Claims (13)

  1. Anti-theft device for locking the opening of a container or truck comprising at least one door or a shutter, the locking device comprising means integral with the lower cross member, to take a movable part (10, 13; 54) provided with means for locking the door and a lockbolt operated by a lock blocking the movable part (10, 13; 54) in the means which take it, the said means which take the movable part consisting of a box (7; 50) fixed to the inside of the cross member and provided in its inside wall with at least one cavity (3; 52) for inserting a unit for locking the lockbolt (9; 17, 18; 30, 31; 53) and the movable part (10, 13; 54) comprising a part (11, 13; 56) which can slide right into the box (7; 50), the locking part (9; 17, 18; 30,31, 53) working in conjunction with the cavity (8; 52) and being controlled by a safety lock (15; 59), characterised in that it has two locking units (30, 31; 53) parallel with each other, and in that on its rear face the lock is provided with two crank pins (37, 38; 64), each engaging one of the locking units, each of these having a notch to impart to them two equal and horizontal movements in opposite directions.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the locking device has an L-shaped part (10, 13; 54) comprising a vertical part (12; 55) supported on the said one at least door of the container or truck, to prevent its opening, and a horizontal pail (11, 13; 56) which can slide right into the box (7; 50), the assembly being contained within the width of the container or the rear of the truck and being unremovable after locking.
  3. Device according to one of the Claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the box (50) and the part of the movable component which slides into it have complementary expanded shapes.
  4. Device according to any of the Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the movable part (11, 13) engaging in the box (7) has a first recess (26), preferably cylindrical, designed to take the lock (27) and drilled in the centreline of the front part of the movable component and two cylindrical recesses (28, 29) ending in the first recess and drilled in the side sections of the movable component, each to take a locking unit (30, 31) working in conjunction with a corresponding cavity (32, 33) drilled in each side wall of the box (7) and provided with a notch (34, 35) so as to allow manoeuvring of the locking unit (30, 31).
  5. Device according to one of the Claims 2 to 4, characterised in that when the locking means are not used, reversal of the movable part enables the L-shaped part (10) to be directed downward to permit the trajectory of the said one at least door, or to be on standby when the container or the truck is not loaded.
  6. Device according to any one of the Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the end of the vertical part of the L-shaped component is curved inwards so as to be able to prevent upward manoeuvring of a shutter closure with a projecting or inset handle, and is located above the projecting handle or in the inset handle.
  7. Device according to any one of the Claims 1 to 6, for locking a two-door opening fitted with basquill fastener bars, characterised in that the top part (12) of the L-shaped part (10) ends in a transversely arranged plate so as to give it a T-shape (40), rear view, the ends of which are preferably at a distance smaller than the free space between the basquill fastener bars.
  8. Device according to any one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the movable part (10, 13) has on its rear face a spring (41) to maintain constant pressure between the movable part (10, 13) and the bottom of the box (7) so as to prevent premature wear due to vibrations of the lockbolts (30, 31)

Device according to one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the movable part (54) is a solid L-shaped component comprising a vertical part (55) intended to be supported on the said one at least container door or truck door, in such a way as to prevent its being opened, and a horizontal part (56) intended to slide into the box (50) and having at its free end a lockbolt (58) operated by a lock (59) housed in the horizontal part.
  10. Device according to Claim 9, characterised in that the lockbolt (58) has a mechanism comprising an actuating unit (63) provided with two crank pins (64) for driving dead locks (53) which have shanks (66) which are about the same width as half the width of each dead lock (53), so as to fit one into the other when the dead locks retract into the lockbolt housing, each shank (66) having a groove (68) to take a corresponding crank pin (64), so that when the lock turns, the movement of rotation of each crank pin (64) around the axis (X-X) of the lock can be converted into a simultaneous linear movement in the opposite direction from the lock bolts (53).
  11. Device according to one of the Claims 9 and 10, characterised in that the vertical part (55) of the movable part (54) has reinforcement grooves (60).
  12. Device according to one of the Claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the lock (59) has an aperture for inserting a key, made in the movable part (54) opposite the horizontal part (56), a threaded plug (70) fitted with a seal (71) being designed to screw into the aperture (59a) which has complementary tapping (72), the said plug (70) being attached to the movable part (54) by a flexible connection (74).
  13. Device according to one of the Claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the movable part (54) has an aperture (75) to take a seal intended to be passed on, either into a fixed part of the body of the container or truck, or into a component integral with its door or one of its doors.
