- the first hydraulic oil passage P1 communicates the second pressure chamber B and the hydraulic oil communication passage 50 and the second hydraulic oil passage P2 communicates the hydraulic oil communication passage 50 and the first pressure chamber A, so that the hydraulic oil in the first pressure chamber A is flown into the second pressure chamber B and, hence, the piston 11 is moved rightwardly as viewed by the return force of the return spring 13.
- the door closing speed is controlled to thereby attain the delayed function.
- the stop valve 17 abuts against the inner end of the adjusting bolt 20, as shown in Fig. 7, and the adjusting bolt 20 is pushed leftwardly, as shown in Fig. 7, to thereby open the fourth hydraulic oil passage P4 and, accordingly, the door is thereafter automatically closed by the repulsive force of the return spring 13.
- the door releasing angle can be changed in the door stop releasing angle adjusting region of 80° to 100° by changing the inner end position of the adjusting bolt 20 by rotating the same.
- the door opening angle region from the stop releasing angle to the angle of about 20° is referred to as the first speed region, in which the door is closed with a relatively fast speed and the door closing speed can be controlled by the adjustment of the first speed adjusting valve 34.
- the second hydraulic oil passage P2 When the door is closed at the door closing angle below about 20°, the second hydraulic oil passage P2 is closed as shown in Fig. 8, and the third hydraulic oil passage P3 communicates the first pressure chamber A with the hydraulic oil communication passage 50. Accordingly, the hydraulic oil in the second pressure chamber B is flown into the first pressure chamber A through the fourth hydraulic oil passage P4, the hydraulic oil communication passage 50 and the third hydraulic oil passage P3 to thereby slowly close the door with the second door closing speed under the control of the second speed adjusting valve 38.
- the door can be provided with the stopping function or stop releasing function by the adjustment of the DA adjusting valve 30 and, moreover, the stop releasing angle can be optionally be set within the predetermined range by the adjustment of the adjusting bolt 20 and, hence, the door closing speed can be adjusted in relation to the door opening angle region.

Claims (4)
- Ein Türschließer (4) zum Durchführen von Türöffnungs- und -schließvorgängen, umfassend ein äußeres Gehäuse (1), in dem sich ein Kolben (11) und eine Rückholfeder (13) befinden und worin eine Drehung einer Tür in eine lineare Bewegung des Kolbens (11) umgewandelt wird und die Bewegung des Kolbens (11) die Rückholfeder (13) vorwärtstreibt und die Tür durch die Rückstoßkraft der Rückholfeder (13) geschlossen wird, und wobei ein Rückschlagventil (24) so im Kolben (11) angeordnet ist, daß Hydrauliköl aus einer ersten Druckkammer (A) in eine zweite Druckkammer (B) fließen kann, wobei die beiden Druckkammern an gegenüberliegenden Einbauseiten des Kolbens liegen, und, um den Rückfluß des Hydrauliköls zu verhindern, zur Verbindung der zweiten Druckkammer an einer vorbestimmten Kolbenposition mit einem am äußeren Umfang des Kolbens angeformten Hydraulikölkanal (50) ein erster Hydraulikölkanal (P₁) gebildet wird, um eine Hydraulikölverbindung herzustellen, und zur Verbindung des Hydraulikölkanals (50) mit der ersten Druckkammer (A) an einer vorbestimmten Kolbenposition ein zweiter Hydraulikölkanal (P₂) gebildet wird, um eine Hydraulikölverbindung herzustellen, wobei der genannte zweite Hydraulikölkanal (P₂) den Ölkanal (50) in einem Türöffnungswinkelbereich mit der ersten Druckkammer (A) verbindet, in welchem die weit geöffnete Tür mit einer vorbestimmten Türschließgeschwindigkeit schließt, wobei der genannte erste und zweite Ölkanal (P₁) und (P₂) mit Einstellventilen zur Regelung des Hydraulikölflusses entsprechend versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ferner ein dritter Hydraulikölkanal (P₃) gebildet wird, um den Hydraulikölkanal (50) an einer vorbestimmten Kolbenposition mit der ersten Druckkammer (A) zu verbinden, wobei der genannte dritte Hydraulikölkanal (P₃) mit einem Einstellventil zur Regelung des Hydraulikölflusses versehen ist, wobei der genannte Hydraulikölkanal (P₃) den Ölkanal (50) in einem Türöffnungswinkelbereich, in welchem die Tür mit einer langsameren Schließgeschwindigkeit als der oben erwähnten vorbestimmten Türschließgeschwindigkeit vollständig geschlossen wird, mit der ersten Druckkammer (A) verbindet, und daß sich im Kolben eine Türanschlagsfreigabewinkel-Einstellvorrichtung (15) zum Einstellen der Türanschlagswinkelposition befindet, wobei die genannte Türanschlagsfreigabewinkel-Einstellvorrichtung (15) einen vierten, die zweite Druckkammer (B) mit dem Ölkanal (50) verbindenden Hydraulikölkanal (P₄), ein im vierten Hydraulikölkanal (P₄) angeordnetes Absperrventil (17), das darauf eingestellt ist, den Hydraulikölfluß abzusperren, bis die Tür auf eine vorbestimmte Winkelposition geschlossen wird, wenn die weit geöffnete Tür geschlossen wird, und ein Einstellglied (20) zum Einstellen einer Position, an welcher das Absperrventil (17) geöffnet wird, umfaßt.
- Ein Türschließer gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei das genannte Einstellglied der Türanschlagsfreigabewinkels-Einstellvorrichtung (15) eine in einen ein offenes Ende des äußeren Gehäuses (1) des Türschließers verschließenden Endverschluß eingeschraubte Stellschraube (20) umfaßt, wobei die besagte Einstellschraube (20) mit einem sich zum Absperrventil (17) des Kolbens (11) erstreckenden inneren Ende zum Einstellen einer Position versehen ist, an der das Absperrventil (17) gemäß einer Einstellung der Position des inneren Endes der Einstellposition durch Drehen dieser geöffnet wird.
- Ein Türschließer gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei das besagte Absperrventil (17) ein zur Einstellschraube (20) getriebenes und in einem Hohlraum (41) des Kolbens (11) befindliches kugelförmiges Ventil ist, wobei der Hohlraum (41) durch einen im Kolben (11) gebildeten radialen Ölkanal (40) mit dem am Umfang des Kolbens (11) gebildeten Ölkanal (50) verbunden wird.
- Ein Türschließer gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei die genannte Türanschlagsfreigabewinkel-Einstellvorrichtung (15) den vierten Hydraulikölkanal (P₄) öffnet, wenn mit Gewalt gegen die Tür gedrückt wird, wenn die Tür weit geöffnet ist, und dadurch das Schließen der Tür zuläßt.
