- a) lesdits moyens pour appliquer l'ouvrant contre le cadre dormant à hauteur de leur montant arrière, constituent, en outre, des moyens de verrouillage aptes à verrouiller l'ouvrant contre le cadre dormant à hauteur de leur montant arrière, ledit premier élément de verrouillage étant constitué par un galet venant à coopérer avec ledit deuxième élément de verrouillage sous forme d'une gâche à rampe, faisant partie desdits moyens de verrouillage et comportant un prolongement prévu pour se situer dans une direction parallèle au plan de l'ouvrant, dans le sens du montant avant opposé au montant arrière de l'ouvrant et dans lequel s'engage ledit galet en fin de verrouillage ;
- b) et que la ferrure d'articulation comporte, en combinaison, des moyens de réglage permettant de moduler l'intensité de la force selon laquelle l'ouvrant vient s'appliquer contre le cadre dormant, ces moyens de réglage étant constitués par ledit galet lequel est associé au coulisseau et se présente sous forme d'un excentrique permettant de modifier, transversalement, sa position sur ledit coulisseau et, donc, la force de rappel imprimée à l'ouvrant lors de la coopération de ce galet avec la gâche à rampe.

- Hinging fitting according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the cam (30) is in the shape of a sloped cut-out (32) provided for in the longitudinal edge (33) of the sliding block (19), in which cut-out (32) the driving pawl (28) associated with the leaf bearing-plate (14) is capable of engaging when closing the door, window or the like.
- Hinging fitting according to claim 3, characterized in that the cut-out (32) forming the cam (30) is provided for in an additional part (32A) inserted on the visible face (24) of the sliding block (19), with a view to strengthen this sliding block (19) at its end (31) intended for being oriented towards the front stile of the leaf (2) and the sash-frame (3) of the door, window or the like.

- Hinging fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that one among the sash-frame bearing-plate (10) or the leaf bearing-plate (14) has, at its end (45) intended to be oriented towards the rear stile (16, 17) of the leaf (2) and the sash-frame (3), respectively, a wing (46), folded back according to the vertical line, which acts as a slope, when closing the door, window or the like, on the free end (47) of the other among the leaf bearing-plate (14) or the sash-frame bearing-plate (10), with a view to ensure a pre-positioning of the leaf (2) with respect to said sash-frame (3), at the level of their rear stiles (16, 17).
