Claims (17)

1. Boîte antivol contenant une cassette de disque audionumérique optique ou CD, une cassette au- dio ou une cassette video et comprenant :
a) une boîte (1) ayant essentiellement une configuration de parallélépipède présentant deux parois plates opposées reliées par des parois périphériques,
b) une ouverture (2) formée dans au moins l'une des parois plates et s'étendant de manière à laisser libres au moins deux portions de paroi latérale (3,4) de la paroi plate respective, ces portions de paroi latérale (3, 4) étant disposées à proximité de deux parois périphériques opposées (5, 6),
c) un élément de verrou mobile (7, 7') qui est disposé dans la région de l'une desdites deux portions de paroi latérale (3, 4) et qui est mobile de manière alternative au moyen d'un ressort (10) et au moyen d'un dispositif de verrouillage et de déverrouillage (11) à l'intérieur de la boîte (1) en une position active dans laquelle cet élément coopère avec la cassette (15) insérée dans la boîte (1) et empêche la cassette d'être extraite, et à l'extérieur de la boîte (1) en une position inactive qui permet de libérer la cassette (15), de sorte que la cassette peut être extraite,
caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
d) la distance entre les deux parois périphériques opposées (5, 6) disposées à côté des portions de paroi latérale (3, 4) de la paroi plate formée avec l'ouverture (2) est supérieure à l'étendue du côté correspondant de la cassette (15),
e) l'élément de verrou consiste en un élément de butée (7, 7') coopérant avec l'arête latérale terminale de la cassette qui fait face à la paroi périphérique (6) qui est associée à la portion de paroi latérale (4) sur laquelle l'élément de butée est disposé,
f) l'ouverture (2) formée dans la paroi plate entre les deux portions de paroi latérale (3,4) présente une largeur qui est inférieure à l'étendue du côté correspondant de la cassette (15) mais est assez grande pour permettre qu'une cassette soit insérée à travers ladite ouverture (2) dans la boîte (1) dans une position inclinée par rapport au plan de la paroi plate correspondante,
g) la distance entre l'élément de butée (7, 7') et la paroi périphérique (5) qui est associée à la portion de paroi latérale (3) disposée à l'opposé de l'élément de butée est essentiellement égale à l'étendue du côté correspondant d'une cassette,
h) le dispositif dans son ensemble étant conçu de manière à pouvoir insérer une cassette (15) à travers l'ouverture (2) de la paroi plate dans la boîte (1) dans une position inclinée par rapport à ladite paroi, ledit élément de butée mobile (7, 7') étant dans sa position inactive, jusqu'à ce que la cassette (15) commence à s'engager avec une portion de paroi latérale (4) qui est associée à l'élément de butée mobile (7, 7') en étant passée par dessus celui- ci, et la cassette (15) est alors déplacée vers l'arrière de manière à devoir s'engager également avec l'autre portion de paroi latérale opposée (3) sur un côté respectif de la boite, et l'élément de butée mobile (7, 7') qui est alors découvert, est ensuite déplacé en sa position active dans laquelle il coopère avec l'arête latérale terminale associée de la cassette insérée (15), de sorte que la cassette (15) ayant été placée en sa position entièrement insérée dans la boîte (1) est engagée au moyen de ses arêtes latérales terminales sous les portions de paroi latérale (3, 4) de la paroi plate formée avec l'ouverture (2), et est de manière simultanée essentiellement mise en butée par son arête latérale terminale contre l'élément de butée mobile (7, 7') et par son autre arête latérale terminale opposée contre la paroi périphérique (5) de la boîte disposée à l'opposé de l'élément de butée mobile (7, 7'), un certain jeu étantfourni qui , en toute circonstance, est toujours destiné à empêcher les arêtes latérales terminales de la cassette insérée (15) de se désengager d'avec les deux portions de paroi latérale (3, 4) respectivement.
2. Boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une ouverture (2') est également formée dans la paroi plate opposée de la boîte (1) qui coïncide essentiellement avec l'ouverture (2) destinée à l'insertion d'une cassette (15) dans la boîte (1), ladite ouverture (2') étant au moins d'une taille telle que deux portions de paroi latérale (3, 4) soient laissées sur les deux parois périphériques opposées (5, 6) de la boîte (1), qui s'étendent de manière transversale dans la direction dans laquelle une cassette (15) est insérée dans la boîte (1).

