Description

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The present invention relates to a device for cutting sheets of paper, cardboard or similar materials, said sheets being transformed into multiple poses and the aforementioned device being provided with a sheet feed, a cutting plate, a station waste ejection system, a reception station, as well as a device for separating the poses.

One way of separating the positions of a sheet is described in the published European patent application No. 146158. In this publication, the cutting machine comprises, arranged one after the other, a feeder, a device cutting, a device for separating the poses, simultaneously separating the poses between them and the poses from their peripheral waste, and a station for stacking this peripheral waste.

The device which is the subject of this patent application works with sheets comprising poses separated from each other by a large peripheral waste. No other waste from the installation or the sheet can be removed. However, in practice, the poses-waste configuration represented in this publication is encountered only very rarely. this is understandable because the purpose of each carton maker is to make as many poses as possible from a sheet and this with the least possible waste. To achieve this goal, the cardboard maker will provide side-by-side poses, leaving little waste between them, these poses occupying the entire surface of the sheet from one edge to the other thereof without peripheral waste. The connection between the different poses is carried out by leaving, during cutting, small "bridges" not cut on the cutting lines around the perimeter of the poses. These small "bridges" are called attachment points by the professional.

  • introduction d'une feuille par le margeur,
The working cycle of the cutting machine generally includes, in this case, the following successive operations:
  • introduction of a sheet by the feeder,
  • cutting of the poses of the sheet by the cutting plate.
  • waste ejection, located between or in the poses, by the waste ejection station and
  • reception and stacking of a sheet composed of poses connected together, the sheet being free of any waste, by the receiving station.

Cutting devices of the aforementioned kind are known and used, inter alia, to cut with a cookie cutter, in cardboard sheets, the shapes (poses) corresponding to the desired product, to eject the cutting waste and to convey said poses to a reception where these are routed to a device ensuring a subsequent operation.

As we have just seen, it is for economic reasons, that we cut out from a single sheet several poses which, after the cutting process, remain linked to each other by the edges to be thus transferred to the reception. However, this system has the disadvantage that the attached blanks must be separated from each other by an additional process before their further processing, for example into folding boxes. This is done either manually during the introduction of the cuts into the subsequent processing machine or else using an interposed machine for separating the blanks.

The device of European patent application N ° 0146158 effectively performs a separation of the poses which avoids a separation operation outside the machine but, as we saw above, the fact of using a waste ejection station placed directly after the cutting station to place a poses separation device there does not make it possible to dispose of the sheet or the poses themselves of other waste than peripheral waste.

The device according to the invention aims to eliminate this drawback and to make it possible to obtain, at the outlet of the cutting machine, stacks of separate poses free of any waste, this by using the existing configuration of a machine. conventional cutting.

Exposé de l'inventionStatement of the invention

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the additional process of separation of the poses and to obtain a mechanical separation and, consequently, the reception of the separate poses or cuts. This measurement could advantageously be carried out by being carried out in conjunction with the action of an existing device of the cutting machine so, therefore, that only a minimum of stations must be used in said cutting machine.

To this end, the subject of the present invention is a device for cutting sheets of paper, cardboard or similar materials, the sheets being transformed into multiple poses, the aforementioned device being provided with a supply of sheets 1, of a plate cutting 8, a waste ejection station 10, a device for separating the poses 16 and a receiving station 13, the sheets being conveyed being provided by an appropriate transport device 6, characterized in that the sheet feed (1), the cutting plate (8), the waste ejection station (10) and the reception station (13) are placed in order one after the the other and in that the device for separating the poses 16 is located in the reception station 13 constituting the last station of the device.

According to another characteristic, the device for separating the poses located in the receiving station comprises an upper part, intended for performing vertical movements, which is connected to pivotable levers, driven and controlled by the transport device, by means of rods articulated lifting means, said levers pivoting vertically within the limits of the lifting path of the upper part.

Meilleure manière de réaliser l'inventionBest way to realize the invention

Fig. 1 is purely schematic and represents only the general arrangement. The supply of sheets 1 is designed in such a way that a stack 2 comprising the sheets to be cut can be placed on a pallet 3 and, therefore, introduced directly into the device.

Ces dernières feuilles sont en suite tirées dans la station d'éjection des déchets 10 dans lequel les déchets (11) sont détachés de la feuille et interceptés par un récipient 12.Thanks to a transport device (not shown), it is always the top sheet 4 which is carried from the stack 2 is appropriately aligned on a margin table 5 before being conveyed to the transport device 6. This device 6 consists, in a known manner, for example of endless transport chains 7 intended to grip the front edges of the sheets 4 in a known manner using gripper bars and to pull them inside the machine. The number 8 has been assigned to the cutting plate from which the sheets 9 inserted are cut. These last sheets are then pulled into the waste ejection station 10 in which the waste (11) is detached from the sheet and intercepted by a container 12.

The sheet which, at this stage, consists only of a series of interconnected poses, then arrives at the receiving station 13.

This station 13 is arranged so as to allow the blanks to be received one on the other in the form of a stack 14 on the pallet 15. According to the present invention, provision is made for fitting the blanking device for blanks 16 above the receiving station, respectively inside the latter. The fact of separating the poses results in the separation of the sheet into different individual poses and the reception thereof in separate form on the pallet 15.

2.The device for separating the poses consists of an upper part 17 and a lower part 18 as shown in FIG. 2.

The lower part 18 is integral with the device entity thanks to the supports 19. Inside the frame 20, the separation bars 21 have been arranged, the arrangement of which corresponds to the edges of the blanks to be separated. In the case shown, each sheet is separated into eight rectangular poses.

In its working position, the upper part 17 is arranged more or less parallel to the lower part (see fig. 3) and has counterparts 22 which protrude from the part 17 in the descending direction and has an external configuration more or less identical to that of the poses to be separated but in no case smaller than said poses.

The shape of the separation bars 21 and the counterparts 22 shown in FIG. 2 is illustrated as a simple rectangle. However, said form can also be very complicated depending on the desired pose.
the operation of the blanking device is explained using fig. 3. The upper part 17 is in the raised position so that the transport device can pull the sheets with the poses 23 and 24 attached until the edges of the poses 33 are located above the dividing bars 21 respective. Then the upper part is lowered, after which the counterparts 22 push the poses 23 and 24 downward through the lower part 18, which results in the separation of the poses along the edges of the poses 33. The poses thus separated fall to be received on the pallet 15 forming a stack 14. Taking their departure from the separation bars 21, the guide bridges extend downward as illustrated in an enlarged manner in FIG. 4. These guide bridges 25 print in the separate poses a certain guidance up to the level of the stack 14 located below, so that this results in an orderly reception.

After the separation of the poses thus described, the upper part 17 is raised again to free the track from the next sheet to be introduced.

The vertical movement of the upper part can, in principle, be carried out by any training technique. Fig. 5 schematically represents two examples of execution of the preferred technique.

A lifting rod 26 is fixed on each corner of the part 17 and is attached at its upper end, by means of an axis 27, to the hub 29 of an articulated pivoting lever 28. By the upward and downward pivoting of the pivoting lever 28, the lifting rod 26 and, consequently, the upper part 17 are raised and lowered at the desired rate.

The professional easily realizes that the vertical movement of the part 17 can also be ensured advantageously by other devices such as, for example, hydraulic cylinders connected directly to the lifting rods 26 or to the pivoting levers 28.

Regarding fig. 2, it should be added that, in the area of the counterparts 22, provision has been made for through clearances 34 which allow the passage of air when the upper part 17 is lowered onto the blanks not yet separated and the blanks , separated in a later phase, detach from the top down.
