  • the invention relates to a baggage tag trailer according to the preamble of claim 1 and a device for producing this trailer.
  • Luggage tag trailers of the type mentioned are usually attached to luggage handles.
  • luggage tag trailers There are various luggage tag trailers known, but they all have the disadvantage that they stick to the handle of the luggage and are then difficult to detach.
  • structure of the known baggage tag trailers is disadvantageous because several, separate operations are necessary to manufacture them. When printing, there is also a risk of the silicone paper shifting, which can cause wrinkles and bubbles.
  • the object of the present invention is to design a baggage tag trailer of the type mentioned in the introduction so that it can be securely attached to the handle of a piece of luggage without sticking to this handle.
  • the structure is to be improved in such a way that it can be produced in one operation without the risk of the silicone paper being displaced during the printing process.

  • the lacquer can also first be applied to the silicone paper web 36 by a separate application head 72 (shown in dashed lines), preferably in a controlled manner in the region of the laminating roller near the laminating gap. In the laminating gap, the varnish together with the silicone paper is then applied to the adhesive layer Laminated paper web. Due to the greater adhesion of the adhesive layer, the lacquer is removed from the silicone paper and transferred to the adhesive layer.
  • the paint film is also so thin here that parts of the adhesive pass through the paint layer in order to achieve the desired low adhesion of the silicone paper on the paint layer.