Boîte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de butrée mobile a la forme d'une cheville de butée (7) qui est destinée à coopérer directement avec une arête latérale terminale d'une cassette insérée (15) et qui est fixée de manière axiale et coulissante dans un espace creux formé d'un appendice (8) de la boîte (1) dans la région de l'une (4) des deux portions de paroi latérale de la ou des parois plates relatives, ladite cheville étant poussée par un ressort (10) dans sa position active, dans laquelle elle fait saillie vers l'intérieur de la boîte (1).

Boîte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la cheville de butée (7) est conçue de manière à pouvoir coulisser de manière parallèle aux parois périphériques (5, 6) de la boîte (1) s'étendant de manière transversale à la direction (flèche I) selon laquelle une cassette (15) est insérée dans la boîte (1) et à être proche de la portion (4) de paroi latérale du côté de la boîte qui est associé à la paroi périphérique (6) de la boîte (1) qui est tournée vers la cassette (15), en considérant le sens dans lequel une cassette (15) est insérée dans la boîte (1).
5. Boîte selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisée en ce que l'appendice creux (8) dans lequel la cheville de butée (7) est logée a la forme d'une saillie de la portion (4) de paroi latérale associée de la boîte (1) et la cheville de butée (7) est formée en son extrémité disposée à l'intérieur de l'appendice (8) avec une saillie (9) en forme de coquille, un ressort (10) étant interposé entre ladite saillie (9) et l'extrémité libre de l'appendice (8).
6. Boîte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de butée mobile a la forme d'un coulisseau de butée (7') qui est guidé de manière coulissante dans des glissière de guidage (201) disposées dans la boîte (1) dans la région de l'une des deux portions (3,4) de paroi latérale terminale de la ou des parois plates relatives, depuis une position active dans laquelle le coulisseau (7') est déplacé contre l'action d'un ressort (10') par exemple, en étant poussé manuellement, de manière à ce que sa portion terminale en butée (207) soit retournée vers l'intérieur de la boîte (1), vers une position inactive dans laquelle le coulisseau (7') est poussé par ledit ressort (10') et dans laquelle ladite portion terminale en butée (207') vient se placer à l'extérieur de la boîte (1) , des moyens (17) étant fournis afin de verrouiller le coulisseau de butée (7') en sa position active.

Boîte selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les glissières de guidage (201) destinées au coulisseau de butée (7') ont une forme de queue d'aronde et sont formées sur la paroi périphérique (6) de la boîte (1) qui est tournée dans le sens (flèche 1) dans lequel une cassette (15) est insérée dans sa boite, et lesdites glissières de guidage (201) sont disposées de manière à ce que le coulisseau de butée (7') puisse se déplacer de manière transversale par rapport à ladite paroi périphérique (6) et de manière perpendiculaire auxdites parois plates de la boîte (1), la portion (4) de paroi latérale associée étant munie d'une ouverture (104) permettant d'y glisser le coulisseau (7'), qui est formée de manière à s'adapter à la forme de l'extrémité extérieure (107') dudit coulisseau (7'), et ladite extrémité (107') a la forme d'un bouton poussoir et est placée essentiellement à niveau avec la face externe de la portion (4) de la paroi latérale ou, en toute circonstance, est placée de manière à ne pas pouvoir être saisie, lorsque le coulisseau (7') est placé en sa position active.

Boîte selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée en ce que la portion en butée (207') du coulisseau de butée (7') est placée directement à côté de son extrémité en forme de bouton poussoir (107) et consiste en une portion en forme de marche élargie de manière transversale du coulisseau (7'), de telle manière que ladite portion terminale en butée (207') du coulisseau (7') fait saillie vers l'in- teneur de la boîte (1) lorsque le coulisseau (7') est placé en position active et est poussé vers l'extérieur de la boîte (1) lorsque le coulisseau est placé en position inactive, le ressort (10') étant interposé entre l'extrémité du coulisseau de butée placé à l'intérieur de la boîte (1) et la face interne du côté associé de la boite.

