Claims (1)
- Dispositif pour l'avance intermittente d'une pièce à usiner en forme de ruban, comportant un rouleau presseur (3) qui est destiné à exercer périodiquement une pression sur la pièce à usiner et qui est monté à rotation dans une bascule en un point situé entre les extrémités de celle-ci, un organe d'avancement (2) qui coopère avec le rouleau presseur et est entraîné en un mouvement oscillant, lesquels rouleau presseur (3) et organe d'avancement (2) sont destinés à saisir entre eux la pièce à usiner en forme de ruban (43), ainsi qu'un dispositif d'arrêt qui est destiné à presser brièvement la pièce à usiner en forme de ruban (43) contre un organe fixe entre chaque phase d'avancement, afin de l'immobiliser, caractérisé en ce que la bascule est articulée, par l'une de ses extrémités, sur un élément de tringlerie qui peut effectuer un mouvement oscillant et qui sert à l'entraînement de la bascule, laquelle peut prendre appui sur un premier ressort et est supportée par un autre ressort, en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt comporte une règle de pression (46) disposée entre deux bras oscillants (14), lesquels bras oscillants (14) sont articulés par une extrémité sur la bascule et, par l'autre extrémité, sur une partie du bâti du dispositif en un point tel que leur axe de pivotement sur ladite partie du bâti coïncide au moins approximativement avec l'axe de rotation du rouleau presseur monté dans la bascule, et en ce que la règle de pression (46) est articulée sur les bras oscillants (14) au moyen d'une barre intermédiaire (80) qui est articulée sur le carter, par l'intermédiaire de biellettes (81), en un point de pivotement (82) respectif qui se trouve sur la droite (83) perpendiculaire au plan d'avancement de la pièce à usiner en forme de ruban (43) et passant par l'axe de rotation du rouleau d'avancement supérieur (3) lorsqu'il se trouve dans la position de pression, laquelle droite (83) est parallèle à la droite (84) qui est définie par les deux points de pivotement autour desquels la barre intermédiaire (80) est articulée respectivement sur les bras oscillants (14) et sur les biellettes (81), d'où il résulte que le système défini par les deux droites parallèles (83, 84) constitue, pour la règle de pression (46), un guide en parallèlogramme tel que la règle de pression peut être déplacée vers et à l'écart de la pièce à usiner en forme de ruban (43) perpendiculairement à celle-ci.
