille supérieure (6) de sorte que les morceaux trop importants repassent de nouveau à l'intérieur du broyeur. Sur cette caisse, latéralement, est disposée une porte (7) qui ouverte permet l'élimination des imbroyables. Suivant l'invention, cette porte (7) présente une face (8) percée d'ouvertures (9) dont chacune est calibrée en fonction des ouvertures de la grille supérieure (6). De plus, le bord inférieur (10) est renforcé pour constituer un nez de rebondissement supplémentaire. Par ailleurs, pour éviter le coincement du produit à l'évacuation, les ouvertures (9) sont coniques avec la plus grande dimension dirigée vers l'extérieur du broyeur à l'opposé de la face (8). Cette présente invention permet de rebroyer le produit porte fermée sans pour autant saturer la machine et tout en préservant le rendement et la granulométrie.
