Claims (6)

  1. Werkzeug für Biegepressen zum Freibiegen, mit einer Matrize, die zwei Halbmatrizen (1, 1′) aufweist, die beidseits der Biegeebene (23) angeordnet sind, welche durch die Bewegung der Kante des Gesenks (3, 4) gebildet wird, wobei die beiden Halbmatrizen (1, 1′) derart befestigt sind, daß sie bezüglich des Tisches (12, 12′) des Untergestells (22) der Presse in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Biegeebene (23) gleiten können, während jede Halbmatrize (1, 1′) mit einer Anordnung zusammenwirkt, die eine Vielzahl von geneigten Anschlagpaaren (9, 10; 9′, 10′) enthält, die die Verschiebung der Halbmatrizen bewirken, wobei je ein Anschlag (9, 9′) eines Paars an einer der Halbmatrizen und der andere (10, 10′) an einem Zugteil (11, 11′) befestigt ist, welches mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung verbunden ist und die Gesamtanordnung derart ausgebildet ist, daß das Schließen des Biege-V und das Feststellen der Halbmatrizen von dem Zugteil bewirkt wird, während das Werkzeug ferner eine Spreizanordnung (19) aufweist, die die Öffnung des Biege-V durch Entfernen der beiden Halbmatrizen voneinander bewirkt.
  2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spreizanordnung eine Stahl-Blattfeder (19) aufweist, die im Boden des Biege-V angeordnet ist und deren Längsseiten mit den beiden entsprechenden Halbmatrizen verbunden sind.
  3. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugteil zwei Längsstäbe (11, 11′) aufweist, wobei je ein Ende der beiden Stäbe mit einer gemeinsamen Antriebsvorrichtung (13) verbunden ist.
  4. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung eine Mutter (13) aufweist, zu deren beiden Seiten die Enden der beiden Längsstäbe befestigt sind, wobei die Mutter auf einer Schraube (14) angeordnet ist, die mit einem Getriebe (15) verbunden ist, welches mit einem Motor (17) in Verbindung steht.
  5. Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Gesenk (3, 4) mit Stoßkanten (5, 5′) aufweist, die mit entsprechenden oberen Rändern (6, 6′) der beiden Halbmatrizen derart zusammenwirken, daß die Herstellung eines flachgedrückten Falzes ermöglicht wird.
  6. Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung des Zugteils eine automatische Antriebsvorrichtung (11, 13, 14, 15, 17) ist, welche durch eine programmierbare elektronische Vorrichtung steuerbar ist.
