Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Namensschild mit einer zur Aufnahme eines mit einem Namen beschrifteten Einschubstreifens dienenden, aus elastischer, durchsichtiger Kunststoffolie geformten Hülle, deren Rückenteil aus zwei sich partiell überlappenden, ungleich großen Abschnitten besteht, sowie mit einer mit dem größeren Abschnitt des Rückenteiles verbundenen Anstecknadel, die einen innerhalb der Hülle gelegenen Verankerungsschenkel und einen mit diesem verbundenen außerhalb der Hülle gelegenen Befestigungsschenkel aufweist.
  • Bekannt sind Namensschilder der vorstehenden Art, bei denen einer der Abschnitte des Rückenteiles mit zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, zur Halterung der Anstecknadel dienenden Löchern versehen ist (US-PS 30 23 522). Der Nachteil derartiger Namensschilder besteht darin, daß das Verbinden der Anstecknadel mit dem Rückenteil mühsam ist. In der Praxis bedeutet dies, daß der Herstellungskostenanteil, der auf die Nadelmontage entfällt, unverhältnismäßig groß ist. Es ist dies ein Umstand, der nicht zuletzt im Hinblick auf den Massenartikelcharakter von Namensschildern als außerordentlich störend zu bewerten ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Namensschild der in Betracht gezogenen Art so auszugestalten, daß der Aufwand für die Montage der Anstecknadel deutlich reduziert wird. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei einem Namensschild der eingang beschriebenen Gattung der größere Abschnitt des Rückenteiles an seinem dem kleineren Abschnitt des Rückenteiles zugewandten Rand mit mindestens zwei Nuten versehen ist, in denen die Anstecknadel durch den anderen Abschnitt gegen Herausrutschen gesichert gelagert ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Namensschild bietet den Vorteil, daß seine Anstecknadel schnell und bequem montiert werden kann.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung des in der die Merkmale der Erfindung deutlich zeigenden einzigen Figur dargestellten Namensschildes.
  • Das abgebildete Namensschild besitzt einen Vorderteil 1 und einen Rückenteil 2, Vorderteil 1 und Rückenteil 2 bestehen aus einem lediglich zweifach gefalzten und folglich kostengünstig herstellbaren einstückigen Folienstreifen aus durchsichtigem, hochelastischem, hinreichend steifem Material, insbesondere PVC. Der Rückenteil 2 wird von zwei Abschnitten 3 und 4 gebildet, die bei gleicher Breite ungleich lang sind. Der längere, d.h. größere Abschnitt 4 weist an seinem oberen dem Abschnitt 3 zugewandten Rand zwei Nuten 5 und 6 auf, die eine Halterung für eine Anstecknadel 7 bilden. Beim Einführen der Anstecknadel 7 in die Nuten 5 und 6 liegt der obere Rand des Abschnittes 4 anders als in der Zeichnung dargestellt vor dem Abschnitt 3. Erst nachdem die Anstecknadel 7 in die Nuten 5 und 6 eingelegt worden ist, drückt man den Abschnitt 4 unter leichtem Anheben des freien Randes des Abschnittes 3 unter diesen. Das Anheben des Randes des Abschnittes 3 wird dabei durch den leicht abgewinkelten Teil 8 des Abschnittes 3 erleichtert.
  • Die Anstecknadel 7 hat einen die eigentliche Nadel bildenden Befestigungsteil 9 und einen zwischen dem Vorderteil 1 und dem Rückenteil 2 liegenden Verankerungsteil 10. Um der Anstecknadel 7 eine ihre Handhabung erleichternde gute Lagestabilität zu geben, weist der Verankerungsteil 10 zwei Stützbogen 11 und 12 auf, die in einer parallel zum Vorderteil verlaufenden Ebene liegen und der Anstecknadel 7 eine gute Kippfestigkeit vermitteln.
  • Im dargestellten Fall deckt der Abschnitt 3 den Rand des Abschnittes 4 auf der gesamten Abschnittsbreite ab. Möglich ist stattdessen auch eine Lösung, bei der der zwischen den Nuten 5 und 6 gelegene Randteil des Abschnittes 4 den Abschnitt 3 überdeckt.

Claims (5)

  1. Namensschild mit einer zur Aufnahme eines mit einem Namen beschrifteten Einschubstreifens dienenden, aus elastischer, durchsichtiger Kunststoffolie geformten Hülle, deren Rückenteil aus zwei sich partiell überlappenden, ungleich großen Abschnitten besteht, sowie mit einer mit dem größeren Abschnitt des Rückenteiles verbundenen Anstecknadel, die einen innerhalb der Hülle gelegenden Verankerungsschenkel und einen mit diesem verbundenen außerhalb der Hülle gelegenen Befestigungsschenkel aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der größere Abschnitt (4) des Rückenteiles (2) an seinem dem kleineren Abschnitt (3) des Rückenteiles (2) zugewandten Rand mit mindestens zwei Nuten (5,6) versehen ist, in denen die Anstecknadel (7) durch den anderen Abschnitt (3) gegen Herausrutschen gesichert gelagert ist.
  2. Namensschild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nuten (5,6) bis auf einen schmalen Spalt in der Nähe ihres Grundes durch den kleineren Abschnitt (3) abgedeckt sind.
  3. Namensschild nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innerhalb der Hülle gelegene Verankerungsschenkel (10) der Anstecknadel (7) mindestens einen in einer zur Ebene des Vorderteils (1) parallelen Ebene zu liegen kommenden, eine Kippsicherung bildenden Stützbogen (11,12) aufweist.
  4. Namensschild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rand des die Nuten (5,6) schließenden bzw. abdeckenden Abschnittes (3) des Rückenteiles (2) zu seiner Versteifung abgewinkelt ist.
  5. Namensschild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Rückenteil (2) bildenden Abschnitte (3,4) bei gleicher Breite ungleich lang sind.
