Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
- Es ist bekannt, US-PS 2,862,490, die Ein- und Auslaßleitungen getrennt voneinander an einer Längsseite des Brennkraftmaschinenzylinderkopfs - Uniflow-Prinzip - anzuordnen. Dieser Ausführung haftet nicht nur der Nachteil an, daß die unabhängige Montage beider Leitungen einen hohen Fertigungsaufwand verursacht, sondern daß die separaten Befestigungsflansche zwischen den Ein- und Auslaßrohren deren freie Querschnittsgestaltung beeinträchtigen.
- Die US 1,919,793 zeigt eine Brennkraftmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Eine vergleichbare Ausführung zeigt die US 1,490,604.
- Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, an den Ein- und Auslaßleitungen solche Vorkehrungen zu treffen, daß sie zum einen einfacher montierbar sind und zum anderen die Ein- und Auslaßrohre im Bereich der Befestigungsflansche bezüglich Querschnitt problemlos optimierbar sind.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere, die Erfindung ausgestaltende Merkmale sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.
- Die mit der Erfindung hauptsächlich erzielten Vorteile sind darin zu sehen, daß durch die Vereinigung der Ein- und Auslaßrohre zu einer Baueinheit sich die Zahl der die Befestigungsflansche durchdringenden Schrauben und der Montageaufwand reduzieren läßt. Hinzu kommt, daß der Raum zwischen den Ein-und Auslaßrohren der Ein- und Auslaßleitungen im Bereich der Befestigungsflansche für die Querschnittsgestaltung dieser Rohre nutzbar ist. Anders ausgedrückt, die Schrauben der Befestigungsflansche können so angeordnet werden, daß der Querschnitt der Ein- und Auslaßrohre durch sie nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Die Art der Schraubenanordnung gewährleistet eine sichere Befestigung der Baueinheit am Zylinderkopf.
- In der Zeichnung wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung gezeigt, das nachstehend näher beschrieben ist.

- Von einer quer in einem Kraftfahrzeug eingebauten Reihen-Vierzylinder-Brennkraftmaschine ist lediglich ein Zylinderkopf 2 dargestellt, der an einer aufrechten Längsseite 3 eine Einlaßleitung 4 und eine Auslaßleitung 5 aufweist - Uniflow-Prinzip -; die Ein- und Auslaßleitungen 4, 5 sind eine beispielsweise in eisenmetallischem Werkstoff gegossene Baueinheit 6 - aus einem Stück hergestellt - und weisen Einlaßrohre 7, 8, 9, 10 und Auslaßrohre 11, 12, 13, 14 auf. Die Auslaßrohre 11, 12, 13, 14 sind von mit dem Zylinderkopf 2 mittels Schrauben 15 verbundenen Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 weggeführt und verlaufen bogenförmig in Richtung (B) Ölwanne bzw. Fahrbahn (nicht gezeigt) und münden in einen Anschlußflansch 20 für eine Abgasanlage. Dabei sind die Rohre 11 und 12, 12 und 13 sowie 13 und 14 mit knotenblechartigen Versteifungen 21, 22, 23 untereinander verbunden. Die Einlaßrohre 7, 8, 9, 10 sind ebenfalls von den Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 weggeführt und erstrecken sich in Bezug auf die Auslaßrohre in entgegengesetzter Richtung, wobei diese Einlaßrohre im Bereich eines Stützflansches 24 enden, der eine nicht gezeigte Sauganlage trägt.
- Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Ein- und Auslaßrohre an den Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 wie folgt angeordnet:
- Die beiden äußeren Einlaßrohre 7 und 10 liegen zwischen den Auslaßrohren 11 und 12 bzw. 13 und 14, wogegen die innenliegenden Einlaßrohre 8 und 9 zwischen den Auslaßrohren 12 und 13 angeordnet sind. Bei dieser Anordnung bietet sich die paarweise Zusammenfassung der Ein- und Auslaßrohre an den Befestigungsplatten entsprechend nachstehender Gliederung an: Einlaßrohr 7 mit Auslaßrohr 11, Einlaßrohr 8 mit Auslaßrohr 12, Auslaßrohr 13 mit Einlaßrohr 9 und Auslaßrohr 14 mit Einlaßrohr 10.
