Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft rechteckige Abdeckungen für Schächte und Versorgungskanäle.
  • Derartige Abdeckungen bestehen aus einem vorzugsweise aus Guß- oder Profilstahlteilen zusammengesetzten Rahmen und einem eingepaßten Gußdeckel, der ggf. mit Beton gefüllt ist (DE-GM 85 05 180). Die Abdeckungen sind für die verschiedensten Anwendungsfälle sehr eng gerastert, wobei einzelne Rahmenteile bei mehreren Größen verwendet werden können.
  • Die Deckel müssen mit Spezialwerkzeugen ausgehoben werden. Namentlich bei großen Deckelabmessungen ist das Gewicht der Deckel so groß, daß das Öffnen erhebliche Schwierigkeiten macht. Die Aufgabe, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen, wird gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung unter Einbeziehung einer an sich bekannten mechanischen, hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Öffnungshilfe dadurch gelöst, daß der Deckel an einer Stirnseite ein Scharnier aufweist, daß für die an die Scharnierseite angrenzenden Rahmenseiten Rahmenteile des nächstgrößeren Rastermaßes genommen werden und daß das das Scharnierlager enthaltende Rahmenteil eine die Rasterdifferenz überbrückende Breite hat. Für eine Abdeckung mit Scharnier und Öffnungshilfe können also vorhandene Rahmenteile verwendet werden. Dies verringert die Modellzahl und die Lagerhaltung. Für den gußeisernen Deckel können Modellwechselteile zum Einsatz kommen. Es ist jedoch denkbar, das Scharnier ebenfalls als Zusatzteil auszubilden, das stirnseitig an den Deckel angeschraubt wird. Wenn bei Reihenabdeckungen der Enddeckel oder ein beliebiger Reihendeckel mit Öffnungshilfe versehen werden soll, kann dies durch Verwendung eines kleiner gerasterten Deckels mit Scharnierteil und eines Scharnier-Rahmenteils verwirklicht werden. Eine weitere wichtige Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeit besteht darin, das das Scharnier enthaltende Rahmenteil aus einem normalen Rahmenteil und einem Einsatzprofil zusammenzusetzen, das die Scharnierlager enthält. Um Verschmutzungen des Scharniers und damit dessen Funktionsunfähigkeit zu vermeiden, wird vorgeschlagen, den Deckel über die Scharnierbolzen und -augen zu ziehen, so daß diese vollständig abgedeckt sind.
  • Weiter vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten, z.B. eine trotz Aufklappbarkeit tagwasserdichte Ausführungsform der Abdeckung, sind anhand der beigefügten Abbildungen beschrieben.
  • Die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen die neue Schachtabdeckung im Schnitt durch das Scharnierteil (Fig. 1) und in der Draufsicht auf dieses Detail (Fig. 2). Der Rahmen 1 der Schachtabdeckung ist aus zwei Längsprofilen 2 und zwei Querprofilen 3 zusammengesetzt. An den Anschlußstellen sind Flansche 4,5 vorgesehen, die miteinander verschraubt sind. Horizontale Rippen 6 an der Außenseite ergeben die notwendige Biegefestigkeit. Auch der Fußflansch 7 der Rahmenprofile 2, 3 ist durch Vertikalrippen 8 versteift.
  • Der mit Beton 9 gefüllte Deckel 10 besitzt an einer Schmalseite angegossene Augen 11 für ein Scharnier. Das Gegenstück im Rahmen ist ein Einsatzprofil 12, das sich an der Außenseite der Negativschräge 13 und an der Innenseite der Positivschräge 13'des Deckels anpaßt. Das Einsatzprofil 12 wird, wie die Fig. 2 zeigt, mit dem Rahmenprofil 3 verschraubt (Innenschrauben 13).
  • Als Scharnierteil dienen zwei Bolzen 14, die in die Augen 11 getrieben worden sind. Der Bereich zwischen den Augen 11 ist durch einen Vorsprung 15 des Deckels abgedeckt. An der Unterseite besitzt das Einsatzprofil einen schürzenförmigen Fortsatz 16, der sich gegen die Innenseite des Rahmenfußes 3 legt. Dieser Fortsatz 16 dient als Stützfläche für die Konsole 17, die an ihrem unteren Ende die als gasgefüllter Hubzylinder ausgebildete Öffnungshilfe 25 gelenkig aufnimmt. Die Konsole 17 ist mit ihrer Konsolplatte 18 unter dem Mittelteil des Einsatzprofils 12 angeschraubt.
