Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dry shaving apparatus with a shaving head frame releasably held on the base apparatus with at least one resilient latching element and carrying a screen shaving foil and with a roller shutter which serves to selectively cover or release the screen shaving foil and which is displaced in the direction away from the screening shear foil into one by one Rest assured switch-on position is displaceable, in which the Siebscher film is released for shaving and the motor circuit for driving the dry shaving apparatus is closed, and which can be displaced in a further position in which the Siebscher film is moved away from the switch-on position in the direction of the Siebscher film and the shaving head frame is released from the roller shutter and the motor circuit for driving the dry shaving apparatus is interrupted.
  • EP-OS 0 290 073 shows such a dry shaving apparatus, specifically in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9.
  • the further position for the roller shutters as well as the switch-on position is secured by a catch.
  • the shaving head frame can be removed from the roller shutter without hindrance, for example to carry out cleaning or the Exchange screen shaving foil.
  • the shaving head frame Since the shaving head frame is usually held detachably on the basic apparatus with at least one resilient locking element, the shaving head frame must therefore be released from the locking element interacting with it in the further position of the roller shutter, for example by pressing a pushbutton that adjusts the locking element, which therefore requires a special action.
  • the invention has set itself the goal of further improving or simplifying the handling of a dry shaving apparatus of the type mentioned at the outset.
  • the shaving head frame cooperating locking element is connected to a slide which can be moved parallel to the direction of displacement of the roller shutter and which cooperates with a spring which tends to transfer the slide and the locking element connected to it into the locking position which holds the shaving head frame, and that the roller shutter moves when it is moved from the switched-on position in the further position after leaving the switch-on position and after the interruption of the motor circuit with the slide can be positively coupled and the slide can be taken against the action of the spring cooperating with it from the roller shutter, the locking element being adjusted from the locking position holding the shaving head frame and the shaving head frame is released.
  • the locking element automatically releases the shaving head frame, as a result of which no special action is required in order to be able to remove the shaving head frame from the basic apparatus simply by hand in this further position of the roller shutter.
  • the dry shaving apparatus is constructed in such a way that the drivable lower knife, which is pressed resiliently against the screen shaving foil, is not arranged on the shaving head frame, but, as is often the case, is arranged on the basic apparatus itself, the shaving head frame carrying the screen shaving foil alone will be released after its release the locking element is pressed or lifted away from the basic apparatus under the spring force acting on the sieve shear foil from the lower knife, which further facilitates its removal by hand.
  • the spring cooperating with the slide ensures that the slide and the roller shutters are moved together in the direction of the screen shear foil due to their positive coupling in a position in which the locking element again Has reached the rest position, the motor circuit is interrupted. This can take place regardless of whether the shaving head frame has been brought into a position on the basic apparatus at this point in time in which it can be held by the latching element, or whether it is still removed from the basic apparatus. In the event that the shaving head frame is already manually in the for him on the basic apparatus The intended position is brought, the latching element falls directly into the latching on the shaving head frame and holds it to the basic apparatus.
  • the shaving head frame can then simply be snapped into the resilient locking element for attachment to the basic apparatus, whereby it is held on the basic apparatus. As can be seen, overall this results in very simple operation of the dry shaving apparatus.
  • the leaf spring has a hook-shaped bend at its end facing the shaving head frame, which forms the latching element. This simplifies the construction even further, since the slide and the resilient locking element form an integral part.
  • the further position of the roller shutter, as well as its switch-on position, can be secured by a catch. This ensures that when the shaving head frame is removed from the basic apparatus, the motor circuit for driving the dry shaving apparatus cannot be closed unintentionally.
  • the roller shutter is thus brought into the further position and held in it by hand, in which the shaving head frame can then simply be removed again from the basic apparatus, since it is no longer held by the latching element, after which the roller shutter only has to be released to return together with the slide and the locking element in a position in which the locking element is again in the locking position.
  • the locking element has reached the locking position, there is again the possibility of attaching the shaving head frame to the basic apparatus by snapping it into the resilient locking element and thus holding it to the basic apparatus.
  • the switching circuit keeps the motor circuit for driving the dry shaving apparatus open until the roller shutter after another shift in the direction towards the screen shear film and in doing so is again shifted beyond the switch-on position in the direction away from the screen shear film into the switch-on position. It has been shown that such operation of the dry shaving apparatus can be carried out simply and conveniently, ensuring that the motor circuit for driving the dry shaving apparatus remains interrupted when the shaving head frame is removed from the basic apparatus until the shutters are deliberately moved away from the sieve shaving foil into the switch-on position is moved.
  • an additional position for the roller shutter in which the screen shaving foil and the shaving head frame are released from the roller shutter, is provided between the switch-on position secured by a catch and the unsecured further position of the roller shutter and the motor circuit for driving the dry shaving apparatus is interrupted, and the further rest, on the one hand, seen in the direction of displacement of the roller shutter away from the screen shaving foil, by the one under the action of the spring Slider when the locking element is in the locking position and, on the other hand, as seen in the direction of displacement of the roller shutter towards the screen shear foil, is formed by at least one fixed stop.
  • FIG. 1 shows partly in section a dry shaving apparatus, in which the shaving head frame is held on the base apparatus with two locking elements and which is provided with a roller shutter for optionally covering or releasing the screen shaving foil, the roller shutter being shown in a position in which the screen shaving foil is used Shaving is released.
  • FIG. 2 shows the dry shaving apparatus according to FIG. 1 in a side view along the line II-II in FIG. 1, partly in section. 1 shows a section of the dry shaving apparatus of FIG.