- In den Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 sind zwischen den paarweise zusammengefassten Ein- und Auslaßrohren Wärmedehnungsschlitze 25, 26, 27 vorgesehen. Sie können durch Einschnitte 28 oder Öffnungen 28'gebildet werden (Fig. 3). Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, die Wärmedehnungsschlitze 25, 26, 27 so auszugestalten, daß die Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 voneinander getrennte Plattenabschnitte 29, 29', 30, 31 sind. Dabei sind von jedem Plattenabschnitt z.B. ein Auslaßrohr 11 und ein Einlaßrohr 7 weggeführt. Außerdem ist jeder Plattenabschnitt 29,29',30,31 mit drei Schrauben 32, 33, 34 am Zylinderkopf 2 befestigt, wobei die Schraube 34 im Bereich des Wärmedehnungsschlitzes 25 vorgesehen ist, also auch noch zur Befestigung des Plattenabschnitts 29 bzw. der Befestigungsplatte 16 dient.
- Die Bohrungen 35, 36, 37, 38 und 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, die die Schrauben zur Halterung der Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 durchdringen, sind beiderseits einer horizontalen Mittellängsebene C-C auf Konstruktionslinien D-D und E-E angeordnet, die parallel zu der Mittellängsebene C-C verlaufen; letzterer schließt in etwa eine Mündungsebene (G-G) (Fig. 1) der Ein- und Auslaßrohre an den Befestigungsplatten 16, 17, 18, 19 ein.
- Schließlich sind zur Festigkeitserhöhung zwischen den Einlaßrohren und den Auslaßrohren Verbindungsstege 45, 46 vorgesehen, die sich beispielsweise zwischen Einlaßrohr 8 und Auslaßrohr 12 bzw. Einlaßrohr 9 und Auslaßrohr 13 erstrecken.
Claims (7)
- Ein - und Auslaßleitungen (4,5) für eine Brennkrattmaschine der Viertakt-Bauart, welche Ein- und Auslaßleitungen mit ihren Ein- und Auslaßrohren (z.B. 7 bzw. 11) eine Baueinheit bilden, wobei diese Ein- und Auslaßrohre an Befestigungsplatten (16,17, 18,19), die in einer flachen Ebene liegen, angeschlossen sind und in etwa einer Ebene (G - G) mündenden Ein- und Auslaßöffnungen aufweisen und wobei die Ein- und Auslaßleitungen beiden an einer Seite der erstgenannten Ebene liegen, so daß die Ein- und Auslaßleitungen an einer Längsseite eines Zylinderkopfs (2) der Brennkraftmaschine angeflanscht werden können, wobei die Bohrungen (35, 36, 37) und (39, 40, 42, 43, 44) für die Schrauben (33) in den Befestigungsplatten (16, 17, 18, 19) beiderseits einer flachen Ebene (C - C), die etwa durch die Ein- und Auslaßöffnungen in den Befestigungsplatten (16, 17, 18, 19) geht, liegen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in jeder durch Wärmedehnungsschlitze (25, 26, 27) begrenzten Befestigungsplatte (16, 17, 18, 19) paarweise jeweils ein Einlaß- und ein Auslaßrohr (z.B. 7 bzw. 11) enden, wobei die Einlaßrohre (7, 8, 9, 10) sich in Bezug auf die Auslaßrohre (11, 12, 13, 14) in entgegengesetzter Richtung von den Befestigungsplatten (16, 17, 18, 19) erstrecken. - Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der die Befestigungsplatten durchdringenden Schrauben (34) im Bereich der Wärmedehnungsschlitze (25) vorgesehen sind.
- Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmedehnungsschlitze (25, 26, 27) durch Einschnitte (28) in den Befestigungsplatten (16, 17 18, 19) gebildet sind.
- Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmedehnungsschlitze (25, 26, 27) durch Öffnungen (28') in den Befestigungsplatten (16, 17, 18, 19) gebildet sind.
- Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Plattenabschnitt (29) mit wenigstens zwei Schrauben (32, 33) am Zylinderkopf (2) gehalten ist.
- Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmedehnungsschlitze (25, 26, 27) einerseits durch Einschnitte (28) und/oder Öffnungen (28') in den Befestigungsplatten (16, 17, 18, 19) gebildet werden und andererseits die Befestigungsplatten in mehrere Plattenabschnitte (z.B. 29 und 29') trennen.
- Ein- und Auslaßleitungen nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche für eine Vierzylinder-Reihen-Brennkraftmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden äußeren Einlaßrohre (7 und 10) zwischen zwei Auslaßrohren (11 und 12 bzw. 13 und 14) liegen und daß zwischen den innenliegenden Auslaßrohren (12, 13) zwei Einlaßrohre (8 und 9) angeordnet sind.