Boîte selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les moyens destinés à verrouiller le coulisseau de butée (7') consistent en une cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17), ladite cheville de verrouillage (17) du coulisseau et le coulisseau de butée (7') étant conçus de telle sorte que lorsque le coulisseau de butée (7') est poussé en sa position active, la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) est automatiquement encliquetée en sa position active, tandis que lorsque la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) est placée dans sa position retirée de déverrouillage du coulisseau, le coulisseau (7') est automatiquement encliqueté en sa position inactive, une de ses portions terminales chevauchant la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17), et maintenant ladite cheville dans une position instable dans laquelle elle est toujours prête à être encliquetée en sa position de verrouillage.

Boîte selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) est guidée de manière coulissante dans sa direction axiale, de manière transversale par rapport au coulisseau de butée (7'), de préférence dans un logement respectif fourni dans un appendice (18) de la boîte (1) en son extrémité latérale terminale (6), ladite cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) pouvant être déplacée depuis une position dans laquelle elle verrouille le coulisseau (7') et dans laquelle la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) est poussée par un ressort (20) de manière à faire saillie vers l'intérieur de la boîte (1) et à s'engager dans un trou ou une entaille destiné(e) à l'engagement d'une cheville (307') formé(e) dans le coulisseau de butée (7') lorsque ledit coulisseau est placé en sa position active, vers une position retirée dans laquelle le coulisseau (7') est déverrouillé, et dans laquelle la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) est tournée vers l'extérieur de la boîte (1), le dispositif de verrouillage et de déverrouillage (11) étant relié de manière active à ladite cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17).

Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage et de déverrouillage (11) est de type magnétique, la cheville de butée (7) et la cheville de verrouillage du coulisseau (17) étant toutes deux faites à partir de matière ferromagnétique, et ledit dispositif (11) étant conçu de manière à pouvoir générer un champ magnétique, par exemple d'attraction.
12. Boîte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage et de déverrouillage (11) est de type mécanique, lesdites chevilles (7,17) étant munies d'éléments d'entraînement des chevilles (109, 19) qui sont reliés de manière active à un dispositif du type clé, par exemple.
13. Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être faite de toute matière adaptée, particulièrement de matière plastique, et de préférence de matière plastique transparente, et des étiquettes à fréquence radioélectrique ou magnétiques coopérant avec un détecteur sont appliquées, ou sont disposées en une pièce sur les parois internes d'une cassette (15), sur des endroits qui ne sont pas accessibles depuis l'extérieur, lorsqu'une cassette (15) est insérée dans sa boite.
14. Boîte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la boîte (1) est munie d'un ou de plusieurs moyens (21, 24, 24') destinés respectivement à suspendre ou à fixer chaque boîte dans un présentoir, qui peut même être fourni de manière combinée.
15. Boîte selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la boîte (1) est munie d'une languette de suspension de la cassette (21 de préférence sur au moins l'une de ses parois latérales, la langue de suspension de la cassette (21) étant munie d'un trou de passage (22) présentant une fente (23) formée à travers celle-ci.
16. Boîte selon les revendications 14 et 15, caractérisée en ce que qu'une saillie en forme de goujon (24, 24') destinée à fixer une boîte dans un présentoir est formée à proximité des extrémités opposées de l'une des parois latérales terminales de la boîte (1), de préférence à proximité de la paroi latérale terminale (5) s'étendant de manière transversale dans la direction dans laquelle la cassette (15) est insérée dans sa boîte (1) et contre laquelle paroi latérale terminale (5) bute une arête latérale terminale d'une cassette (15) lorsque celle-ci est en sa position entièrement insérée, lesdites saillies (24, 24') étant disposées en relation coaxiale, et au moins l'une d'elles pouvant avoir la forme d'un goujon extensible de manière télescopique et flexible élastiquement.
17. Boîte selon les revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'à proximité de la paroi périphérique (5) de la boîte (1) qui est opposée à la paroi périphérique (6) qui est associée à l'appendice (98) dans lequel la cheville de butée (7) est logée, la boîte (1) est munie d'un appendice analogue (8').
