Im sogenannten Non-Stop-Betrieb werden diese Sauggreifer beim Stapelwechsel zur Bildung eines Hilfsstapels oberhalb des Bogenstapels eingeschoben, so daß der nächste ankommende Bogen sich mit seiner Vorderkante auf die Sauggreifer legt, durch diese festgehalten wird und alle folgenden Bogen sich darauf ablegen. Claims (8)

Bogenausleger für eine Druckmaschine oder dergleichen mit einer Einrichtung zum Wechseln des Bogenstapels während des Maschinenlaufs, bei der zwischen Stapelanschlägen für die Bogenvorderkante Sauggreifer entgegen der Förderrichtung der Bogen in den Anleger einschiebbar sind, die in der eingeschobenen Endlage die Vorderkante eines sich auf die Sauggreifer ablegenden Bogens ansaugen und diesen Bogen mit einem Abstand über dem Bogenstapel in einer Hilfsstapelposition halten, die das Einschieben einer Hilfsstapelvorrichtung ermöglicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die eingeschobenen Sauggreifer (10) zur Bogenstraffung nach dem Ansaugen der Vorderkante des Bogens (3) um ein vorbestimmtes Maß (a) in Richtung gegen die Stapelanschläge (4) für die Bogenvorderkante zurückziehbar angeordnet sind.

daß die Sauggreifer (10) für die Bogenvorderkante und die Sauggreifer (22) für die Bogenhinterkante an der Oberseite, auf die sich die Bogenkante ablegt, Saugdüsen (13, 27) aufweisen und zur Bogenstraffung nach dem Ansaugen des Bogens (3) in der eingeschobenen Endlage aus dieser Endlage heraus um ein vorbestimmtes Maß (a) in Gegenrichtung zur Einschubbewegung zurückziehbar angeordnet sind.

daß auf Führungen (12) parallel zur Bogenoberseite beweglich angeordnete Sauggreifer (10) aus Fangfingern mit an den freien Enden im Bereich der Bogenauflage angeordneten Saugdüsen (27) und um eine Querachse wegklappbare Anschläge (4) getrennte motorische Antriebe (8,18) aus Pneumatikzylindern aufweisen, die in gegenseitiger Abhängigkeit wirksam sind, und daß ein übertragungsglied zwischen den Sauggreifern (10) und den diese antreibenden Pneumatikzylinder (18) auf jeder der beiden Maschinenseiten aus einem weiteren Pneumatikzylinder (19) mit eigener Steuerung besteht.
