Abstract

Couplage automatique permettant de coupler les lances utilisées lors de la préparation de l'acier à la tête d'accouplement d'un porte-lance, les matières et liquides de refroidissement nécessaires arrivant dans la lance par la tête d'accouplement. L'accouplement se fait par l'intermédiaire de crochets d'accouplement (4) prévus sur la tête d'accouplement (6), positionnés sur des excentriques (12) et se déplaçant verticalement lorsque ces excentriques (12) sont actionnés.

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif automatique de changement de lances, notamment pour des lances qui, lors de la fabrication d'acier par un processus de soufflage, doivent être accouplées et fixées sur un chariot porteur de lances déplaçable verticalement, les matières nécessaires pour l'affinage, et le cas échéant également un fluide de refroidissement, étant introduits dans une tête d'accouplement prévue sur le chariot porte-lances, et étant transférés jusque dans la zone d'accouplement entre la tête d'accouplement et la partie supérieure de lances, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des deux côtés de la tête d'accouplement (6) des crochets d'accouplement (4), qui coopèrent avec des broche d'accouplement (10) situées à la partie supérieure de la lance (8), un corps à excentrique (12) qui est monté de façon tournante sur un tourillon porteur respectif (16) monté sur la tête d'accouplement (6), respectivement un bras de pivotement (24) prévu sur chacun des deux corps à excentriques (12), en ce que les crochets (4) sont montés extérieurement de façon tournante sur celui des deux corps à excentriques (12) qui leur est respectivement associé, et en ce que, lors d'un actionnement des bras de pivotement (24), les crochets (4) effectuent dans l'essentiel un mouvement vertical, de manière que la lance (8) puisse être soit appliquée contre la tête d'accouplement (6) ou bien séparée de celle-ci.
  2. Dispositif automatique de changement de lances selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'actionnement des bras de pivotement est effectué par un cylindre pneumatique respectif.
  3. Dispositif automatique de changement de lances selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre pneumatique, lorsqu'il est sollicité par de l'air comprimé, maintient les bras de pivotement (24) également dans leur position de service pour le travail de la lance (8).
