Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Trennvorrichtung für im wesentlichen quaderförmige Körper aus tiefgefrorenen Lebens- oder Futtermitteln. Zum Zwecke der zentrierenden Zuführung des zu trennenden Körpers (4) zu Trennelementen sind auf beiden Seiten des zu führenden Körpers (4) auf ihn zustellbare Anschlagschienen (2,3) angeordnet. Die Anschlagschienen (2,3) sind mit Gleitzapfen (9,11) in Lagerböcken (13,15) gelagert und über ein Getriebe aus Hebelarmen (26,27), Steuerwellen (20,21) und Lenkern (28,29) derart miteinander gekuppelt, daß sie gegen die Kraft sie beaufschlagender Federn gleichmäßig auseinanderspreizbar sind, so daß Körper beliebiger Breite zentriert den Trennelementen zugeführt werden. <IMAGE>The invention relates to a separating device for essentially cuboid bodies made of frozen food or feed. Bei einer bekannten Trennvorrichtung dieser Art (DE-PS 24 44 139) sind die seitlichen Anschlagschienen von jeweils einer Parallelogrammführung getragen. In den ortsfesten Schwenkachsen eines verschwenkbaren Hebelarms einer jeden Parallelogrammführung ist ein Zahnsegment gelagert, das starr mit dem verschwenkbaren Hebelarm gekuppelt ist. Die Zahnsegmente gegenüberliegender Parallelogrammführungen stehen miteinander im Eingriff und bilden das Getriebe, das die gleichmäßige entgegengesetzte Bewegung der beiden Anschlagschienen gewährleistet. Die Trennvorrichtung weist einen Fördertisch 1 auf, auf dem zwei Anschlagschienen 2,3 abstandsveränderlich gelagert sind. Die beiden Anschlagschienen 2,3 bilden zwischen sich einen Führungskanal für einen im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Körper 4, insbesondere aus tiefgefrorenem Lebensmittel.
