Claims (2)

Intermediate bearing for windows, doors or the like having at least a wing (4) pivoting about a vertical axis, comprising, on the one hand, a fixed flange (6) integral with the sash-frame (2) and provided with a slot (17) into which engages a hooking-in finger (18) of a movable member (7) integral with the wing (4) and, on the other hand, adjustable hinging means (18, 31, 48) for modifying the hooking-in area (38) between the movable member (7) and the fixed flange (6) perpendicularly to the stile (1) of the sash-frame (2), the adjustable hinging means being formed by a hinging spindle (31) accomodated in a vertical bore (32) made in the fixed flange (6) and cooperating with an active face (30) the hooking-in finger (18) forming part of the movable member (7) is provided with, this hinging spindle (31) being provided with an eccenter (39) the two utmost positions (42, 43) of which, obtained by a rotation by 180°, form the adjusting amplitude of the hooking-in area (38), characterized in that the movable member (7) includes a vertical base (29) provided with a horizontal groove (47) in which moves the hooking-in finger (18) under the action of a setting screw (48).
  2. Intermediate bearing according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinging spindle (31) and the setting screw (48) include gripping means (46, 49) for an adjusting tool.
