Claims (17)

1. Diebstahlsicheres Behältnis, das eine CD-Kassette, eine Musik-Kassette oder eine Video-Kassette enthält, mit
a) einem Gehäuse (1), das im wesentlichen quaderförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flachseitenwände vorgesehen sind, die durch Umfangswände miteinander verbunden sind,
b) mit einer Öffnung (2), die in wenigstens einer der Flachseitenwände ausgebildet ist und die sich derart erstreckt, daß wenigstens zwei Seitenwandteile (3,4) der betreffenden Flachseitenwand verbleiben, wobei diese Seitenwandteile (3,4) sich an zwei gegenüberliegende Umfangswände (5,6) anschließen,
c) mit einem beweglichen Verriegelungsglied (7,7'), das im Gebiet eines der beiden Seitenwandteile (3,4) vorgesehen ist, und daß über eine Feder (10) und mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung (11) zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln in das Gehäuse (1) in eine aktive Lage beweglich ist, in der das Teil mit der in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetzten Kassette (15) zusammenarbeitet und verhindert, daß die Kassette herausgenommen werden kann, bzw. aus dem Gehäuse (1) in eine inaktive Lage, in der es die Kassette (15) freigibt, so daß die Kassette herausgenommen werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß
d) der Abstand zwischen den beiden gegenüberliegenden Umfangswänden (5,6) benachbart den Seitenwandteilen (3,4) der Flachseitenwand, die mit der Öffnung (2) ausgebildet ist, größer ist als die Erstreckung der entsprechenden Seite der Kassette (15),
e) daß das Verriegelungsteil aus einem Anschlagteil (7,7') besteht, das mit derjenigen Stirnkante der Kassette zusammenarbeitet, die der derjenigen Umfangswand (6) gegenüberliegt, die zu demjenigen Seitenwandteil (4) gehört, an dem das Anschlagteil (7,7') vorgesehen ist,
f) daß die in der Flachseitenwand zwischen den beiden Seitenwandteilen (3,4) ausgebildete Öffnung (2) eine Breite hat, die kleiner ist als die Erstreckung der entsprechenden Seite der Kassette (15), die aber groß genug ist, so daß eine Kassette durch die Öffnung (2) in das Gehäuse (1) in geneigter Lage relativ zur Ebene der entsprechenden Flachseitenwand eingesetzt werden kann,
g) daß der Abstand zwischen dem Anschlagteil (7,7') und der Umfangswand (5), die dem Seitenwandteil (3) zugeordnet ist, das dem Anschlagteil gegenüberliegt, im wesentlichen gleich der Erstreckung der entsprechenden Seite einer Kassette ist,
h) daß die gesamte Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß eine Kassette (15) durch die Öffnung (2) in der Flachseitenwand in das Gehäuse (1) in geneigter Lage relativ zu dieser Wand eingesetzt werden kann, wobei das bewegliche Anschlagteil (7,7') sich in seiner inaktiven Lage befindet, bis die Kassette (15) über denjenigen Seitenwandteil (4) geschoben wird, der zu dem beweglichen Anschlagteil (7,7') gehört, worauf die Kassette (15) nach hinten bewegt wird, so daß sie sich auch an den anderen, gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandteil (3) an der betreffenden Seite des Gehäuses anlegt, und daß das bewegliche Anschlagteil (7,7'), das somit nicht abgedeckt ist, dann in seine aktive Position bewegt wird, in der es mit der zugehörigen Stirnseitenkante der eingesetzten Kassette (15) zusammenwirkt, so daß die Kassette (15), die jetzt vollständig in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetzt ist, mit Hilfe ihrer Stirnseitenkanten von den Seitenwandteilen (3,4) derjenigen Flachseitenwand gegriffen wird, die die Öffnung (2) hat, und daß gleichzeitig ihre eine stirnseitige Kante an dem beweglichen Anschlagteil (7,7') anliegt und ihre andere, gegenüberliegende stirnseitigen Kante an derjenigen Umfangswand (5), die dem beweglichen Anschlagteil (7,7') gegenüberliegt, wobei ein gewisses Spiel vorgesehen ist, das stets so ist, daß verhindert wird, daß die stirnseitigen Kanten der eingesetzten Kassette (15) sich von den beiden Seitenwandteilen (3,4) lösen.
2. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Öffnung (2') auch in der anderen Flachseitenwand des Gehäuses (1) ausgebildet ist, die im wesentlichen mit der Öffnung (2) zum Einsetzen einer Kassette (15) in das Gehäuse (1) überstimmt, wobei die Öffnung (2') wenigstens eine solche Größe hat, daß zwei Seitenwandteile (3,4) an den beiden gegenüberliegenden Umfangswänden (5,6) des Gehäuses (1) stehen bleiben, die sich quer zu derjenigen Richtung erstrecken, in der eine Kassette (15) in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetzt wird.
3. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das bewegliche Anschlagteil als Anschlagstift (7) ausgebildet ist, der so ausgebildet ist, daß er direkt mit einer Stirnseitenkante einer eingelegten Kassette (15) zusammenarbeitet und der axial gleitend in einen Hohlraum eingepaßt ist, der in einem Fortsatz (8) des Gehäuses (1) ausgebildet ist, und zwar im Gebiet eines der beiden Seitenwandteile (4) der relativen Flachseitenwand oder Flachseitenwände, wobei der Stift mit einer Feder (10) in seine aktive Position vorgespannt wird, in der er in das Innere des Gehäuses (1) vorsteht.
4. Behältnis nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anschlagstift (7) so eingepaßt ist, daß er parallel zu denjenigen Umfangswänden (5,6) des Gehäuses (1) gleiten kann, die sich quer zu derjenigen Richtung (Pfeil I) erstrecken, in der eine Kassette (15) in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetzt wird, wobei er sich dicht benachbart demjenigen Seitenwandteil (4) derjenigen Seite des Gehäuses befindet, die derjenigen Umfangswand (6) des Gehäuses (1) zugehört, welches in Richtung auf eine Kassette (15) weist, und zwar unter Berücksichtigung derjenigen Richtung, in der eine Kassette (15) in das Gehäuse (1) eingesetzt wird.
5. Behältnis nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der hohle Fortsatz (8), in dem der Anschlagstift (7) untergebracht ist, die Form einer Verlängerung des zugehörigen Seitenwandteils (4) des Gehäuses (1) hat, wobei der Anschlagstift (7) an demjenigen Ende, das innerhalb des Fortsatzes (8) liegt, mit einem becherförmigen Ansatz (9) versehen ist, wobei eine Feder (10) zwischen dem Ansatz (9) und dem freien Ende des Fortsatzes (8) vorgesehen ist.
6. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das bewegliche Anschlagteil die Form eines Anschlag-Gleitelements (7') hat, das in Führungen (201) gleitend geführt ist, die im Gehäuse (1) vorgesehen sind, und zwar im Bereich eines der beiden stirnseitigen Wandteile (3,4) der relativen Flachseitenwand oder Flachseitenwände, und zwar aus einer aktiven Position, in der das Gleitelement (7') gegen die Wirkung einer Feder (10') beispielsweise von Hand verschoben wird, so daß sein anliegender Endteil (207') innerhalb des Gehäuses (1) in eine inaktive Position verschoben worden ist, in der das Gleitelement (7') über die Feder (10') bewegt wird, und in der das anliegende Endteil (207') sich außerhalb des Gehauses (1) befindet, wobei eine Verriegelung (17) vorgesehen ist, um das Gleitelement (7') in seiner aktiven Position zu verriegeln.
7. Behältnis nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führungen (201) für das Anschlag-Gleitelement (7') schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet und an derjenigen Umfangswand (6) des Gehäuses (1) ausgebildet sind, die zu derjenigen Richtung (Pfeil I) weist, in der eine Kassette (15) in das Gehäuse eingesetzt wird, wobei die Führungen (201) so angeordnet sind, daß das Gleitelement (7') quer zu der Umfangswand (6) und senkrecht zu den Flachseitenwänden des Gehäuses (1) beweglich ist, wobei der zugehörige Seitenwandteil (4) mit einer Öffnung (104) für das Gleitelement (7') ausgebildet ist, so daß es dort hindurchgleiten kann, die so ausgebildet ist, daß sie der Form des äußeren Endes (107') des Gleitelements (7') entspricht, und wobei dieses Ende (107') die Form eines Druckknopfes hat und sich im wesentlichen fluchtend mit der Außenfläche des Seitenwandteils (4) befindet oder in jedem Fall so angeordnet ist, daß es nicht gegriffen werden kann, wenn das Gleitelement (7') sich in seiner aktiven Position befindet.
8. Behältnis nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anschlagteil (207') des Anschlag-Gleitelements (7') direkt benachbart seinem druckknopfartigen Ende (107) angeordnet ist und aus einem stufenförmigen, in Querrichtung erweiterten Teil des Gleitelements (7') besteht, welches so ausgebildet ist, daß das AnschlagEndteil (207') des Gleitelements (7') in das Innere des Gehäuses (1) vorsteht, wenn das Gleitelement (7') sich in seine aktiven Position befindet und aus dem Gehäuse (1) herausgeschoben wird, wenn das Gleitelement sich in seiner inaktiven Position befindet, wobei die Feder (10') sich zwischen demjenigen Ende des Anschlag-Gleitelements befindet, daß im Inneren des Gehäuses (1) liegt, sowie der Innenfläche der zugehörigen Gehäuseseite.
