Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif destiné à découper des pattes de déchirage (6) à partir d'une bande (5) dont la largeur est égale à la longueur des pattes de déchirage (6), ainsi qu'à appliquer ces pattes sur une bande de matériau d'emballage (28) déplacée par un moyen de convoyage comprenant une lamie mobile et une lame droite fixe (2,7) permettant de découper la patte de déchirage (6) de manière continue, un dispositif aspirant permettant de transférer la patte de déchirage découpée (6) vers un cylindre aspirant (25) partiellement entouré du matériau d'emballage (5) et tournant à la vitesse de la bande de matériau d'emballage (28), ainsi qu'un dispositif de soudage (30) permettant de souder la patte de déchirage (6) sur la bande de matériau d'emballage (28), le sens longitudinal de la patte de déchirage correspondant au sens de transport de la bande de matériau d'emballage (28), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une roue aspirante (18) transportant la patte de déchirage (6) vers le cylindre aspirant (25) de manière progressive, la roue aspirante (18) étant pratiquement à l'arrêt au point de saisie de la patte de déchirage (6) et sensiblement accélérée jusqu'au point de transfert (X) vers le cylindre aspirant (25) pour atteindre la vitesse de rotation de ce dernier.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les points de saisie et de transfert (X) se situent à moins de 180° l'un de l'autre.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un sabot de guidage (11) immobile et aspirant permet de positionner la patte de déchirage (6) au niveau du point de saisie sensiblement tangentiellement par rapport à la circonférence de la roue aspirante (18).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le sabot de guidage (11) est disposé parallèlement à l'inclinaison de la lame mobile (7) par rapport à la lame fixe (2).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la lame mobile (7) est maintenue par un porte-lame (8) aspirant.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de soudage est un sabot chauffant (3) ayant la forme d'un segment circulaire disposé en regard de la zone du cylindre aspirant (25) en contact avec la bande de matériau d'emballage (28).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en regard de la roue aspirante (18) est disposé un sabot de guidage (31) en amont du point de transfert (X).
