Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein handbetriebenes Wischgerät für Böden. Das Wischgerät umfaßt ein Fahrgestell 1 mit in Fahrtrichtung F vorn angeordneten Stütz- und Führungsrollen 5 und einer in Fahrtrichtung dahinter angeordneten Wischleiste 7. Das Fahrgestell 1 trägt einen Führungsholm 3 mit Griff 4, der in einer zur Fahrtrichtung F senkrechten Ebene A liegt, deren Abstand a von der Wischleiste 7 wesentlich kleiner ist als der Abstand b der Wischleiste 7 von dem Stütz- und Führungselement 5. Ein solches Wischgerät läßt sich mit gutem Wischeffekt leicht handhaben, weil die Wischleiste geschleppt und nicht geschoben wird. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf handbetriebenes Wischgerät für Böden, bestehend aus einem Fahrgestell mit einem einen Handgriff in Arbeitshöhe aufweisenden Führungsholm und mindestens einem in Fahrtrichtung vorn angeordneten Stütz- und Führungselement und aus einer vom Fahrgestell getragenen, quer zur und in Fahrtrichtung hinter dem Stütz- und Führungselement angeordneten Wischleiste.
  • Bei einem bekannten Wischgerät dieser Art hat das Fahrgestell in Fahrtrichtung eine Länge von etwa 20 cm und die Wischleiste eine Länge von etwa 1 m. Am in Fahrtrichtung vorderen Rand des Fahrgestells sind mit Abstand voneinander zwei Lenkrollen als Stütz- und Führungselemente angeordnet. Der Führungsholm geht unter einem Winkel von etwa 45o von der Mitte des Fahrgestells aus. Der Griff des Holms liegt auf der den Führungsrollen abgewandten Seite der Leiste in einer zur Fahrtrichtung senkrechten Ebene, deren Abstand von der Wischleiste ein Vielfaches des Abstandes der Wischleiste von den Führungsrollen ist. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, daß die Handhabung eines solchen Wischgerätes nicht einfach ist. Wird über den Führungsholm nicht genügend Druck auf die Wischleiste gegeben, dann ist das Wischergebnis nicht optimal. Wird zuviel Druck auf die Wischleiste gegeben, dann läßt sich das Gerät schlecht führen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Wischgerät der eingangs genannten Art hinsichtlich seiner Handhabung zu vereinfachen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei dem Wischgerät der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, daß der Abstand der Wischleiste von dem Stütz- und Führungselement wesentlich größer als ihr Abstand von der senkrecht zur Fahrtrichtung liegenden Ebene ist, in der der Griff liegt.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Wischgerät ist die Einleitung der von der Bedienungsperson aufgebrachten Kraft in das Wischgerät nicht kritisch, weil aufgrund der geometrischen Zuordnung des Griffes, der Wischleiste und des Stütz- und Führungselementes zueinander sich an der Wischleiste mehr ein Schleppeffekt als ein Schiebeeffekt, wie es beim Stand der Technik der Fall ist, einstellt. Deshalb läßt sich das Wischgerät präziser führen und ein gleichmäßiger Wischeffekt erzielen.
  • Nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt die Wischleiste zwischen der senkrecht zur Fahrtrichtung liegenden Ebene, in der der Griff liegt, und dem Stütz- und Führungselement. Zur individuellen Anpassung an die Bodenverhältnisse und an die Bedienungsperson ist nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß das Fahrgestell in seinem Abstand zwischen dem Stütz- und Führungselement und der Wischleiste einstellbar ist, insbesondere teleskopierbar ist.
  • Das Stütz- und Führungselement sollte, wie an sich bekannt, als Rolle ausgebildet sein. Die Rolle sollte frei lenkbar sein. Vorzugsweise sollten zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Stütz- und Führungselemente vorgesehen sein.
  • Um beim Wischen das Wasser zu sammeln, kann die Wischleiste in Fahrtrichtung leicht abgewinkelte Enden haben oder leicht gebogen sein.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Im einzelnen zeigen:

  • Das in der Zeichnung in Seitenansicht dargestellte Wischgerät weist ein Fahrgestell 1 aus zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten, teleskopierbaren Rohren 2a,2b auf. In Fahrtrichtung vorn ist am Fahrgestell 1 ein Führungsholm 3 mit einem in Arbeitshöhe der Bedienungsperson angeordneten Handgriff 4 angeschlossen. Im Bereich dieser Anschlußstelle sind am Fahrgestell 1 als frei lenkbare Rollen ausgebildete Stütz- und Führungselemente 5 angeordnet. An seinem in Fahrtrichtung F hinteren Ende trägt das Fahrgestell 1 mittels eines Halters 6 eine Wischleiste 7 aus einem geschäumten Profilgummi. Die Enden der Wischleiste 7 sind leicht nach vorne abgewinkelt, damit beim Wischen das gesammelte Wasser nicht seitlich abfließt.
  • Wie sich der Zeichnung entnehmen läßt, liegt der Griff 4 in einer zur Fahrtrichtung F senkrechten Ebene A, deren Abstand a von der Wischleiste 7 wesentlich kleiner als der Abstand b des Stütz- und Führungselementes 5 von der Wischleiste 7 ist. Insbesondere ist a = 10-20 cm und b = 50-60 cm. Unter Berücksichtigung des teleskopierbaren Fahrgestells 1 sollte der Abstand b mindestens doppelt so groß sein wie der Abstand a. Wegen der Teleskopierbarkeit könnte der Abstand a sogar 0 werden oder die Wischleiste 7 auf der in der Zeichnung linken Seite der Ebene A liegen. In allen Fällen ist gewährleistet, daß der Abstand b wesentlich größer als der Abstand a ist.

Claims (8)

  1. Handbetriebenes Wischgerät für Böden, bestehend aus einem Fahrgestell (1) mit einem einen Handgriff (4) in Arbeitshöhe aufweisenden Führungsholm (3) und mindestens einem in Fahrtrichtung vorn angeordneten Stütz- und Führungselement (5) und aus einem vom Fahrgestell (1) getragenen, quer zur und in Fahrtrichtung hinter dem Stütz- und Führungselement (5) angeordneten Wischleiste (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (b) der Wischleiste (7) von dem Stütz- und Führungselement (5) wesentlich großer als ihr Abstand (a) von der senkrecht zur Fahrtrichtung (F) liegenden Ebene (A) ist, in der der Griff (4) liegt.
  2. Wischgerät nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wischleiste (7) zwischen der Ebene (A) und dem Stütz- und Führungselement (5) liegt.
  3. Wischgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrgestell (1) in seinem Abstand (b) zwischen dem Stütz- und Führungselement (5) und der Wischleiste (7) einstellbar ist.
  4. Wischgerät nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrgestell (1) teleskopierbar ist.
  5. Wischgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stütz- und Führungselement (5) als Rolle ausgebildet ist.
  6. Wischgerät nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (5) frei lenkbar ist.
  7. Wischgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Stütz- und Führungselemente (5) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Wischgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wischleiste (7) in Fahrtrichtung (F) an ihren Enden leicht abgewinkelt oder leicht gebogen ist.