  • Die Unterseite des Deckels 10 besitzt eine Schließsicherung in Form einer Kippstange 20, die in der Offenstellung in (nicht dargestellte) Taschen faßt. Vor dem Schließen wird die Kippstange ausgehoben.
  • Bei der in Fig. 3 und 4 gezeigten zweiten Ausführungsform fehlt an dem Einsatzprofil 12' der nach unten abstehende Fortsatz. Die Konsole 17' stützt sich unmittelbar an dem Fuß des Rahmenteils 3' ab. An der Innenkante des Einsatzprofils 12' ist eine Auffangrinne 21 für eindringendes Tagwasser angegossen. Sie ist seitlich offen und mündet in eine entsprechende Längsrinne 22, die mit Hilfe einer L-Schiene 23 unter die Längsteile 3'' des Rahmens 1 gesetzt ist. Die Längsrinnen besitzen (nicht dargestellte) Anschlüsse an Sickerwasserleitungen.
  • Aus Fig. 3 ist zu ersehen, daß die eine Anlenkbohrung 24 für die Öffnungshilfe 25 als Langloch ausgebildet ist. Dies bewirkt, daß dieser (kürzere) Hubzylinder am Ende seines Hubs seine Hubkraft verliert und nur noch lose mitgezogen wird. Die Öffnungskraft verringert sich also gegen Hubende entsprechend der Abnahme des Hebelarms des Deckelgewichts.
  • Statt die Scharnieraugen 11 an den Deckel 10 anzugießen, kann ein scharnierloser Deckel des nächstkleineren Rastermaßes genommen und die Scharnierbrücke als Zusatzteil angeschraubt werden.
  • Statt die Auffangrinne 21 an das Einsatzprofil 12' anzuformen, könnte sie auch als Zusatzteil ausgebildet sein, das von unten an das Einsatzprofil angeschraubt und z.B. unter der Konsole eingeklemmt wird.

Claims (13)

  1. Rechteckige Schachtabdeckung, bestehend aus einem aus Guß- oder Profilstahlteilen zusammengesetzten Rahmen (1) und einem eingepaßten Deckel (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (10) an einer Stirnseite ein Scharnier (11, 14) aufweist, daß für die an die Scharnierseite angrenzenden Rahmenseiten Rahmenteile (3'') des nächstgrößeren Rastermaßes genommen werden und daß das das Scharnierlager (14) enthaltende Rahmenteil (12) eine die Rasterdifferenz überbrückende Breite hat.
  2. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (10) die Scharnierteile (11) als Modellwechselteile angegossen enthält.
  3. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scharnierteile an den Deckel angeschraubt sind.
  4. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das das Scharnierlager (11, 14) enthaltende Rahmenteil (12, 12') unten ein Auge (17, 17)' zum Lagern einer Öffnungshilfe (25) aufweist.
  5. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auge (17, 17') angeschraubt ist.
  6. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das das Scharnierlager (11, 14) enthaltende Rahmenteil (12') unten an der Innenkante eine Auffangrinne (21) für Tagwasser aufweist.
  7. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangrinne (21) als Modellwechselteil angeformt ist.
  8. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangrinne an das Rahmenteil angeschraubt ist.
  9. Schachtabdeckung nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (10, 15) das Scharnier (11, 14) oben überdeckt.
  10. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnierlager (11, 14) enthaltende Rahmenteil aus einem normalen scharnierlosen Rahmenteil (3, 3') und einem Einsatzprofil (12, 12') besteht, das die Scharnierlager (11, 14) enthält.
  11. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Einsatzprofil (12, 12') und Rahmenteil (3, 3') miteinander verschraubt sind.
  12. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die an das Scharnierlager (11, 14) angrenzenden Rahmenteile (3'') Ableitrinnen (22) für Tagwasser angesetzt sind, in die die Auffangrinne (21) mündet.
  13. Schachtabdeckung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ableitrinne (22) Teil einer unter die Rahmenteile (3'') eingebauten Profilschiene (23) ist.
