Claims (8)

  1. Rechenreiniger, bestehend aus einem Rechen (2) mit einem klappbaren Kamm (3), der durch einen Nocken (11) betätigt wird, wobei die Zähne (4, 17) des Kamms von unten nach oben ein Gatter (5) durchqueren, wobei der Kamm (3) bei der Abwärtsbewegung eingeklappt ist und mit dem genannten Nocken ausgerüstet ist, um bei der folgenden Aufwärtsbewegung den Reinigungsvorgang durchzuführen, wobei der genannte klappbare Kamm (3) den Nocken (11) aufweist, der ein Öffnungsnocken für den Rechen (2) zum Öffnen des Kamms (3) in waagrechte Stellung ist, wobei der genannte Öffnungs- oder Rückstellnocken (11) in Endstellung mit einem Öffnungsrückstellanschlag (15) zusammenwirkt, so daß der Kamm (3), der um seine Gelenkachse (14) kippt, sich vor der Aufwärtsbewegung öffnen kann, wobei er mit den Zähnen (4, 17) erneut eine waagrechte Stellung einnimmt, um die stromabwärtige Reinigung des Gatters (5) durchzuführen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine stromaufwärts vom Gatter (5) angeordnete, bewegliche Abfuhrrinne (6), einen mechanischen Auswerfer (7), einen Getriebemotor (8), der die Bewegung des Rechens auf einer Rollstrecke (9) in dem Gestell (10) des Rechenreinigers (1) steuert, aufweist,
    daß der Kamm (3) direkt oder indirekt als Nocken dienende Mittel aufweist, die während des Hubs des genannten Kamms direkt auf den genannten klappbaren Kamm (3) einwirken, um ihn zu öffnen oder zu schließen, sowie auf weitere Organe wie die bewegliche Abfuhrrinne (6) und den schwingenden Teleskopauswerfer (7) einwirken,
    daß das Ende (18) der Zähne (4, 17) des Kamms (3) in Anschlag an der unteren Fläche (19) der beweglichen Abfuhrrinne (6) kommt, die an (20) mit ihrem unteren Teil (21) gelenkig befestigt ist,
    daß die Gelenkachse (20) stromaufwärts verschoben wird, damit die bewegliche Abfuhrrinne (6) eine bewegliche geneigte Fläche bildet, und
    daß der Durchlauf der Zähne (4, 17), die in Anschlag an der geneigten Fläche der Abfuhrrinne (6) kommen, diese in eine näher an der Senkrechten befindliche Stellung hebt, d. h. sie stromaufwärts bewegt.
  2. Rechenreiniger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Öffnungs- oder Rückstellnocken (11) eine viereckige Form hat.
  3. Rechenreiniger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kamm (3) einen weiteren Nocken (25) aufweist, der das Anheben und Einklappen des genannten Kamms (3) des Rechens (2) gewährleistet, wenn dieser sich abwärts bewegt;
    daß der genannte Nocken (25) in Anschlag an dem oberen Teil (22) der Fläche der Abfuhrrinne (6) kommt.
  4. Rechenreiniger nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Nocken (25) eine dreieckige Form hat, deren Spitze stumpf ist und nach unten gerichtet ist, wenn der Kamm (3) sich in der Waagrechten befindet, wobei diese dreieckige Form das Kippen des Kamms (3) um seine Gelenkachse (14) gewährleistet, und zwar bis er vollständig in praktisch senkrechte Stellung angehoben ist und bis er eingeklappt ist.
  5. Rechenreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub- oder Einklappnocken (25) der mittlere Zahn (25) der Zähne (17) des Kamms (3) ist;
    daß die charakteristische Form dieses Nockens es ermöglicht, die gewünschte Bewegung zu erzielen, d. h. das vollständige Rippen der Kammzähne um die Gelenkachse (14), bis sie eingeklappt sind oder vollständig angehoben sind.
  6. Rechenreiniger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechen (2) in Höhe des oberen Teils seines Rahmens (27) einen Nocken (26) aufweist, daß der- genannte Nocken (26) sich mit einem weiteren, komplementären Nocken (28) betätigt, der am Körper (29) des schwingenden Teleskopauswerfers (30) angeordnet ist, der im oberen Teil des Gestells (10) des Rechenreinigers (1) eingebaut ist,
    daß der Nocken (26) des Rechens (2) gegenüber dem Nocken (28) des Auswerfers (30) zu liegen kommt, wobei ihre jeweiligen Formen es ermöglichen, daß der schwingende Teleskopauswerfer (30) sich stromaufwärts aus der Senkrechten entfernt und so allen sich auf den Zähnen (17) des Kamms (3) befindenden Schmutz auswirft.
  7. Rechenreiniger nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich gegenüberliegenden Nocken (26, 28) eine dreieckige Form haben, deren Spitze stumpf ist, wobei der eine Nocken am Rechen (2) in Höhe des oberen Teils (27) seines Rahmens, der andere Nocken am Körper (29) des Auswerfers (30) befestigt ist, und zwar mit ihren Basislinien, die senkrecht angeordnet sind.
  8. Rechenreiniger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenzähne (31, 32) des Kamms (3) als Hubnocken dienen und die Seitenteile eines Volumens für den Rechen (2) bilden, indem diese Seitenzähne (31, 32) höher sind als die anderen Zähne.