9. Behältnis nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verriegelung für das Anschlag-Gleitelement (7') aus einem Verriegelungsstift (17) besteht, wobei der das Gleitelement verriegelnde Stift (17) und das Gleitelement (7') so ausgebildet sind, daß, wenn, das Gleitelement (7') in seine aktive Position verschoben ist, daß dann der Verriegelungsstift (17) automatisch in seine aktive Position schnappt, wahrend, wenn, derVerriegelungsstift (17) in seine zurückgezogene Löseposition verschoben ist, das Gleitelement (7') automatisch in seine inaktive Position schnappt, wobei ein Endteil des Teils den Verriegelungsstift (17) überlappt und den Stift in einen unstabilen Zustand hält, in der er stets bereit ist, in seine Verriegelungsposition zu schnappen.
10. Behältnis nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verriegelungsstift (17) in axialer Richtung gleitend geführt ist, und zwar quer zum Gleitelement (7'), vorzugsweise in einem Gehäuse, das in einem Fortsatz (18) des Gehäuses (1) an einer Endseitenwand (6) des Gehäuses vorgesehen ist, wobei der Verriegelungsstift (17) aus einer Position beweglich ist, in der er das Gleitelement (7') verriegelt, und in der der Verriegelungsstift (17) über eine Feder (20) vorbelastet ist, so daß er in das Innere des Gehäuses (1) hineinragt, wobei er in einer Kerbe oder in einem Loch (307') gegriffen wird, welche Kerbe oder welches Loch im Gleitelement (7') ausgebildet ist, und daß der Verriegelungsstift, wenn das Gleitelement sich in seiner aktiven Position befindet, in eine zurückgezogene Position beweglich ist, in der das Gleitelement (7') frei wird, und in der der Verriegelungsstift (17) zur Außenseite des Gehäuses (1) verschoben wird, wobei die Verriegelungs- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung (11) in Wirkverbindung mit dem Verriegelungsstift (17) steht.
11. Behältnis nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung (11) zum Verriegeln und zum Entriegeln magnetisch ausgebildet ist, wobei der Anschlagstift (7) und der Verriegelungsstift (17) für das Gleitelement beide aus ferromagnetischem Material bestehen, und wobei die Vorrichtung (11) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie ein magnetisches Feld erzeugen kann, beispielsweise ein magnetisch anziehendes Feld.
12. Behältnis nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorrichtung (11) zum Verriegeln und zum Entriegeln mechanisch wirkt, wobei die Stifte (7,17) mit Antrieben (109,19) zum Antreiben der Stift versehen sind, die in Wirkverbindung beispielsweise mit einer nach Art eines Schlüssels arbeitenden Vorrichtung stehen.
13. Behältnis nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Behältnis aus beliebigem geeigneten Material besteht, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoffmaterial, und abermals vorzugsweise aus durchsichtigem Kunststoffmaterial, wobei magnetische Etiketten oder Radiofrequenzetiketten, die mit einem Detektor zusammenarbeiten können, auf die Innenwände einer Kassette (15) aufgebracht sind oder mit diesen Innenwänden einstückig ausgebildet sind, und zwar an Stellen, die von außen nicht frei zugänglich sind, wenn eine Kassette (15) in ihr Behältnis eingesetzt ist.
14. Behältnis nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gehäuse (1) mit einen oder mehreren Mitteln (21; 24, 24') zum Aufhängen oderAnpassen jedes Behältnisses in einem Schaukasten versehen sind, welche Anordnung auch kombiniert vorliegen kann.
15. Behältnis nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gehäuse (1) mit einer Zunge (21) zum Aufhängen einer Kassette ausgerüstet ist, vorzugsweise an wenigstens einer seiner Seitenwände, wobei die Zunge (21) mit einem Durchgangsloch (22) mit einem Schlitz (23) versehen ist, der durch die Zunge geht.
16. Behältnis nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein bolzenförmiger Fortsatz (24,24') zum Einpassen eines Behältnisses in einem Schaukasten oder dergleichen vorgesehen ist, und zwar benachbart den gegenüberliegenden Enden eines der stirnseitigen Wände des Gehäuses (1), vorzugsweise benachbart derjenigen Stirnseitenwand (5), die sich quer zu derjenigen Richtung erstreckt, in der eine Kassette (15) in das Gehäuse (1) eingelegt wird, und an welcher Stirnseitenwand (5) eine stirnseitige Kante einer Kassette (15) anliegt, wenn die Kassette vollständig in das Gehäuse einegesetzt ist, wobei die Fortsätze (24,24') koaxial angeordnet sind und wengistens einer der Fortsätze ggf. elastisch verformbar und teleskopartig langenveränderlich ist.
17. Behältnis nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gehäuse (1) benachbart derjenigen Umfangswand (5) des Gehäuses (1), die sich gegenüber der Umfangswand (6) befindet, die mit dem Fortsatz (8) zusammenarbeitet, in der sich der Anschlagstift (7) befindet, daß dort das Gehäuse (1) mit einem ähnlichen Fortsatz (8') versehen ist.
