Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Gießen von flüssigem Metall (1), mit zwei waagrechten parallelen Rollen (2a, 2b; 13, 14), die durch einen vorgegebenen Abstand (d) voneinander getrennt sind und einen Raum zwischen sich begrenzen, der der Aufnahme von flüssigem Metall dient, das zu einem flachen Gegenstand unterhalb der Rollen gegossen wird, sowie mit seitlichen Abdichtungen für die Enden des Raumes, die an den Stirnflächen der Rollen anliegen oder an einer Stirnfläche einer Rolle (14) und an einem Teil der zylindrischen Oberfläche der anderen Rolle (13) anliegen, sofern die beiden Rollen axial verschoben sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Lageranordnungen (7, 9) zwischen den seitlichen Abdichtungen (4, 15) und den genannten Flächen der Rollen angeordnet sind, um während des Gießvorgangs ein vorgegebenes Spiel zwischen ihnen konstant zu halten.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lageranordnungen (7, 9) in die seitlichen Abdichtungen (4, 15) eingesetzt sind und sich, beaufschlagt von elastischen Teilen (10, 16,17), auf den ihnen gegenüberliegenden Flächen der Rollen (2a, 2b; 13, 14) abstützen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lageranordnungen Kugeln (9) und/oder Rollwalzen (7) sind, deren Achsen entlang der Radien (r) der Rollen angeordnet sind und die bezüglich der Abdichtungen (4, 15) derart gehalten werden, daß der Abstand zwischen den Flächen der Abdichtungen (4, 15) und den gegenüberliegenden Flächen der Rollen (2a, 2b; 13, 14) gleich dem gewünschten Spiel (e) ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Rollen (13, 14) axial zueinander verschoben sind und jede Abdichtung (15) einen konkaven Rand (15a) aufweist, der am konvexen Umfang (13b) der zylindrischen Wand einer ersten zugehörigen Rolle (13) anliegt, während ihre ebene Fläche teilweise die zugehörige Stirnfläche (14a) der zweiten Rolle (14) bedeckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Abdichtung (15) mit Lageranordnungen (7, 9) versehen ist, die einerseits auf der Stirnfläche (14a) der zweiten Rolle (14) und andererseits auf der zylindrischen Oberfläche (13b) der ersten Rolle (13) elastische Anordnungen (16, 17) aufweisen, welche die Abdichtung (15) in Richtung der Stirnfläche (14a) und in Richtung der zylindrischen Oberfläche beaufschlagen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lageranordnungen Rollwalzen (7, 26) oder Kugeln (9) sind, die im konkaven Rand (15a) der Abdichtung (15) eingesetzt sind sowie Rollwalzen (7, 26) oder Kugeln (9) sind, die in der Abdichtung (15) gegenüber der ebenen Stirnfläche (14a) der zweiten Rolle (14) eingesetzt sind.
