Definitions

  • the invention relates to a boiler with exhaust gas recirculation to the burner consisting of a water-carrying housing, which has a pipe-shaped, an at least indented, ring-cylindrical and through which a chamber enclosing the combustion chamber, on the exhaust side with a flue gas collecting chamber and on the burner side is closed with a closure door carrying the burner Longitudinal ribs-arranged heating gas flue is arranged inwardly delimiting reversing combustion chamber, wherein an exhaust gas return flow channel, which extends over the whole or approximately the entire length of the pipe run, is arranged in the pipe train between the latter and the pot-shaped reversal combustion chamber, and the open end of the pipe flue is through an exhaust gas backflow opening in the closing door the suction side of the burner fan arranged on the shutter door is connected and protrudes into the flue gas collection chamber with the other open end.
  • Such a boiler is known, for example, from EP-A-03 47 619.
  • NOX content in the exhaust gases which pollutes the environment in addition to other harmful gas components, according to DE-Z VGB Krafttechnik 58, Issue 11, page 821, Nov. 1978
  • part of the exhaust gases with exhaust flap is branched off in a controlled manner, which Burner fed back and mixed with the combustion air.
  • the object of the invention is to make the means for exhaust gas recirculation as simple as possible, both with regard to their manufacture and their installation in or introduction into the boiler.
  • the exhaust gas return flow channel is designed in the form of a U-profile with its open side directed against the wall of the tube train.
  • an exhaust gas backflow channel is very easy to manufacture, and on the other hand, there is no difficulty in introducing such an exhaust gas backflow channel into the boiler, in particular if, as mentioned, the tube train should be provided with longitudinal ribs on the inside.
  • the exhaust gas return flow channel which is U-shaped in cross section, can overlap at least one longitudinal rib, depending on the width dimensioning, and can engage with its flank webs in the individual trains adjacent to the longitudinal rib.
  • such an embodiment of the exhaust gas return flow channel has the advantage over a closed, tubular return flow channel that no dirt or combustion residues can accumulate under it.
  • the exhaust gas backflow channel also simultaneously takes on the task of rod-like holding brackets previously attached to such combustion chambers, which on the one hand represent an aid for pulling out the reversal combustion chamber and on the other hand fix the reversal combustion chamber in its arrangement in the tube train.
  • the exhaust gas return flow channel can be provided at its door end with a contact flange against which the closing door or its refractory lining then bears.
  • the burner belonging to each boiler is equipped with a two-chamber fan housing with one impeller each, the chamber near the door overlapping the exhaust gas backflow opening in the shutter door, i.e.
  • the impeller located in the chamber near the door acts directly on the opening in the shutter door and thus on the exhaust gas return flow channel, which design of the fan housing also has the additional advantage that the exhaust gases sucked in and passed on to the burner are not associated with a correspondingly other design of the burner the combustion air supplied by the other impeller and thus the nozzle assembly must be fed, but can be blown out directly into the flame area.
  • the boiler consists of a water-carrying housing 17, which is penetrated by a tube 1, which surrounds the combustion chamber, on the exhaust side with a flue gas collection chamber 18 and on the burner side with a closure door 6 carrying the burner 13, in which the pot-shaped one is arranged in the annular cylindrical heating gas flue inward-facing reversing combustion chamber 2, wherein in the illustrated embodiment, the ring cylindrical hot gas flue is divided into individual trains 9 by longitudinal ribs 10, see FIG. 2.
  • an exhaust gas return flow channel 3 which extends over the entire or approximately the entire length L of the tube train 1, is arranged in the pipe pull 1 between the latter and the pot-shaped reversing combustion chamber 2, the exhaust gas return flow channel 3 being open with its one End 4 is connected through an opening 5 in the closing door 6 to the suction side of the burner fan arranged on the door and, as shown, projects into the flue gas collection chamber 18 with the other open end 7.
  • the exhaust gas return flow channel 3 is designed in the form of a U-profile 8 with its open side against the wall 1 'of the tube train 1 and firmly connected to the pot-shaped reversing combustion chamber 2.
  • the exhaust gas return flow channel 3 which is U-shaped in cross section, extends over at least one longitudinal rib 10 and engages with its flank webs 11 in the individual cables 9 adjacent to the longitudinal rib 9.
  • the latter is provided with a small contact flange 12 at this end, as can be seen in FIG. 1.
  • the arrangement of the exhaust gas backflow channel 3 is preferably carried out and, as shown, at the lowest point of the pipe run 1, since the least high temperatures occur in the combustion chamber there.
  • the burner is equipped with a two-chamber blower housing 14, each with an impeller 14 ', the chamber 15 near the door overlapping the exhaust gas backflow opening 5 in the shutter door 6 in such a way that in this chamber 15 located impeller 14 'exerts its suction on the opening 5 and thus the exhaust gas return flow channel 3.
  • the exhaust gas returned from the collecting chamber 18 is not mixed with the intake combustion air in the burner, but is blown out through a double jacket directly into the flame area, as shown by solid arrows.
